My experience with Roland and his team was completely seamless. Getting divorced was one the roughest experiences of my life and Hunter (Part of Roland’s ream) helped navigate through the entire process with a great sense of empathy and compassion. I really appreciated the itemized hourly breakdown of costs and billing helped me to better understand the steps of the process and why they cost what they do. The process was efficient and in the end we got everything we asked for guided by Hunter and Roland’s decision making process. I have worked with attorneys in a few different parts of the country and was very pleased with their “beside manner”. I never felt like I was being “handled” or being given anything other than the facts of the situation and how best to proceed. I cannot recommend this team enough. The calm nature of both Roland and Hunter was the best part of the experience. Obviously, you want your legal team to be experienced when it comes to the letter of the law, but their level headed attitude every time we talked set me at ease when my mind was worried 24/7. Sometimes we choose wrong. If you find yourself in need of good representation on a divorce, give Roland and his team and call and you will not regret it.

Definitely the Best attorneys around. I started having Roland Hairston representing Me 10 years ago for a long drawn out custody case. That another attorney I had was dragging his feet on and just wanted to collect money. Roland won me full custody of my daughter. Through out the years I have heard from Roland multiple times just to see how I have been and talked about our family’s nothing case related. He values his clients. Fast forward to recently. I had to reach out to Roland to handle another custody case/divorce. Roland wasn’t available but Hunter Evans that works in his firm was and Roland said he could take my case. Hunter Evans got me exactly what I wanted my out come to be yesterday in court. You can’t go wrong with either one of these guys they make a great team. I hope to see them grow and it become Hairston & Evans firm.

I hired Mr. Roland Hairston and his team February 09, 2022 to help me recover from an extended relocation trial and parenting plan revision from the end of 2021 that was unresolved due to the judge denying my relocation. I'm beyond pleased with the service Mr. Hairston and his team provided. The attorney (Cynthia Bohn) I hired prior to hiring Mr. Hairston and his team did not advocate for me nor provided professional legal guidance that was in the best interest for me and my daughter. She was disrespectful toward me as her client, she lack effective communication skills and she wasn't compassion toward the sensitivity of my case. Mr. Hairston and his team came in strong to help clean up a big mess!! I wish I would have found Mr. Hairston and his team in the beginning to handle my entire relocation and parenting plan revision case. I highly recommend Mr. Hairston and his team to anyone that is looking for high quality service, professionalism, and someone that will be passionate about advocating for you on your behalf. Mr. Hairston and his team are great communicators. They kept me in the loop on a constant basis of each process of my case up to my trial date on July 15, 2022. We were able to get the majority of everything I asked for in my proposed parenting plan. Mr. Hairston and his team made sure I understood legal terms and took their time explaining anything I had questions about. I like the electronic convince of being able to pay for his services online and/or through multiple payment options. Roland was a fantastic attorney during my divorce case. He helped bring us to a settlement without having to go to trial in a case that was super contentious and easily could have went to trial. His billing is affordable and done in a super ethical way. I was initially referred to one of the so called "best divorce" attorneys in Nashville. I didn't feel heard or advocated for, and the way they billed me was super unethical in my opinion. I would have easily spent $100,000 if I continued with their representation and that wasn't an option for me. I fired them, and was super discouraged and having the hardest time finding a new attorney. I met with Roland and expressed my concerns and he mapped out a plan and advocated for me. We got some great custody wins on the motion docket which helped forge a path to settlement. Attorney Hairston represented me in a child support case. He listened to everything I explained to him about the issue and then made a very knowledgeable set of routes we could take. He allowed me to choose whichever route I wanted and gave me scenarios for each. While this has been an ongoing case he has stayed in contact about new finding and if he wasn’t able to get back with me himself, he did have his assistant reach out to me to update me. He did a great job communicating with the other party in order to get what was needed for the case even though the other party was not cooperative. He is a great attorney and I would advise anyone dealing with this type of case to hire him.

Mr. Hairston is an excellent attorney! This man has helped me through several court appearances. I can't even find the words to express my gratitude for having an attorney like him. He is an attorney that actually cares about his client and the child's best interest and not just the money. I respect the fact that he made sure everything was for my daughter's good. So many times I wanted to give up on going to court because my child's father was constantly dragging me to court unnecessarily resulting in job loss, missing school, and relocation 2 times and he pushed me through it all. I'm in tears writing this review just thinking of the many times I spoke with Mr. Hairston and his staff over the phone and in person in tears and they were so supportive and made sure they did whatever possible to get me through the hard times. Mr.Hairston always consulted with me about the next step in my case and asked my opinion. Mr. Hairston always encouraged me to try to coparent and communicate with the father even though he would deny my attempts to discuss things about the child but I know Mr. Hairston was trying to prepare us for life after court and I truly appreciate him for that. I get all the summers, fall breaks, winter breaks we split Holidays, and I have to pay $124.00 in current support and $76.00 in back support which is at total of $200.00 mthly.
