I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light and pushed my vehicle forward causing damage to 4 cars in front of me. A friend referred me to the De Castro Verde Law group after a very bad experience I had with a lawyer. I was very worried because that lawyer had made a mess with my immigration case & I wasn't sure it would be possible to fix that & save my future. I was terrified as my entire future depended on this & I had invested years of work, sacrifice & expenses into doing things right & according to law. I had hired 3 different lawyers in my lifetime & my experiences with them had ended up being bad every time; that was why I was uneasy when I realized that I'd have to look for a new lawyer in order to help rescue my case. I met Ariadne C. Berrios upon contacting De Castroverde, & she conquered my faith almost immediately. She was excellent from very first moment. In our first consultation, Ariadne listened to me carefully & without ever rushing me. As one would expect the epilogue took place and he was becoming a regular in the court system, many arrests and re-arrests were landing him closer and closer to a very long stay in jail. I recently found myself in a mountain of trouble. I was nervous and fearful for my future as I had never been in such a situation before in my life. I had read a few reviews online as I shopped around for a lawyer, because hiring a lawyer is nothing you want to mess around with, you want someone who legitimately cares about you, your situation, and your well-being. After seeing the great reviews I decided to throw my dice in with this law group. This was best decision that I had made that year. I met initially with Orlando who, for the first time since the date of my incident, actually instilled a sense of confidence in me. A sense that the damage from the impact of the situation could be contained. The staff, Rocio and Judy in particular, were always on point when I had a question. If they didn't have an immediate answer they would find someone who did and were very expedient when getting back to me. They always kept me in the loop and even called me every time to remind me of my court dates. Though even when I did miss one, a fault of my own, they were able to work everything out with the courts to ensure that I would not suffer from my human mistake. As the months continued on I got to see first-hand the cohesion between the entire staff. Such a great synergy shared between everyone there. My lawyer, David, was exceptionally intelligent. This man knew the law inside and out. I, like I'm sure everyone who finds themselves in legal trouble, had researched state laws up and down to help with the case, but I never found what he knew right off the back so easily. When you are trusting someone to not just represent you, but to save your future, this is the guy you want to go see. Tactical genius is the only word that comes to mind when I think of David. You are in good hands with this crew. Trust me on this one. They were understanding of my situation, which helped relax me quite a bit, and made me feel like an actual person and not just another number or another client to be seen.

With the utmost respect and pleasure, I am happy to write an outstanding review for the DeCastroverde law group. In December 2012, one week before Christmas I was hit by a vehicle while on my bicycle in a cross walk. I sustained injuries to my right foot that left me in a walking boot for 3 months as well as several months of physical therapy and ontop of that, the emotional trauma that came with getting struck. This is only my second experience with a lawyer and this one came to me out of pure panic. I went through a lot this past December with getting into an accident on the freeway while having an asthma attack. I rear ended a car, totaling my vehicle and the car I rear ended hit the car in front of them! To top it off I was given a ticket for "Failure with due care." Naturally I googled it and in the state of Nevada the first thing that came up said "possible jail time" and "misdemeanor". So naturally I freaked out with everything else that was going on. Long story, short. I was referred to David Menocal at DeCastroverde Law for everything and what do I have to say about him. What isn't there to say? He was very timely and courteous. I've used Decastro Verde numerous times and they always reduce my speeding tickets to a simple illegal parking ticket time after time. Their process is so easy anyone can do it. Simply give then your case or ticket number, pay 50 dollars, and they go to court and reduce the ticket, it's that easy.
