We have been a client since 2018 on some personal petitions. Carmen and her team has being effective on every single of my cases, working With Neribel it was great since she speaks Spanish and the communication was neat and able to understand on my same language. Their office is really busy so be patient. Carmen goes straight to the case and it might seem rude to some sensitive people but I have learn I prefer someone who gets the job done than someone who seems nice and just dont get positive results. she got me my green card in 9 months back in 2019, my business got some h2a Visa done in time. My citizenship paperwork got done nicely and now they are helping me to sponsor my dad.

We cannot thank Carmen and her team enough for helping us. We got engaged in 2018 during the whole Trump immigration and green card fiasco. Thankfully, I met Carmen through a volunteer event for Hospitality workers filling out green card applications. She reminded me of the mainland mentality of getting things done which was a breath of fresh air after living in Hawaii for quite some time. She was confident, demanding, and she really had a strong impression on me which is why we chose her. She is constantly up-to date on all the rules and regulation, a great consultant and advisor. We did have communication issues with her staff but overall, they had good intentions of helping us through with the process. Carmen and her team had us check, and double check, AND CHECK all our documents again. It was a really tough process and time for us and we definitely could not have gotten it done without her. We were fortunate and got our documents in roughly 8 months when we anticipated more!

I was her client on 2018, I tried to do the adjustment of status on my own and I failed 😞. I talked to many lawyers out there and prices were outrageous or just not helpful. What we loved about Carmen is how direct and on the point she is, she is a fighter. I got my work permit within 2 months and my green card in 9 months. When I tried to do it in my own it took USCIS 1 year to get back to me and after 3 years they said I submit something wrong and that I had to do it all over again. I’m so thankful I found Carmen and she got the job done. Her prices are super fair and you can tell she wants to help people. Carmen and her team are excellent. I just received my Greencard after they responded to a very long, detailed NOID that I received from USCIS. The stress that has lifted in my and my family's life is simply astronomical. I appreciated their consistent quick responses, simple guidelines and the uncomplicated approach in responding to my NOID. The fact that we could speak with Carmen and her team directly was such a relief when we had difficult questions. We had very little hope of overcoming this. Before finding her, we spoke with several lawyers who simply said it would most likely result in a denial and be an uphill battle with our history. Not to mention outrageous fees attached. One immigration lawyer (during a paid consultation) said our case was too complex, couldn't give us any clear direction and started searching for available flights back to Australia! She also said we'd be silly to go with someone who offered a 'base' or 'set' rate to respond to a NOID. Carmen's team was VERY clear with costs involved before and after if the NOID was denied for any reason. It was a very fair price, (very!) especially for the extent of our response and their consistent clear communication. We really appreciated how direct & knowledgeable Carmen was and that she saw from the start that we had the ability to legally fight, instead of re-apply or simply leave. We are so very fortunate to have had her represent us and couldn't recommend her highly enough. If you want someone who doesn't beat around the bush, KNOWS her immigration law and every issue surrounding it- Carmen is your go to. If you are incredibly worried about funds, Carmen's Firm was the most fair price out of everyone- No consult fee, just STRAIGHT to the point. It's stressful enough dealing with immigration, fees involved and the weight of the world. I’m not against all that has been said here concerning the lead attorney at this office, but I strongly feel Carmen is very experienced she’s just a little inpatient sometimes But then guys, have you met with the other attorney at this office, ? Neribel Chardon she’s awesome and she’s the only reason I dropped 5 stars … ask to see her when next you visit the office You will not regret it
