I was ran over by a truck on a motorcycle and was sent to the hospital as it was a hit and run. Luckily witnesses saw me being ran over. I tried to work with my insurance for help but they were not helping me on how much I wanted for my bike since it was totaled. I contacted Kimberly at the law office who not only got me 5x more than I requested from insurance for the bike, but also 10x more on the side for them not listening to me. Hospital bills, PT bills, and bike paid off with extra pay after 2 months of unknown what's going to happen. I can not believe how great she worked and also how she help me for my future. After hearing all the jokes and horror stories about attorneys I was a bit skeptical but my experience with paralegal Kimberley Byrd was a welcome exception.I had a previous attorney on my case so a lot of the legwork had already been done. I fully expected to be billed for duplicate work. Instead I was charged almost nothing in additional fees. I had little interaction with My attorney Emma Taylor not because she was not available but simply because Kimberley did such a great job. This kind of ethical business practice sadly isn't as common as it should be. I will gladly recommend this firm to anyone.
