My BC experience was very refreshing. They were very professional yet, relaxed and informal. I have never imagined that a Closing could go so quickly and smoothly. First of all, many things were handled in advance, so by the time of closing everything is simplified. I was allowed to sign the way I have always signed my checks rather than having to match my birth certificate exactly. They answered questions during the process so that I felt safe and comfortable. The surprise was that they had pictures of my house on the screen with comforting messages like "Welcome to your new home." There will also pictures of my realtor and the whole team that made it all possible. During the closing for my prior two homes I felt like I was about to have a nervous breakdown. However, with BC they made every effort to make sure I was relaxed, comfortable, informed about what I was signing, and even pampered. Thanks BC! You're the best.

My experience with this company is rated based off the interaction with the closing paralegal Carol Slice; Carol was not helpful throughout our entire closing experience. She seems to always be in a rush , unable to take time and explain things when asked and lets not forget rude. However, the attorney that assisted us with our closing was professional , knowledgeable, and very helpful. I recommend Mr. Pickren however I do not recommend Carol Slice (paralegal). I would advise if she is your point of contact to ask for someone else especially if this is your first time closing on a home.
