Great law office. Cleveland my lawyer, called me regularly, to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. I had a DUI, he got my 1 year automatic license suspension rescinded and reinstated. I would highly recommend Ari Trubitt from Sexner and Associates to anyone! I was never been arrested before and the judge really wanted me to get convicted over something minor, they will try and sugar coat it but please always have a good lawyer with you because you don’t know what they are offering you. The lawyer that I received by Sexner and Associates was Mr. Ari Trubitt, he told me exactly what the judge was trying to give me and it was honestly shocking and disappointing. One of the best decisions I made recently was to hire Mitchell Sexner and Associates. Recently, while driving down 355, I was pulled over by a state trooper for speeding in excess of the posted limit. In a matter of 5 minutes, the trooper gave me two warnings and two tickets. The worst was for speeding 26-34 mph which was recently changed to a Class B Misdemeanor, punishable up to 6 months in jail and $2500 in fines. While I did not agree with all of the citations, I could not deny that I was speeding. Now forced to appear in court, I knew that I would need a good attorney. I researched this law firm based on their reputation and it paid off. My fines were reduced to $280 and the speeding ticket was now classified as a petty offence. Talk about peace of mind. Even better yet, the attorney did all of the negotiating on my behalf. I would highly recommend this law firm. They were forthright and upfront and told me I had an uphill battle but in the end, they rocked and rolled. Thank you Mitchell Sexner and Associates, and Mary Bacaam for outstanding results.
