I would gave this law firm 10 stars if that option was available!!!! I made a mistake and did something very stupid, and yes I admit, I was guilty. The D.A made it clear I was going to get locked up if found guilty. I didn't know where to turn. After calling a few different lawyers, this firm told me not to worry they can help. They told me how they were going to handle my case and I was a little nervous at first. Two court appearances later...case dismissed!!!!! I recommend this firm to anyone in a pinch!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Husband was charged with DUI any substance and a disorderly conduct (added later), after being involved in a single car accident. He was not offered a Breathalyzer test until he was being processed at the county jail. And of course by then he refused. He was arrested under a presumption and without proof. We contacted several Lawyers before speaking with Whitney Polson and no one told us the real deal like Mr. Polson did. We were so impressed with his consultation that we paid 75% of his starting fee that day! And he delivered far better than what other lawyers had told us which was mostly "I will try but....." . One lawyer even told him he was "screwed". Polson worked with us on the remaining balance and when court day arrived he worked his amazing skills and was able to get the DUI dismissed!! THANK YOU POLSON & POLSON Law Firm. Best Choice Ever! - - Was arrested for public intoxication, but where I felt I was wrongfully charged and I am from out of state. I first contacted and hired a lawyer who was quick to sell me on his services, but I ended up doing a lot of leg work and get this, in a worse situation than when I started! He wouldn't get answers to any of my questions or call to find out, so I was about only days out from the case going to trial and my confidence just wasn't there anymore. It honestly felt like he was hindering me and not helping. He didn't even take a look at the discovery!!! So, I reached out to Polson & Polson, first off.. WOW! I was able to reach them after hours! Talk about availability! We spoke briefly about the case and then fully the next day with what both of our expectations could be and how we would like to resolve this, with no guarantees. However, my confidence definitely was boosted, especially when we went though the case and they requested discovery. Fast forward 7 days later, the case ended was dismissed! This should be your only stop if you're up against the wall. I couldn't have had a friendlier, professional, and timely resolution. They had answers not only prior, but during the process.
