Mostly everything about this place is a pillar of the community. The only star missing is the poor customer relations. I don't understand how someone could work in a law office and not be aware of simple statutory questions,( Not legal advise) just simple informational inquiries

Like the help they give but maybe they should offer more to help filing out the papers. I've met some who are just lost when it comes to all the work. Maybe get interns who could do community service or something to help those that need it?

I can never seem to get the accurate number off of google for “Billings Montana Self Help Law Center” ..the phone number offered on google takes me to a message machine in some other city of montana.. butte or helena¿ do they even let anyone in the building that’s in billings for self help? since Rona!!? once they helped me by putting a manila envelope of my needed papers outside the door with my name written on it and that was ok ..and they called me to come get it but then again, what’s up with the phone number??
