Workmans comp tried to offer me a very small settlement and told me I would be responsible for all my medical bills. Paul, got all my medical bills paid and tripled their offer. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where the other party was at fault, but due to the lack of law enforcement on the day of the accident (Trump was in Missoula that day), no citation was rendered. The driver's insurance company was saying he was not at fault, even though he took a left turn into oncoming traffic. After months of frustration, I used Gerstner Law to aid my cause. Almost immediately, the other insurance company entered into arbitration and I was awarded a check for the full amount of the worth of my vehicle. Collin will get you taken care of. Couldn't be happier.
