I've dealt with a few other lawyers over the years and have never had this great of an experience. They ALWAYS returned my phone calls. They'd also call me periodically to make sure everything is okay and to update me on the progress of the case. They set me up with a doctor and a physical therapist. They handled all the paperwork and medical billing. I just received my settlement check today and I'm very pleased with the amount they were able to negotiate for me. Much more than the insurance company initially wanted to pay. The Atas team had already filed to bring them to court and were prepared to do so if I wasn't happy with the amount offered.
