My first initial contact with Ms. Latoya was fairly okay. She made it clear that if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. However, the last couple of times we talked, she did not show any concern or consideration as to how frustrated I was feeling. Ms. Latoya made me feel like my case nor I was a priority and that she was bombarded with work, and rushed to end the call. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

I wanted to be strongly agree on all 3 questions if a quick answer was given to my emails; it could take days (less than a week though) before getting a feedback to my questions. At one point, I even thought that my case was dropped, and I was about to stop the doctor office visits so that I won't owe lots of money to the doctor. But any time she answers my questions, her answers meet my expectations.

When I was initially transferred to the representative, she asked what did I want. Since the called was placed to me, might be more helpful in the future if the representative, identifies themselves and asks if they would like to answer some questions to determine if they have a case. It was confusing, initially and she was not helpful until I asked to speak with someone regarding a potential class action claim regarding the use of hair relaxers. I didn't call her, I received the phone call based on an online inquiry. Her customer service 'bedside manner' could use some work. Otherwise, the call was fine.

I really do appreciate Ms. Candace Williams firstly, for even taking on my case. I wasn't even sure if It even qualified for representation, due to a lapse in time and pain that was pre-existing but exacerbated by this accident. I feel that she really listened to me and gained a good understanding of my situation and has real heart to help me. It has been particularly challenging trying to find an injury specialist to have necessary imaging done that my own insurance won't cover without putting me through a bunch of hoops and hurdles and that I simply cannot afford out of pocket. I filled an online inquiry to see if I needed legal representation for an incident involving an officer and racial slurs the officer uttered towards me and my passenger. I was weary of a firm representing people against an officer. The representative from this firm listened patiently and was not rude. They decided not to represent me but did refer me to a number of other lawyers. I decide after calling the number to represent myself as this is the best way to display knowledge attained and to have a true representation from the perspectives of the victims.
