Well, folks i had to change my review rating fro 5 stars to 3 stars cause after recieving my backpay award i also recieved a letter from SSA stating they had overpaid me and i must repay them for the overpayment. So, i called Mr. Gantts office over the matter to find out if they knew how the SSA calculates a backpay award to their clients and was told that they didn't know how the SSA calculates their clients backpay award to know if the client was was actually recieving all the backpay he or she were entitled to from the SSA !!. I was truly saddened to hear that from them cause if the Attorney or staff doesn't know how SSA calculates their clients backpay then how do they know the SSA isn't ripping their client off? I personally would think thats a valuable piece of knowledge any law firm should know, cause we all know how crooked our politicians and goverment controlled organizations are especially when its democratic run.

When I applied for Social Security Disability I saw no reason that I would need a lawyer since my case seemed clear.
