We recently used Clement to purchase property in NC. We had a good experience with timely information and processing of our closing. They handled our transaction 100% remotely and it couldn’t have been much easier. We chose Clement because, early on in our search for a property, they gave us some legal advice regarding one of the properties we looked at. They were the only firm that gave us the time of day, and we really appreciated that willingness to help. I’d recommend them when purchasing property in NC.

Unfortunately, this was a very difficult closing. Ms. Clement worked very hard to make sure the closing was completed on the scheduled date. Unfortunately, the buyers signed closing docs so late on Friday, it resulted in the wire transfer not arriving into my account until Monday. I would have given 5 stars except for how I was treated by her receptionist, Meredith. It was a very stressful situation and she came across as very unsympathetic. My recommendation for anyone scheduling a closing--don't schedule for a Friday.

My husband & I live in Florida and sold some property in North Carolina, and were searching for a good attorney to handle a closing for us, not knowing of any law offices and being over 600 miles away, we were very apprehensive. She explained everything to us clearly (what it would cost, how long it may take, etc.….) she had the knowledge and people skills we were looking for. Also assigned the buyer his representation, Shay, who helped him tremendously. What a blessing Angela was to us!
