This property is well kept. Has high grade windows, hurricane doors, and facade. Plenty of parking. Nice to have a quiet little bar/restaurant within the residence. I recently sold a property there on the 3rd floor. Client is very happy :)

Cozy, comfy, and quiet. There's no fitness center, however, and that is a big deal breaker. EDIT: There's a fitness center now.
