Great place for meetings! The open-air, roof top dining is excellent, too. Plenty of room. Each table has an adjustable umbrella, for limiting the sun shine. Beautiful view of downtown Minneapolis. One of the BEST places for Happy Hours. Come, and Experience, all that this nice Club has to offer. You'll love seeing the place.

My husband and I attended a wedding last weekend. I've driven by there so many times but never gave it much thought.
What a beautiful place to have a wedding and reception. I've been raving about it ever since and sent a link to another friend who is searching for a wedding venue.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were even urged to look around the building. The food was delicious. The Hors d'oeuvres were perfect (samosas, egg rolls, and pot stickers). For dinner I had the salmon, my husband the beef. If I could have, I would've gorged myself. And we can't forget about dessert. All delectable.
The Women's Club is charming and elegant. I hope I have another reason to go there sooner than later.

A concert here is super cool. It is a unique concert venue. Would come back and try brunch or another event sometime. I also got to experience a wedding here and it was amazing.

Gorgeous space with incredible history. Lots of interesting details. If you get the chance, check out the theater in the basement!

Great organization! The venue is absolutely stunning and the women of the women's club are so eloquent and friendly!! The women in networking group loves to collaborate with the Women's Club!

Entrance is not on 15th St. As it looks like it is on the map. It's actually on Oak Grove Street.
This is a Hidden Gem if you are looking for a place that is nice and quiet and cozy. The food is great, the waiters are very attentive, and the spaciousness and age of the building envelop you as you dine.

The women's club is a beautiful venue. The food was good, the set up beautiful and Santa was excellent. There was a Xmas market down stairs with very cute table of original work. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was it was bit less of what they usually offer and that is no doubt due to covid. You will need to show proof of vaccination. Although this situation is wearing of all of us, it is nice to see that they do care for their staff and guests.

The Woman's Club is a hidden gem in Minneapolis. My husband and I recently hosted our wedding at the Woman's Club. The space was exactly what we wanted. We had our ceremony in the lounge followed by a reception onsite. The division of space is perfect for a wedding, and the location is stunning. The staff was incredible. We worked with Jennifer to coordinate the day. She was amazingly helpful and supportive. Highly recommend the Club for your event.

We recently attended a show here of Tom Segurra's. We sat nearly all the way at the top (btw, there was only two prices of tickets.. One option was $20 and some change per ticket the other was $50 per ticket.) eventhough I paid the higher price I some how ended up in the second to last row on the balcony. Let me just say, on a cold winter night you'd hope to not need your coat in the building. But, that was not the case. I was so uncomfortable because there was a constant air flow of colder air blowing on my ear (too bad I didn't have a winter hat on hand). Other than that, the show was great and I appreciate the age and character of this building. If you're going to a dinner show and want drinks, I recommend going out somewhere else first.. But, I do have to say you hardly can have a bad seat in the house. Very personal venue.

We had our wedding reception at The Woman's Club, and we are so glad we did! Katrina was very organized and detail-oriented while helping us plan our event; her attentiveness and communication made everything super easy for us. The servers, bartenders, and all the other staff were very kind and helpful as well. The food and drinks were catered in-house, and they were delicious! The chefs were very accommodating for our guests who have special dietary needs, as well. The space is beautiful and laid out in a way that allowed plenty of room for dancing and mingling, and there were multiple areas where our guests could relax away from the music and crowd if they preferred. We highly recommend this location for private events!

The place needs renovation ASAP. Went there for a standup comedy show and the hall was fully booked.. people were sweating. It has so much potential. It needs care though.

Such an elegant, beautiful space! Found parking as well. Roof top events have a view of Loring Park and the city, and the ball room is simply lovely.

Our first time going here. We didn't even know that this place is existed before today even though it has been here long before we were born. The decor was classical type architecture with ornate solid wood, beautiful chandeliers, and metal and wood seats. We sat in the upper balcony but had no problem seeing the performance on stage. The sound system was perfectly loud and we had a great time overall. Only gripe would be the beer selection was limited for the performance compared to what they normally can serve and they were quite pricey.

Great old building and the show we saw was excellent. My girlfriend and I saw Pinky Patel, very good show!

The woman's club is a must visit now that it has certain events open to the public. Its one if the oldest buildings and the inside is just beautiful. The lounge with a bar and fireplace and cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that overlook loving park. I highly recommend their Sunday Brunch. The spread is outstanding ...from omelet station to carving station, there isn't anything that is not there. To top it off, it comes with mimosa, red or white wine.

Beautiful environment. Delicious brunch menu.

My new husband I were blown away by the beauty and convenience of Women's Club of Mpls when we were choosing a venue for our wedding ceremony and reception -- and we are so glad we chose them! Tim and the entire staff was delightful to work with and made the planning so easy. Tim really helped me know what elements I needed to provide ahead of time so that everything would go smoothly the day of -- this was a huge help! The tasting dinner to choose our meal options was so elegant and so delicious we knew our guests would enjoy it. We had created a special cocktail while dating, and the bartender sourced the ingredients and infused vodka specially for us so it could be served as our signature drink. On the day of the wedding, the staff was wonderful and assisted to making the day go smoothly -- I'm sure this was tough to do with the number of events they had scheduled for that weekend! Yet they made us feel special. I had lunch served to my ladies while we were getting ready upstairs and it also was delicious -- they made sure we had everything we needed -- even adjusting the room temperature, etc. and making sure we had enough water. It was a magical day, and many of our guests told us how much they loved the space, the food and everything about our wedding. It truly is a gorgeous building. There are so many lovely spots for photos, plus Loring Park is just across the street. The wonderful catering director Tim and the entire staff all helped ensure the day went well and was fun for everyone. My husband and I are looking forward to returning occasionally for events at the Women's Club in remembrance of our wedding day.

This is an interesting building. It is an older design which adds to the charm but also makes it difficult to navigate. There are several levels and finding your way around is not always easy or intuitive. The seats are a little uncomfortable and there is no real bar area. I have attended a few comedy shows here and it is in a great location. There are two parking lots dedicated to the club and street parking is available too.

I've been a member of the Woman's Club for almost 3 years and there are so many amazing opportunities available to get involved within the Club and the surrounding community. I've been introduced to a huge network of successful women from all backgrounds. The Clubhouse itself is beautiful and there are always fun social events happening, from theater performances to cocktails classes and educational speakers. So glad I joined!

My partner takes me along occasionally for their great buffet - open to the public

The first event I attended at the Woman's Club Theater was the SG Blackheart Burlesque show. While other parts of the facility seemed quite pretty, and the show itself was fun, I have to admit I was disappointed with the theater. This kind of an event would have been more fun at a venue like First Ave.
The theater lighting was both age and event type inappropriate. It was hard to see the stage or enjoy the show when the house (particularly the balcony) was illuminated for most of the performance. It clearly threw off the audience experience. You're not in a position to relax and disconnect when everyone is waiting for the lights to go down like in any other venue, whether that be a concert venue, a movie theater, or a traditional theater show. The generally reserved and polite Minnesota crowd took longer to show enthusiasm than I think the performers were hoping for.
While having a bar is a nice addition, non alcoholic beverages (beyond just drink mixers) are an appreciated option for those who are driving or don't drink.
Finally, particularly for cold weather performances or disabled patrons, while the venue address is on Oak Grove, you may want to be prepared to enter the theater off Loring Park on W. 15th St (opposite side of the block down a hill).

Their ad for their "pride" event over sold it a little bit... Was way different from what we expected. Only saw older rich conservative women and there was soft music with no dancing. The gals at the table were understanding- though- and gave our money back.
M Randy Zadow
It is a classic and best view of downtown from the rooftop!
Lori Baron
Dinner on the roof top was beautiful, the view of Loring Park and the Basilica was amazing. Our meal was excellent and our server was on point. Quaint summer experience.

Another of our Grande Dame buildings in Minneapolis that has gone gently shabby because of the sheer expense of upkeep and renovation. We had our sorority alumni association holiday brunch here as we always do.
Much of it is lovely albeit ageing, some of it has gone very shabby. There is an historic theater in the basement and that alone is worth being restored and preserved. It would be a shame to lose this building but I fear the expense will be daunting. They are reputed to have an excellent Sunday brunch whicch I cannot verify. However, our mimosas at our brunch were $10 so gauge your visit accordingly.

Was here just for a comedy show. Venue was pretty, seats were comfortable (which was surprising, because I had heard bad things about them), drinks were moderately priced. Will definitely go back for another show.
Jackie Hjerpe
We had a reception there after my sister's funeral. The setting was beautiful, the accommodations were great as was the service and hospitality. I was very impressed.
Peggy Juergens
Building is historic with a lovely location. We had a nice lunch. Food and service were ok. Was nice and quiet so we could visit.
Matt Guthrie
Attended a wedding at this location and it was beautiful. It felt like being in a mansion or a palace. Warm, welcoming and well cared for. Excellent location
Karl Hillstrom
The event I attended was great, the seats were super weird and springy and not in a good way, but the venue is beautiful once you find it.
Bryan Harmelink
It's a bit disorganized as a venue, but the stage and venue itself are really nice. No garbage cans in the bathroom but paper towels to dry your hands... odd.
Traveling Experience

A large venue that has an old timey feel. The employees are nice, and the theater was roomy.
