I've lived here for three years, made quite a few friends/acquaintances - almost everyone I've met is lovely. Prices are still under $300K and the low-ish monthly association dues make these condos a great value. All the units I've seen have great layouts and lots of space, and the construction quality is fantastic! The location is the best part: groceries, restaurants, bars all within walking distance and has great public transportation options.
