This is really a 200 unit Condominium with awesome convenient location. they have a lot of Amenities like 24/7 doorman, large fitness center, Pool & theater. search the internet for "Blatz condoman" to see a list of Available Condos for sale.

Gary at the front desk is the most professional security guard I have ever come across. All residents are in great hands when he is on duty! Great building with incredible people. Especially on the 4th floor. They are so friendly up there.

I work in the area, and I am so glad the students opened this cute little Cafe. The students are really friendly, it seems like a great opportunity for them, and they serve the best coffee beans in the city..Alterra! I have to recommend the Grasshopper - a mocha with mint, whipped cream, and chocolate toppings, or a Strawberry/Ice Cream smoothie. They are both to die for! Stop by and support the students of MSOE!
