I have purchased 2 washer/dryer sets from them and had great experiences both times. A couple weeks ago, my dryer quit heating (long after the warranty had expired) and the ladies told me exactly how to open the back of the dryer and take out a couple parts to bring in so they could test them for me. They had the part I needed to replace in stock so I was able to buy it from them and now I have a working dryer again! They go above and beyond for their customers and it saved me from hiring a technician. I appreciate their guidance and willingness to help!

Purchased an electric range about eight months ago. Everything about the process was seamless. I had never purchased a used appliance before. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me several different ranges and helped me make my selection. It is still working like a champ! I greatly appreciate the shop owners assistance. COVID was still raging at the time. I also greatly appreciated the precautions she used to ensure the safety of both her staff and customers.

Very friendly and helpful owners, plus they have a cute little store dog! I got a washer and dryer set and a futon. Both very affordable and in great condition. Washer and dryer come with a 90 day warranty and we can call for help to find parts for servicing if need be. Finance options are available and they work with a moving company for delivery.

I bought a refrigerator from them today. They really helped me with financing, spent the time to help me through the process and even set up delivery. I'm very happy with their customer service. I hope to come back soon for a washer/dryer for my small business. And, as a side note: I will always do business with a company that requires it's employees to be vaccinated! Trevor is a legit pro. Why buy from a box store when you can put money back in the community? I bought a washer/dryer set and got what I feel is a solid deal for everyone. Legit operation. 90 day free warranty too.

They were so helpful and super nice! Loaded my washer and dryer for me and even took apart the smoker I bought so it would fit in my truck. Only thing was the smoker had some damage (I knew it had some scratches and dints that didn't bother me) but when I got it home my husband informed me that the lid wouldn't seal correctly due to the damage. We tried it out and it did work but due to the unsealed lid it took way longer to cook and smoke just poured out of the top of the lid like crazy!! This was partially my fault for not checking it properly before buying 🤷‍♀️

An honest local business! Trevor helped us out and gave us time to look over the inventory. It’s really nice to have a salesperson that’s a human being; not pushy, very personable and genuine! We found a great set in our price range, they offered a 90 day warranty on our set which really adds to the value of our purchase. A great experience with DT’s!

Today I hobbled in with my oxygen machine and cane and the girl with the dog opened the door for me. She was smiling and talkative. Her brother didn't remember me from the former East side store when the father was running the business but he was friendly, if busy. I've seen him a little bit cranky when he's overworked, can't get good stuff or help, but today was a good day. The inventory looked good. There was a wide variety from which to choose, and as long as they have them they sell separate appliances as well as pairs. I found some really good-looking ones and a few older "well-used" ones with their badges of dents or rust. They still work though, and were priced accordingly. I really liked a white set there and almost bought the two for $275 but I have to wait until my existing ones die. I bought them at DT's back when they had the East store. It's been my experience they are usually courteous, polite, eager to help, and they have their bad days like everyone else. The little dog is inquisitive and you might be able to use him as a human resources interviewer. Never do business with someone your dog doesn't like? Humor aside, he was on a leash and he was interested in smelling my shoes. Since I don't have a dog or a cat the dog probably liked me. I'll buy my next set there too.

Got a fridge from them that quit working 2 months after last payment. This company sent out a tech that replaced a faulty part and only charged me $30. Can't believe they stood behind an older fridge and actually took care of the issue without over charging! We're buying a washer dryer set tomorrow and I'm only going to one store!
