As a homeowner interested in selling I didn’t want the fanciest fridge but also wanted a stainless steel one to match my other appliances. He gave me a good deal and offered his recommendations. This is my second time here because I forgot the measurements the first time but each time I’ve felt like they were helpful and had many good fridge options. I recommend them if you’re looking for used appliances!

I have to commend them on their service. We found the dryer we were looking for and set the delivery date for Tuesday. Got a call on Sunday saying they had another delivery in my area. Long story short, they delivered the dryer 2 days earlier with great customer service and hauled off our old dryer. They tested before they left and everything ran great. Well Better Appliance finally got it right, we bought two full size stackable, first delivery washer left puddle, spoke to Mtg Mamun and he said he would replace, next set that came the door vent was coming off and you could actually touch the blue glue they used. Spoke to Mamun again and he said he would replace no problem. This time my husband picked the washer m/ dryer set which was less beat up looking than the second washer they were going to send. Third time a charm, delivery today and washed a load and so far no problems. Good customer service by Johan ( our salesman) and Shiraz (who took our situation seriously and articulated to Mtg. Hat goes off to Mtg Mamun for taking care of the situation right away. The deliveries guys were the best! So even though we had some mishaps I would still give this company a good rating. I will be back to write another review as time goes on as we use our set. Mamun even told us that if we had anymore problems he would see that we got a new set not refurbished…nice of him but after three tries it is expected ). Also forgot to mention we also bought a second refrig for basement, it’s an older model but works beautifully and perfect for the basement! Yes ,we would go back and purchase from Better Appliance!

Our refrigerator went kaput and we had to buy another one asap. I checked out half a dozen places that sell discounted fridges and Better Appliance is, by far, the best. They had many to choose from and the prices ranged from 200 to around 2 grand. I bought a GE that has a tiny ding on the front door. It was under 400 dollars, including the delivery. We love it!

This is the second time I have purchased an appliance from this establishment. I bought a refrigerator from here in 2020 and it still works perfectly. So when my washer and dryer broke down 2 weeks ago, I immediately thought of Best Appliance. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted very nicely. I expressed to them what I needed and they let me browse. Soon after, I found what I needed and they gave me a great deal right off the bat. Made the purchase and they were delivered the next day. It has been a treat working with Mamun and Jahan. They have taken the stress level off when buying appliances. I received a great deal on all my kitchen appliances including washer and dryer.. I am very happy with the treatment. Update: However, stress level went through the roof due to rude unprofessional delivery guys. The rating went from 5 to 3 stars. Disaster!!! Everything was fine until the delivery guys were rushing when they delivered items. They left debris in the home and did not take old appliances as instructed. When I called them to come back and pick up old items, they stated that they would not be able to come back on today and hung up the phone which was very rude. I had to call manager from Better Appliances for delivery guys to now come back the next day to pick up old appliances. Wow, what a headache!!!

We have bought used appliances from them 6 times before and never had any problems. the appliances have lasted for years. This last time, we ordered a used dryer. It did not work well as we had to run each load through 2 full cycles to get dry, instead of the usual one cycle. At first, It was hard to get through to a person. When I finally got someone to talk to about it, he said that the duct was clogged, and that was why it was not working. It made me nervous because he insinuated that the problem was on my side, and not that they gave me a bad dryer. I checked the duct and it was not clogged. I kept the number of the guy that made the delivery, and he was great and said it would be taken care of. (glad I tipped him well and got his personal #) They switched them out last night and this one is working fine. Gave 4 stars because the first guy I talked with left me with the impression that I might be stuck with a bad dryer. Not good cust svc. Ultimately, they fixed the problem. Will (now) use them again.

We had the best experience buying a new refrigerator from Better Appliance in Temple Hills, MD. The owner was absolutely hands-on and cares that you are getting the product that fits your needs. We had no problem with options to choose from, just trying to decide what we liked best and fit our home best. We love our new fridge! Delivery was a breeze! They had plenty of options to deliver it for us, including next day. They hauled away the old fridge and set up the new one. There were phone calls to verify the delivery date and time and phone calls when they were on their way. The men who did the delivery were kind-hearted, jovial, and professional. Everything was a way better experience than a big home store. We are planning to buy a range from them next. So we definitely recommend this place!

I was the top sales rep at Rex TV in Warner Robins Georgia for 5 years. I know a little bit about appliances and commission sales. So when I was shopping for washer and dryer I was surprised when I came across this store. The prices were insanely cheaper than other stores. Because the prices were so low, I bought a beautiful LG side-by-side refrigerator with the view and window ice maker and purified water dispenser. I ended up returning a year later and bought a Maytag washer, and dryer for my business. Even with delivery and set-up, the prices were way cheaper and no pesky salesman!! I highly encourage anyone to shop here. I want to read the reviews of a true customer and not someone paid to write good things. When you go to the store, please tell the manager, Mr Mamun about this review. Many times when we get good service, we say we are going to send any recommendation and don't do it. His service was so good, I wanted to write this review. I hope it helps you.

I have been purchasing my appliances from this business for years. I learned about them about five years ago when I purchased a brand new washer from Sears which is well over prices. So after learning about them I purchased my dryer from them, the same model was $560, however better appliance sold me the similar model for $160 and the machine worked it butt off. The machine dried my clothes in one cycle and got the temp was well beyond what I expected. I purchase a french door Refrigerator from them for $400, the same similar model was going for $1116. The only problem I had was with the door and I was aware of the problem when buying the item. We picked up the item and paid a local appliance repair person to hook up the appliance. As for the door piece, we used a screwdriver and fixed the piece ourselves. As today, we are awaiting for our new washer and dryer. I cannot provide a review for the delivery people. This review is for this business. If you are looking to purchase a appliance new or used that works and for a great price go here. All my appliances work well and if are concern about them not working after a while discuss it with the owners. I expressed my concerns and he provided me with options, I suggest you open your mouth and minimum room for concerns.
