No Stuff Appliance goes above and beyond for their customers. I purchased a washer and dryer and there was a minor hiccup when the delivery was made. I expected to have to wait until the next day for the issue to be corrected. However, Mr. Cole at No Stuff provided stellar customer service. My issue was corrected within an hour and the job was complete within 90 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I had with getting appliances delivered. 10 out of 10 I WOULD RECOMMEND!

I live a couple miles from No Stuff, and they are always the first place I check when an appliance goes! Best part is that everything you see you can take home! I’ve bought a couple of dishwashers, a gas hot water heater, and now a washing machine. I tried to by an oven over COVID but he only had gas ovens at that time. Bottom Line - if you just had an appliance fail, call Harry Cole at No Stuff Appliance!

We bought a beautiful Whirlpool 2-door stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker in front, "scratch & dent" in perfect condition for $hundreds less than a brand new one. Works great. Updating my review...recently bought fridge this time from No Stuff and they came through again. The sales lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. The price of the fridge could not be beat by any other company. Almost a third of the cost of the same fridge at Home Depot. The delivery guys were great. On time and in and out quickly. Made sure to be careful with both the fridge and my house. When I need another appliance I will go to No Stuff first. Highly recommend them. I loved the personal attention and service by No Stuff. I purchased a washer and dryer here over 11 years ago and never had any issues at all throughout all of those years. When my dryer stopped heating a few weeks ago it couldnt be repaired so of course I went back to No Stuff to get a new dryer. Service was just as great as I remember. Me and my mom went in and found a brand new dryer in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced and it is currently being set up in my home. There's still a local business that has the small time feeling! Reasonable prices! Appliances seem to break down at the most inconvenient time, when finances are stretched to the limit. I needed a new refrigerator so I tried Lowe's and Home Depot, but they were way too expensive and delivery was over a week away! I needed one right now! So I went to No Stuff after my friend suggested them. I found the same fridge there that I saw and wanted at Home Depot for way cheaper! And they were able to deliver the same day! Which was replace right away without any issues. All Items were purchased new. When I need to replace my dish washer I know where to go. I was also informed they do furniture and carpeting. Best Keep Secret in Hampton Roads. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was in and out in literally 20 minutes the office manager Jerry was great. He sold me an amazing stackable washer and dryer and helped with some issues that I was having in regards to how it would fit in my home. I cannot rave about this place more. We bought a washer and dryer from them almost two years ago, and this last week we had our dryer go out. We gave them a call and they had a repairman out the next day and he had it fixed in no time. He was SO sweet, and incredibly patient with my one year old who kept trying to bring him books to read and running around his feet upon his arrival and as he was trying to leave. And then, a few days later our dryer went out again. We called them back and they said that they’d have someone out as soon as they had an opening in the schedule, which didn’t end up being for two days which they apologized profusely for even though it was really no trouble. Yesterday they came out to do what I thought was a repair service, but they ended up just replacing our whole dryer, absolutely free! Harry, the owner, said that with the part that was broken on the dryer it had seen its final days and would have just kept going out, so they replaced it for us! And, the same repairman actually remembered my daughter’s name. We’re a military family, but as long as we live in Norfolk, all of our furniture and appliances will be bought through No Stuff. Absolutely, hands down the best service I have ever been given. You cannot go wrong with No Stuff.

My Mom and Dad have owned and managed real estate for 20+ years. As you can imagine they’ve need to replace a few appliances over the years. This has always been the only place they will purchase their appliances from. My mom told me Harry and the crew have given them nothing but the best customer service and best prices since day 1. No stuff appliances is a little gem. We found the establishment on Google while searching for new appliances. We became consumers on 17 February 2018. The quaint African American owned business has a large variety of new and used appliances. We decided to purchase a brand new Kitchen appliance set: stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave range, as well as a washer and a dryer. The prices were unbeatable! Not to mention, the quality name brand products. I would definitely recommend this company anyone!

All I can say is amazing and thank you!!! When I called this company this morning I was not expecting to get the outcome that I got. Right now my family is struggling very bad we are barely sliding by and when the washing machine broke to be honest it was heartbreaking. I called this company this morning to see if they maybe had a cheap washing machine I could get for $50 or less or if there was a possibility of having my machine repaired for $50 or less. The gentleman I spoke with ask me what my budget was and I told him the predicament that we were in and how we haven't even paid this month's full rent yet. The gentleman on the phone ask me what my washing machine was doing after I told him he said don't worry about it I will send someone out either today or tomorrow to fix your machine. Of course I expected him to tell me it's going to cost me $30 for the repair or more but no instead he sent someone out here to fix my washing machine the same day just a couple of hours after I called and it was free of charge. Of course this brought me to tears and I had to thank him and the Lord for really looking out for us today. The two gentlemen who came out and fixed my washing machine not only were so nice and funny but they also cleaned my washing machine for me. Hands down this was the best experience that I've ever had with any kind of appliance company. So again thank you for helping my family today and God bless you.

These folks are awesome! Our less than 3 year old Samsung oven went bad, Samsung wanted about $800 to fix an $1100 stove. These folks hooked us up quickly, arranged everything for my wife, Renee, and we got a brand new stove and dishwasher for less than $1000 installed! Store staff were great (and funny folks too!), and their delivery/install people were friendly, courteous, and just overall awesome! We will be looking for a replacement fridge in the upcoming months, so you know where we will be shopping!
