Today I went to Cronns in VA just to browse around to satisfy my curiosity and I ended up buying what I was missing in my home, the sales associate Fred was so helpful and so professional with that I have to leave a review to compliment him on a job well done. CONN'S HOME PLUS is a great store!! Wide variety of anything household.. Sean was my guy to go to, very friendly, helpful, respectful and knew what he was talking about when answering all my questions.. I will tell all my family and friends about this store and who to go to!!! Today I got a washer/dryer set and a new living room sectional couch. No money down and delivery is free for me. Everyone might not get this but today was a special deal in store. It was a very good deal... so just check on this when you go. But again the representative for Conn's is a great guy!!!

The motor on our old fridge went out on Monday and we needed a quick delivery. We ordered a new fridge online and received it on Wednesday morning. The delivery communication was prompt and the delivery guys were very respectful and even helped move the old fridge to our garage. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews about the delivery service but the gentlemen who delivered our fridge were awesome! I guess it all depends on who gets sent out to do the delivery since they use a 3rd party delivery but the ones who delivered for us were amazing!! I had a great customer experience!! Thank you!!

Let me start by saying that my experience did not start off as a 5-star experience. I ordered a refrigerator online in June only to find out later that it was not in stock and it would not be in for another month, maybe. About 2 or 3 weeks into my wait, I saw the item being advertised at a lower price. I contacted e-commerce to get a status update and to see if I could have my contract changed to reflect the lower price. I was told that the item was still not in stock and if I wanted the lower price, I could go into the store. So today, I did just that. I went into the store. I was greeted by Patrick. He listened to me as I told him what happened and what I was looking for. I showed him a picture of the stove that I needed to match and he found not one but 2 refrigerators that matched. He double checked to make sure it was in stock. From there, he handled things lightening fast and my new fridge will be delivered this week. Patrick is an all-star and I’m so glad he was there today to turn my experience around.

I received a flyer in the mail about an amazing package deal to get furniture. It couldn’t have come at a better time! My daughter finished her bachelors degree at JMU. She is in a masters program at Regent University. This means that she will not commute 45 mins to and from our home. We are getting her her very first apartment at a very prestigious high rise building in Virginia Beach. She wanted everything thing new and she needed it by September 9th! Where and how was I gonna accomplish this task with her expensive taste. I decided to call Conn’s and ask questions. The offer was amazing and the person that I spoke with at the Portsmouth store was named Karan ( spelling may be incorrect). He stayed on the phone with me for at least an hour and a half helping me put together and affordable package. He took notes, item numbers, sizes and answered every concern I had. So I decided that I wanted Karan to be sales representative and receive the commission because he earned it. We made a date and time to go to the store. He was with a family, yet we wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else (and they tried) but we waited. I think we were there for at least three hours making changes and he helped us take full advantage of all the perks that he could offer. Karan was a bright and humble young man and it was a pleasure to work with him. I’m sure that he will have a bright future with the company and leave positive and lasting impression on all that is fortunate to work with Karan.

They will greet you and ask if they can help but they also will step back and give you time to make decisions. From enter to exit took well over 2 hours but that’s because they were patient with me for me conducting 2 personal conference calls while pacing their room furniture department. After selecting my laptop that I wished to purchase, the processing of opening an account to taking my product home with no down payment went smoothly and flawlessly. It’s uncomfortable but often a necessary evil. I spent nearly 4 hours with Damian, Cortez, Marcus, Bri, Wes, Heather and the rest of the crew. . I was greeted warmly by every employee. Every. Single. The last thing my husband said was..ok we are buying this GE Refrigerator, the line for ice maker that we can return if we do not need, the 4 year warranty that covers everything at no cost to us and you will remove the old one...Mark said yessir you have my word. Well, that did not work out so well...were were emailed and called with a next day delivery of 3 to 6 which we confirmed...we were called at 2 pm the next day and told they were on the way..we both work so that was a mess...the guys tracked mud in...moved the old fridge across my floor scratching and marring the surface and would not take because it was not on the invoice. After calling and being told the same thing by the store manager and assistant manager because those guys were on a route..I just said so much for the ease of purchase which really pleased us and we talked about on the way home it would be a no brainers to use them again...I would not use them again..the politeness and respect ended with the purchase and his word was not kept...
