I highly recommend this company. They came to finish the job another company did not complete with the home warranty company. The customer service was excellent as they reached out to me immediately to make the appointment. Jason, the tech, is just fabulous! He is very knowledgeable and cares about what he is doing. This is the company and Jason’s second time servicing my refrigerators and I have been happy each time they have come... Kudos to Jason and CH Smith Appliances. Thank you!

I have had C.H. Smith dispatched through our home warranty a few times and every time, they have been nothing short of excellent. From setting up the initial evaluation/ diagnosis to the completion of work, everyone has been extremely friendly and maintained communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any small appliance job you may have.

I'll start by saying that I'm very particular about the work ethic of the mechanics and the services rendered and from what I viewed; Jason did an awesome job diagnosing the issue. He was very thorough and listened to all the information given about the possible origins of the problem and slowly back tracked each item until he found the true origin. From what I've seen, patience is the key when looking for leaks and he packed a lot, which is greatly appreciated since the washing machine is located on the second floor of the home. If anyone has any problems with their appliances, I'd recommend Jason from C.H. Smith.

I have a samsung washer and was looking for a drain pump. For it and they dont service any samsung or lgs products. Because the parts are hard to get.
