Stopped into one of Hansen’s used appliance stores, They had a scratch and dent stainless stove that didn’t have any noticeable damage . Exactly what I was looking for . They saved me $150 off what it cost online . Trust me I googled the model. They helped me load it right in my car and sent me to another location for a new 220 electric chord because they were out of that style. I got to the other location expecting to pay $25 for the chord. The guys had already called over and told them to just give it for free. I was blown away and very happy to Leave this review . I installed the stove and it works great. No damage at all!!

The whole process was done over the phone as we live in Canada and our condo is in florida but it was seamless, right from our salesperson Jack to the Manger Lou and apparently a wonderful installer . I Have bought several items from Hansens through the years and have been pleased with the service. I had to have a drier worked on and to my shock the bill was a little more then I was expecting. After understanding that the warranty on the drier had just expired I understood the bill. Hanson showed me some mercy and reduced the bill when they had every right to charge the full amount. It is great to know that there are still companies out there that value their customers.

12 years being Hansen's customer. This is the best company to buy used appliance from. Hansen's is reliable and always keep their word. Some appliances I purchased from Hansen's years ago still work great. I also had several repairs done in the past 10 years, always on time and great results. They warranty is amazing, they honor it, not like other stores. It is easy to place a service call or delivery. They show up when scheduled and call 30 min the technician is on his way. Their staff in the outlet store is super friendly. The Owner, Fred is there in person taking care of customers. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent work ethics. Even during Covid-pandemic they were consistent. They are the best! Highly recommend!

Hansen's was the first place I went to in my search for a new refrigerator. I am so blessed I went there! They carry only top of the line products. I ended up buying a beautiful Amana refrigerator. I will be going back in another week or so to get a washer/dryer combo. And I am doing so with confidence!! Delivery didn't go so smoothly but I still feel the whole experience has been a success. When the delivery came on time gentlemen removed my old washer and dryer and installed my new washer and dryer with care and ease.They even cleaned the area of the old dust from my old washer and dryer. Eddie and Ruben need to receive a huge at a boy for their professionalism, completer care in the installation and cleaning up after themselves. They were very pleasant during the entire process. Love this place! Thought I needed a new dishwasher and they could have sold me one. But, they asked if I'd just had a new disposal installed. There's a knock out plug that my handyman forget to remove that was the problem. Happily, my handyman was here and could hear on speaker phone and immediately realized his mistake. Thank you Hansen!! I also used them earlier for a washer and dryer and very happy with their service. They are a family owned business.

Top notch service! Our washing machine broke on New Years Eve and we were desperate to replace it ASAP! We went to Home Depot and Lowe’s first, only to find they don’t have any washing machines in stock - we would have to place an order and wait 5 days. I called Hansen’s and spoke with Sarah who was very friendly and helpful! My husband went in and bought the washer we wanted in less than 20 minutes (they had many to choose from). Called yesterday afternoon for a 15+ year old Kenmore refrigerator that had no cold air. Guy on phone was very helpful setting up the appointment. Tom came out today on time, was professional and friendly. He diagnosed my problem almost immediately and repaired it in no time. He even cleaned out the bottom coils for me and gave me pointers on being more efficient with the fridge. Would definitely use them for all my appliance needs in the future. Glad I called.a great local company.

We bought a used dryer just shy of a week ago now. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and not pushy at all. I really hate up selling techniques and avoid certain stores because of it. The gentleman found out what we needed, what features were important and stayed right at our budget for me. The dryer had an issue, called up and repaired within 24 hours of initial call. (Needed to get parts was the only hang up) the warranty is excellent for a used appliance, and their pricing is well within reasonable. I plan to go back for a couple more when I'm ready to start my kitchen remodel.

Great place highly recommended!!! Thought i needed a new washer was expecting to spend $500.00 on a washer found one at Sears cheaper.. I was told about Hansen's many times so stopped in and after we talked to them, they said instead of buying a new washer we can come out and fix it. The next day today the man came out (Lance) very professional nice guy fixed washer. Yeah we are so Happy ☺ with Hansen's and will definitely go or call them again if needed.. This family business is the place to go for appliances. I’ve been using them for almost 30 years & I have loved the down home personal service as well as their product line. I’ve purchased several used appliances over the years, used their service department and now I’m about to purchase a new stove. I went in to see the guys over here at Hansen's. It is the closest place to my house. Regardless of this fact, I went there for a special piece to repair my own dryer, and the guys didn't have it in stock. However, to my surprise, they ordered it in the a.m. and had it by mid afternoon. Customer service was great and price was better than Amazon...which is hard to do now a days! Faster and Cheaper! Hansen’s has been in service for over 30 years for a reason. They are good honest people. My husband is the manager at The Ridge Road location so I know these people from behind the scenes. They genuinely care about their customers and doing good honest business is top priority. Some of these reviews are completely ridiculous. Please keep in mind, some people are impossible to make happy. Hansen’s will bend over backwards for customers. They will lose money if that means good business and happy customers. Supporting local business helps our economy and our community!

I have worked with Hansen's Appliances for many years now. Their appliances are priced well and in good repair. When I have had any issues, their repairmen are prompt and courteous. Right now they are repairing my washing machine at their shop (still under their warranty) and I am using a wonderful loaner that they have provided for me to use while my machine is being repaired. Fred, Travis, Tom, Lance, Armond, Vito, Joshua, Bracey and Jim are all wonderful! You cannot go wrong working with all these fine folks!

My refrigerator stopped cooling so I called Hansen's. They sent Fred, who determined the cooling control was shot, so he replaced it. After 24 hours it still wasn't cool, so I called back. Within 2 hours, Lance and his partner came out and figured out the cooling control not working caused the fan to burn out. They put a fan from another unit in my fridge and now it works great. I could not believe the immediate response and great customer service.

My wife and I were visiting my oldest son's family in the Largo area and wanted to help him with odds and ends for the condo he had just moved in to several weeks ago. He purchased his washer and dryer from your store and was telling me all about the great service, prices and guarantees he had received from you prior to my getting there. His dishwasher that came with his condo was missing a wheel for the lower basket and needed a replacement. We stopped at your store and explained our situation to Tom and Bracey. They immediately knew what we needed and took care of us in a very professional way. My son was so pleased when he got home from work that night he said, "Dad, I will always go to Hansen's for everything I need because they really know how to take care of their customers and I'm going to tell everyone that I know to do the same." They refunded me for my broken dryer, are picking it up from my home and offered to set up my new dryer, which is a gift, not making them a cent! Janet/owner talked with me at great length. If you refrigerator freezer is not cooling and freezer is working the line maybe clogged and the unit frozen. Thaw it out for a day or two and save money. They charged 138.00 for doing just that. FYI overall the tech did a nice job defrosting the unit and the fridge is working fine.

Bought a range, refrig and dw from them. Refrigerator had to fit in a specific small opening. Gave salesperson measurements when I placed the order but when fridge was delivered was nearly 2" too tall. Replacement fridge delivered next day that was shorter but more $. Wrote to owners asking for info and possible rebate as original order was placed on Black Friday at a sale. Never got a response. Very disappointed at the lack of response and initial hassle of having two fridges delivered.
