I love the customer service here. The prices are similar to big box stores, but you get a more personal experience. The price on our television went down shortly after we purchased it, and it was very easy getting the difference credited back to our credit card. If you leave a message for any particular person to give you a call back, they follow through! Thank you Drew!

Purchased a microwave today. Process was easy, my sales guy Zach Crisp was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were very good (Black Friday Sales). They service the appliances they sell, which is a big plus. Because my luck with Microwaves has not been good, I opted for a 5yr warranty extention ($120). Peace of mind is worth $24/yr to me, as my two previous units lasted just over 1 year and 2 years, both conveniently out of the manufacturers warranty time frame. Always good to check Karl's out, as they specialize in appliances, and price match with other local businesses (maybe with on-line too, but I didn't ask). All in all, a low stress and successful experience.

Delivery guys, Dan and Joe were awesome! They had to take our front door off and take the doors and drawers off the new fridge to get it in the house. They did so with no complaints and were very professional. It was obvious these guys took their job seriously and cared about the condition they left our house in and the condition of our new appliance. Hey also arrived within 5 min of the scheduled delivery time. Perfect delivery and install!

Mike and Joe delivered a Traeger grill for us today and did an amazing job! I was so grateful they honored my request of taking our old grill down from the deck and placing in the garage. The new grill was extremely heavy and awkward, but they managed to get it up the stairs and safely on the deck. The only part I would recommend an improvement that is separate from him pertains to contacting the customer to schedule the delivery and installation. Nobody contacted me. I had to call in a few times about the delivery. The gentleman that delivered and installed was very polite and made sure everything worked before leaving.

Wife and I went there just wanting to see what the new line of refrigerators looked like in person, ended up having an awesome salesperson (Andy) help us kind of get an idea of what we wanted, we made it back to the truck for 5 min before we decided to go back in and close the deal on an awesome deal on a top of the line LG floor model fridge (about 800$ off) and dish washer to match. We needed to get new appliances as soon as possible. We started off looking at Best-Buy, Lowell’s, then Home Depot. We wandered around the stores for hours looking at everything then wandered around again for another hour looking for someone to try and help us. Headed into Karl’s and didn’t take more than 5 steps into the store before this amazing salesman or should I say sales hero named Drew swooped down from the heavens and walked around with us to show us their enormous selection. I would advise anyone who’s thinking about getting new appliances don’t even waist your time looking anywhere else, just call The Amazing Drew at Karl’s and save your time and money in the long run. We don’t fight over the old ones being broken or not working properly anymore and probably saved our marriage because of it. Great staff. The only complaint I have is the return policy. We bought a microwave. Three days later we wanted to exchange it for a different one. It was still in the box and not opened. We were told we could only exchange for same price or higher. This is something that should be discussed at purchase. They did make it right and we exchanged it. Would recommend

Karl's employees have top notch customer service skills! After having terrible experiences with appliances from a local big box store and the installation company that they used, I was weary. But my experience with Karl's has been so pleasant, I wish I had gone to them first! The sales associate (Leddy) answered all of my questions, checked measurements, made sure to get me the best price possible. Their warranty plan is way better than the big box stores, too. Jerry installed my dishwasher; he was polite, careful, and did a great job trouble shooting when the space and lines weren't set up properly by the builder. The two men that came to do the washer/dryer set up were just as great. Both installers made sure the appliances operated well before they left and took the time to walk me through the features! I should've gone to Karl's first, and I will for sure get any appliances from them in the future!

My mother and i went into karls to buy a dishwasher. I found one similar for way cheaper somqhere else and we were talking to our sales lady about the differences. She would say a variety of things that she was pretty much gyaranteeing was different between the two. However i pointed out several times that the other one indeed had it as well. You could tell she was just trying to say anything to make us stay and buy with karls. Please know your facts correctly and dont treat your customers as an item to sell

Before leaving I was given a little box with some tools and was told they were for adjusting the pedestal if the machine shook while spinning.
