We had four of our appliances swapped out at Ashton, and the folks from Arnold were courteous, diligent, timely, and our kitchen looks fantastic with the new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Highly recommend these folks.

We met with Brent over the summer and he advised us as to which fridge would be best, so we were already well informed when our fridge ultimately died a very painful death just after the new year. Despite supply issues, Brent arranged for us to receive delivery in 5 days and then moved mountains to bring on an extra crew when it looked like we were going to be bumped from the schedule on delivery day. Between Brent and the delivery and installation team, we received precisely the level of customer service that made us choose Arnold's Appliance in the first place and that will keep us coming back. Alan Alseth is our go to salesperson and he is a wealth of information when it comes to appliances (even provides an historical perspective). He goes all out to help you make the right choice. We decided to have our range installed by our contractor and ran into an issue with a gas leak. I called Arnolds and the day before Christmas Eve they dropped everything and did a house call getting it installed properly in time for Xmas. They even ran to the local hardware store to pick up needed parts. Needless to say, unbelievable service that you wouldn’t see from a box store. Can’t say enough how impressed I am by the service and how well they treated me during this. Buy from here.

I needed appliances for an entire house, and a friend referred me to Arnold's Appliances. So, I just sauntered over one lazy afternoon and took a look around. It was nice to see the appliances in person; just so much more tangible for my taste. The sales consultant who helped me was Ted Biery. Now, I am of a certain age, so I have been appliance shopping many, many, many times in the past and this was by far the best experience that I have ever had! The layout of Arnold's Appliances is open and very user friendly. There's plenty of room to walk about and the opportunity to see, touch, and envision the product in your own home. Ted Biery was knowledgeable, patient, positive, and professional. Over the course of two visits, Ted helped me select products that fit within my taste and budget. He helped me determine which products/styles were appropriate for stretching my budget a bit, and where a quality generic selection could work wonderfully without breaking the bank. Ted was very forthcoming in letting me know about the current manufacturing delays. Essentially, Ted helped me build my appliance selection around my dream kitchen cook station and will communicate with our builder. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and I saw how other sales consultants interacted with their clients. I had been to another high end appliance store in Bellevue--whose name begins with Albert--and it was an abysmal experience. If you are looking for quality appliances, check out Arnold's Appliances. They have products to fit every budget. If you get a chance, please ask to work with Ted!! I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this shop for their appliance needs. Thank you.

Arnold’s came through. We ordered a dishwasher, and when it arrived at our house to be installed a couple of weeks later, the installer discovered it was broken at the factory. Arnold’s salesman Tyler worked with me that day to quickly get a new dishwasher out and installed that day. Customer service is absolutely top notch, and the prices were fair.

I have been needing a new dishwasher for a while now. Working with my sales consultant Tyler was super easy and he was able to walk me through the entire process. I know nothing about dishwashers and he was able to anticipate my needs and help me determine every aspect from top mounted buttons so my kids cant mess with them, to the proper size and style so it would fit in the same spot as my old one!

Our features and benefits education helped me select the right units for my household, no pressure to upgrade into some thing I wouldn't need or use. I give Arnolds 5 stars. The resolved our problem very satisfactorily so will certain continue to use them. However unless your appliance is beyond repair I suggest you keep it. We bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher which worked for 3 days before starting to have problems. It would not start, lights would go on then off and machine would not work. The setting had to be continually changed for it to start. Then it would work for 2-3 times again stop working. Arnolds believed me when I reported the problem, sent out a service man who suggested the unit be replaced which is what they did. This one has worked as it should. However service and delivery men said due to all the government regulations appliances just aren’t as reliable and don’t work as well. NOT Arnold’s fault. I will definitely use them again.

Great service, selection and knowledgable sales team. On the hunt for a microwave to replace a broken GE unit, my husband and I, discovered we didn't know much about microwaves. We took our search from the internet to local appliance stores and Arnold's Appliance was one of them. Their showroom is huge, thoughtfully laid out to mimic mini kitchens so we can visualize what looks practical in our kitchen. We went on a busy Saturday, after walking around the showroom we were ready to talk to someone. Just then, Jeremy finished up with another customer and came over to greet us. After gathering information from us about the size of the old microwave and the space where it went, he showed us what would match best. He was knowledgeable and informative. All aspects that are much appreciated, especially after spending time in another store. We purchased our convection microwave, brought it home and are happy campers again. If you're shopping for appliances, I recommend doing your due diligence and look online, in big box stores and other appliance stores in town. But do yourself a favor and stop by Arnold's before making a purchase. You'll appreciate a higher level of customer service and the overall experience.

I believe it's important to support high quality businesses that work hard to maintain superior processes and customer service. We did an extensive remodel and bought an entire, high end appliance package: SubZero, Dacor range, zephyr hood, micro, dishwasher, washer, dryer. As always seems to be the case in life, we had a couple bumps in the road months after. I tried to change a light in the hood and a fuse or something blew. Arnolds had immediate and excellent followup arranging a no charge authorized repair. Then the dishwasher had a little issue more months later. SAME fantastic follow up. (imagine calling a box store months or years later...haha) Truly above and beyond a customer's expectations. The immediate customer service and the follow up (months and years later) is outstanding. I would also highly recommend Sam for knowledge and follow up. I'm sure we'll have other properties and many appliance needs in the years to come and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They deserve your appliance business ~ because they work hard to earn it and keep it.

We had a dryer purchased through Arnold’s and the service was great. I have since gotten my Traeger smoker there and I go back often for the Traeger supplies (wood, trays, rubs...). Today I am grabbing a Traeger Turkey Brine kit and I cannot wait time smoke my turkey kit this year.

Use this store to buy your appliances, and you will have no regrets. I bought my range through them, and Troy was great in helping and offering advice. Then I went with another company for my dishwasher, and it has been a nightmare! I will only use this store to buy future appliances, and never a large box store!

Yuri with ONE TIME APPLIANCE installed our vent-hood, dishwasher, ice maker and most importantly our 48" STOVE!! He and his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! Professional, cleaned up the mess at the end and polished the appliances. We will hire him again to install our Fridge and Freezer!!
