Staff was extremely helpful and patient in helping me get the parts I needed to fix my gas stove. Had to go back a couple times, and each time they were great. They probably saved me a couple hundred dollars by finding me working used parts versus selling me new ones. I highly recommend them.

Wow. What a great shop. I went down and purchased a belt for my dryer but it turned out that wasn't the problem. I went down to buy additional parts and when I got there they both wanted to make sure I was on the right track. I wasn't. We talked about symptoms and they offered a solution. They were correct (of course) and now my dryer is humming along. Thank You both for caring and for your professionalism!

Bought an oven element here today, a local store with great service. They had the part I needed right on the wall, ready to go. Tried Amazon first, got a universal element that wasn't so universal. Tried some of the bigger hardware stores and would had to wait another week to get one in. Next time, I'm coming here first.

My refrigerator quit cooling so I called Allbest Appliance on National and Lester walked me thru what was possibly wrong. I took his suggestion and easily removed the motor controller from the compressor and brought it to him and he was able to locate one that was a close match. He charged $10 and I was able to go back home to see if this controller would fix the problem. It did so Lester saved me from having to replace a $1600 refrigerator. Thank you Lester.

This place is so great. We were expecting to have to purchase a new oven as the replacement part cost close to what a new range would cost. They suggested that we bring the clock/panel in to see if they had a replacement. They were able to fix our control panel and only charged for a few minutes of labor saving us over $400. Love supporting local businesses. Allbest will recycle old washer and dryers free of charge! Will even unload it for you. We ended up going back because we just needed a washer to carry us through until we got our forever home. The sales staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the machines. Love the warranty and how it can be transferred as well. Thanks Allbest!

Our refrigerator died on us during a holiday weekend. Albest had a beautiful refrigerator at a very reasonable price. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. They were so helpful and made an exception for us and delivered the next day. Highly recommend

FABULOUS!! Allbest is the only place around and open on a Saturday I could find the part I needed for my dryer. The Gal at the counter was very helpful in looking up my part and finding me what I needed. Got home put my dryer back together and ran into a slight issue. I contacted them via messenger on Sunday and to my surprise got a response just moments later. Even on a Sunday when they are closed. They asked me a few questions to diagnose the issue and I will be stopping in for another visit tomorrow to resolve the issue. Easy breezy! I’m very happy with the service!

They did a really good job explaining why my dryer just could not be fixed the day I tried to drop it off, so I bought one from them. I've bought a washer from here in the past too. Both times I bought the cheapest one they had on the floor. Both have worked for years without any problems at all. Staff is nice, honest, and doesn't try to up sell me. I plan to just keep buying everything from here that I can.

Allbest picked up my old fridge & Freezer, and a giant old gas grill. On time, super friendly, and the pickup price was great! My Dishwasher died and I needed a quick, inexpensive replacement - bingo! Very nice people to work with! They also carry parts like oven heating elements, stove top coils and such... Wish I'd known about them years ago!

I've purchased two appliances on two separate occasions and both times were great experiences. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and kind. He also takes care of our military with a discount. I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for a generic appliance for a very fair price.

The heating element on our oven went out today just days before Christmas. We thought there would be no way we could get a replacement element before Christmas. I went to Allbest and they were able to get us a replacement element within minutes of coming into the store. Christmas is saved! Thank you Allbest!

The 2017 operations are fantastic and I highly recommend them. The money is well wprth it. They are my first choice for repairs and rebuilt appliances. l've purchased about a dozen from them for our duplexes and rentals as well as our own home. The new owners took over in 2016 and have done excellent repair work on my appliances.

I purchased a dryer and had it loaded within 10 minutes. Once I brought it home I realized I needed a different electrical port. I returned to the shop with the cord and they changed it out immediately. I will do business with again and recommend them to others.

Great place to recycle and get appliance parts and repair. Save $$, try here first. They fixed my range with some new and used parts, saved me a bundle and time, got the whole repair labor and parts for half the the cost of the one new part and got it done in couple of hours. They also ran it through all the tests awesome. Just like new except for the grease that was already there when I brought it in.

Too bad there isn't a ZERO star rating. This company shouldn't be in business with their attitude. I didn't believe all the bad comments, now I'm a believer. Please stay away from this business or you going to be really disappointed. If you are looking for used appliances or on a tight budget, try Craigslist. It is true, the owner is a big "#$%&@"! Should close the business, no one is going to miss it. 3/2018-new owners, better than before.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, straight-shooters, even against personal interest. On last visit they showed me how to fix my refrigerator and deep freezer -- even though the parts were at competing stores (despite their huge inventory of used parts .) I have come other times over the years and always great to have local parts and service with good people (even if a previous owner got tragically sick and grumpy before selling to current owners). I feel that this store is carrying on the heritage of my uncle, Roy Hobaugh , who ran Roy's Appliance Repair at Kitsap Radio on Callow Avenue, along with my father, Henry.

This is the best place to get appliances parts in KItsap county. Yes, Bill in his last few months of his life had a problem dealing wit ONEJERK, but for many years he would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. The new owners just like the old Bill are the same quality people to deal with.

Locally owned, open 7 days a week, and the staff is very knowledgeable. What they don't have when looking for replacement parts they know how to get. For a fee (nominal) they will even come get your old appliance for recycle (if you purchase from them they will do this free of charge when they deliver).

They had a used heating element for our oven for like 12.00 we were able to fix it ourselves the day after ours burned out. They also had a replacement drawer for our refrigerator cheaper than anywhere else. They recycle Appliances and fix them or part them out.

I have purchased items from and dropped off appliances at Atbest and have had no problems. The only requirement for FREE drop off is that it be during business hours...pretty straight forward. Other places (like waste disposal) CHARGE for appliances. GREAT prices, & FREE appliance disposal = Atbest Appliance & Refrigeration.

My first impression of Atbest was WOW, what a selection. I had been hunting for used appliances on Craigs list, and driven all over looking at some junk. The appliances (specifically refrigerators) they offer are clean and they are displayed plugged in so you can see they work. They are knowledgable about not just their products, but have a helpful knowledge of other ones as well. Not only did I buy a refridgerator there, but I've also been back for appliance assessories; such as washer hoses, dryer plugs, dryer leveling feet, and now even a dryer heating element. With each transaction, I got good service and the saleslady was helpful. I like that they put on their paperwork, if in doubt, DON"T BUY. They also make sure you understand their return policy before you buy. I think that shows they are honest and upfront. Every experience I've had there so far has been positive and professional. I highly recommend this store. I saved money on every purchase.

The new owners of Allbest Appliances (NOT ATBEST) are awesome. Unfortunately it is at the site of the former Atbest Appliance where the previous owner was less than friendly after an unfortunate stroke. This is a new store, new owners and a friendly staff. Atbest reviews, for some reason, still appear under Allbest. Allbest has no affiliation with the old Atbest except location.
