I put off replacing my refrigerator because I dreaded the high prices of a new one. ONE STOP to Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse, and I found exactly what I needed and wanted and spent a thousand fewer dollars because of a few dents on the side of the fridge that don't even show in my kitchen. The Kammeryer family is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry as well. Shopping her for appliances is a no-brainer

So easy!! I have been watching KSL for months, in need of a new stove. My current stove is slowly biting the dust. A Whirlpool convection oven with air fryer came up one day from Discount Appliance Warehouse - $750 down from $1200 - so I thought I'd check it out. Turns out this stove is actually brand new, just off the ding and dent truck. I walked in, found the stove, and it took twenty minutes to get zero percent financing and arrange for delivery for a small fee. The stove showed up the very next afternoon and the financing company was incredibly helpful and informative. I love this place and I will definitely be back! I have had TERRIBLE experiences from beginning to end working with Big Box Stores buying things at full price and not seeing them for weeks and weeks - then trouble with installation and finding anyone I can talk to for help. I will never go that way again.

When we purchased our home 5 years ago, we bought a used GE Refrigerator. Last week the refrigerator stopped cooling, and the repairs would exceed the cost of the fridge. We visited stores, searched online and ads on KSL featured numerous refrigerators we had been interested in. Quinn at the Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse helped us find a spectacular refrigerator, and we were able to save 20 percent! The Warehouse is clean, easy to navigate we could check out the refrigerators in person. Refrigerators from big box stores were backordered until January, our Whirlpool from Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse was delivered the next day!

Then today we bought a fridge almost half price of what we'd would have paid at Home Depot. If you don't mind cosmetic dents and possible scratches. This is a great place to come. I am lazy and love to do whatever I can to just shop online. When I called to ask about an item on the website I spoke with Tawsha. She was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. She gave me her opinions on some brands I asked about and the pros and cons of higher end vs. lower end models and she explained them without trying to push the highest end. I bought a new washer & dryer and they were able to deliver it to me just hours later. The delivery people were great, they reached out to me to set a time and arrived when they said they would. Great experience with this company!

These guys were wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond. I loved the oven I bought there, and they loaded it in my car for me which was wonderful. My car battery was giving me trouble, and not only did they help jump start my car, but they stayed open little later while I waited inside for a tow truck. So long story short our dishwasher stoped working. And also we were having issues with other kitchen appliances range and fridge. So when the dishwasher broke we started looking around for the best deal on a dishwasher. Now we did go to the local retail a cheap bottom line dishwasher would have cost us with delivery and install over 600.00 So I found this place on ksl classifieds. And suggested to try it. So as to our experience here we walked in though an office to the showroom /warehouse All the appliances were neatly grouped by type of appliances. It was very clean and quiet for having such a setup. Andrew helped us he was very nice not hovering or ignoring us. Just the perfect amount of customer service. So we were looking to just replace the dishwasher but after some discussion decided to swap all three. To get a matching look and to avoid future trips or calls to appliance repair. We got such a great deal on the three appliances that I bragged to my boss. And the customer service was great after the sale as well.

Quinn is the man and his team is amazing. We got a gorgeous fridge with a tiny scratch I can’t even find, saving us almost 50% on an awesome brushed steel Whirlpool. Sadly, our first refrigerator had an issue that couldn’t have been foreseen. The original plan was to get in find a low priced white stove and get out. What happened is the opposite. Friendly staff and all around great prices led me to buy all new stainless steel appliances. Like a tractor beam, sucked me right in. Left with 4 items. They were good about letting me wonder the floor to find what I wanted and checked in periodically. Answered all my questions and in the end gave me a good deal! Even after the sale Quinn was great about accommodating an additional request I had and was able to help me out. Quin found us a specialty sized ding and dent range we can't even find a ding on + we bought our drawer microwave here. He was so great to work with, gave us his cell in case we ran into any problems with install and always responded promptly. I was frustrated with my refrigerator orders from Lowes and Costco that kept getting delayed when I called Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse. Quinn and Tasha were both soo helpful and responsive. The gentleman helping me load up my machine even took some extra time to explain to me how to do the install. Even though the stuff they carry is scratch and dent, everything was in excellent shape. BEST place to buy a fridge! Exactly like buying straight from Whirlpool except for the hefty price tag. (Yes, you can still get a warranty through Whirlpool.) We got an awesome fridge for HALF the price all because of a tiny, tiny, tiiiiny little dent in the top right corner that we cover with a fridge magnet! And the savings are even better if you don't mind choosing one with more obvious imperfections. I had done a LOT of research before buying, and they were able to answer every nitty-gritty question I threw at them, plus give me more info. These guys know their stuff and are honest and easy to talk to. I was so confident that we just bought it over the phone without even going into the warehouse (since we live a bit far away and have little ones). Then they delivered it, installed it, and hauled the old one away all for just a $75 fee that SAME day. The delivery guy they sent was great too. Very friendly and professional. Spoke to my sister about buying a fridge and she found UDAW on KSL and told me to check them out. I figured it would just be another refurbished appliance place, which I didn't want. If you don't want to read my long review, just know that I will always be buying my applianced from them from now on. Great prices, great products, great people and great service! Yesterday, I went in to buy a fridge and dishwasher. They have a great selection and I found just what I was looking for. The fridge I decided on was marked down because of damage, but upon inspecting it we could not see what the issue was (three of us were looking), so I decided to buy it. I filled out the paperwork and initialed that I had inspected it and everything looked fine. I was very happy with the purchase. Later in the day, I got a call from them saying that they found the issue and that there was a big dent in the front that we somehow missed because it was behind the plastic on the fridge. They asked if I still wanted it and we decided I would go back in to take a look. I went in this morning, saw the dent and decided on a different fridge. I'm telling you this cause, in my opinion, that is excellent customer service. They did not have to call me. They had already told me there was an issue, and I had filled out the paperwork saying I had inspected it. They could have left it at that, but they went out of their way to call me and let me back out if I wanted to. I'm impressed. They are very personable and it was overall a great experience. I was already going to give them 5 stars even without this whole situation because of how happy I was with their prices, but this put them over the top.

So here is my honest review of this place. I know you think 🤔 hmm it's going to be used second hand or something that fell off the back of the truck literally or figuratively. I must say they explain that way they get the appliances. We had gone in to look as we were waiting for our house to be finshed. We didn't want to buy the fridge my wife and I liked since we still needed to go through closing and all that headache. So fast forward a month and we go back hoping they still have the fridge we wanted. Of course they don't they do move through a lot of product. But we asked about the one we had previously seen and they said oh yeah we will have some Tuesday. They took my number and said they would let me know when it arrived so I could look at it and make sure we liked it. The sent me a text the day before they were expecting it to say they had it. We went in and they sure did have the one we wanted. I felt kind of bad because the one we wanted we actually didn't buy, we actually changed our mind when we went in and seen they had also received the one we liked but in black stainless steel. So we got that instead. They made everything easy and explained how to register the product with the manufacturer to get the full warranty. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone that needs new appliances go here. It's small local and run by a family. So you don't get that greedy customer service you usually get at those bigger stores.

We ALMOST paid double the price for our double oven from Home Depot. Thank goodness we stumbled on this place thru KSL classifieds! Not only did we end up getting an oven here, we also bought a fridge to match, (again 1/2 the retail price) and only paid $400 more to get BOTH for the price of the oven at H.D.! We'll definitely refer our friends and family to shop here first!! We live in south utah county, it was definitely worth the drive. Make sure you take a vehicle to take your appliances with you!
