My technician Jim arrived promptly and was very thorough. Right away he let me know my concern was normal. He could have written my invoice and said have a good day, but he still ran a rinse and drain cycle to make sure it was working correctly. I was happy to have someone so honest and personable. In a word. Amazing! Elite's level of service is probably the best I've ever experienced. They re-confirmed the appointment the morning of and sent a text link showing the technician's arrival time. Jay showed up on the dot and diagnosed the problem of our Sub Zero in minutes. Our icemaker had stopped working and he gave me the detailed cost of replacing it. No pressure, no hassles. Said overall the refrigerator was in great shape and he noticed we were now using ice trays for ice in the meantime. Instead of pushing for selling us on replacing the icemaker ($$$), he said that maybe the ice trays were the most cost-effective solution until we needed a new refrigerator. Wow! Love the honesty and common-sense approach. If you ever have a need for refrigerator repair, Elite is the only company to call.

My trusty old tank of a dryer stopped getting hot. They sent me a technician within 2 days of me calling, diagnosed the problem, and luckily parts were available to fix it the same day. The technician, Robby, was friendly and professional. He even gave the internal parts a cleaning and oiling while he had it open. Easy and stress free, and I’ll definitely use them again the next time I have appliances needing repair.

These guys are great. My double oven died, and just by looking at it, Stephen knew what the problem was - and his test confirmed it. Not only that, but he knew exactly what my options were. Unfortunately, the broken parts were no longer in production, but he went above and beyond by searching every possible vendor and even checking for old parts on eBay as a last resort. He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and he clearly knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come over when my wife was home alone. Five star company, and five start people.

Best experience with a Repair service and Technician, I would give them 10 starts if I could. First they gave a quote over the phone which i found not all places do, Steve our technician called when he was on his way, showed up and was, clean, courteous, honest and had a great attitude. He was able to fix the dishwasher in under 20 minutes. I had a couple other appliance issues that I hadn't scheduled repairs on but I thought, while I have them here why not ask. Steve replied, "yep, what ya got for me". Gave me honest quotes and no pressure sales. The garage Fridge he advised I not fix as it was not worth it. THANK YOU Elite Appliance you guys are the best!

We got an immediate appointment when we first called, Zach arrived promptly within the window given us after calling that he was about 10 minutes out. He diagnosed the issue with our ice maker, provided an estimate (which he met), and gave us a timeline for the part to be ordered and installed. We received updates when the part was back ordered. When the part came in, we got another prompt appointment and again Zach arrived within the window after calling. Zach was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked efficiently. Elite Appliance repair is great! My LG refrigerator stopped cooling so I called Elite and scheduled an appointment. The tech came out and discovered the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Rather than install a new one and charge me big bucks, he informed me the compressor was still under warranty and would be replaced by LG. Not only that, he didn't charge me for service call. Now that's an honest technician and company! 5 stars!

I would highly recommend Elite Appliance Repair. I will definitely use again. They were very responsive, scheduled a service visit the day after I called. The Technician, Tanner was prompt, professional and honest and knowledgeable in assessing the work to be done. They were able to order the parts for my dryer quickly and came out the following week. The Dryer no longer makes a screeching noise thankfully and is running very well now thanks to Tanner. The service is very affordable and they apply the service call charge to the work that needs to be done so the cost is reasonable.

"Exceptional service" is how I would describe our experience today with Elite Appliance Repair. We called them last week about our dishwasher that didn't sound right, and two days after I called, our washing machine developed a problem, too! Steven came out today to do the repairs. Happily, the only thing that needed to be done was some minor adjustments on both appliances. No new parts were needed. No return visits are needed. Everything works properly now, and with only a very nominal service charge. Read on. And get this! Toward the end of the repairs we learned that Steven owns the company, the third generation of his family to run it. He recommended we use our washer as is until we were ready to purchase another one (it was not draining/spinning and had to be drained twice with each load). Love this company and the service they provide. Service to diagnose the issue was next day, fix was few days after ordering some parts. They follow through with phone calls, texts prior to scheduling and post visit. They notify of technicians being on their way 10-15 minutes ahead of them showing up. Technician was clean, polite, extremely knowledgeable and quickly found the issue. For comparison when our stone broke 4 years ago and different company tried to fix it, they literally replaced 7 different boards in order to find the right one that fixed the problem. That other company was nightmare to work with and thank God are no longer in business. Elite is the way to go all the way. Will hire them again anytime!

Our refrigerator went out overnight and was leaking. We contacted Elite Appliance Repair because they had high ratings on Google and Yelp. Steven came out first thing that morning and inspected our fridge. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He thought that the bottom drawer freezer may have accidentally been left open overnight and that may have been the issue. He instructed us to keep a cold bottle of water in the freezer and he would check with us later that day to see if it had frozen. If it had not then it was more than likely the compressor was going bad and we caught it early. He actually stopped by our house later that day to check it again on his way to another job and it was still not cooling fast enough. He asked us to keep the bottle in the freezer overnight and if by the next morning it still had not frozen he would come back out and diagnose if it was just the compressor. My husband texted Steven the next morning that it still had not frozen and he came that morning to diagnose what was wrong and let us know that it was definitely the compressor and that it had a 5 year manufacturer warranty so it would be covered. Steven's customer service went above and beyond. We would recommend Elite Appliance Repair to anyone needing top notch knowledgeable and responsive service. Thanks Steven!

Zach came and checked our refrigerator and found the compressor wasn't working. He did find that we are still within our 5 year manufactur warranty and told me to contact them directly and didn't charge me for checking out the issue. I highly recommend!

My oven went completely out a few days after I ran the self-clean option (which FYI don’t do!) and Jay came to look at it. He said there was likely an issue with the control panel and tried his best to find me a new one but couldn’t so I was looking at having to buy a brand new oven. However he called me later that afternoon and told me he spoke with his boss who has a similar issue and resolved the issue once he replaced a fuse. Sure enough, a few days later, when Jay came back and replaced the fuse, my oven was up and running!! After nearly making peace with having to spend $1500-$2300 on a new oven, getting the $173 bill from them was a pleasure! So happy with their service, follow through and pricing! I would definitely recommend to others and will be using them again in the future should I have any other issues.

We had an appliance that went kaput. Elite appliance repair sent a technician named Zach. Zach was very careful to announce his presence and the steps he was taking to make sure we knew that he disinfects himself his tools and wears protective clothing to make sure that we are not taking an unnecessary risk to have a worker enter our home. He was very reassuring, and quickly diagnosed the problem. With his help we were offered a replacement appliance for the one that was too costly to repair. Not only that, but he called our house later that evening to make sure that we were satisfied with what he had done and the outcome that was achieved. Update, this time I needed washer repair. It is 4 years later. I called Elite again. I really appreciate this company's honesty and integrity. Robby tech was outstanding. 10 minutes early than appt. window, diagnosed, didn't have part on his truck, but pick up and be back between 4 and 6 same day. back at 4:20 installed new part and washer is working like new. As always calls to let me know when coming . The techs always will recommend getting new appliance if repair is too costly. Do your research to know what a new appliance will cost and make your decisions accordingly. Again I will always recommend Elite Appliance. I needed dishwasher repair. I did my duty of searching for appliance repair and two things I noticed immediately. Service call fee was more reasonable and reviews were current (a couple of weeks to longer) where as other places had reviews that were 4,5,6 years old. the tech, Roger came out checked it out, gave me a quote, also informed that a new dishwasher was close to the repair cost as another option. He had to order the parts, 2 days later back to fix dishwasher. Every time a call saying on his way and how long and always on time. Dishwasher only needed one of the parts and that is what he replaced and what I paid for. I have found my appliance repair company, Elite Appliance Repair. I will recommend to everyone.

At first Elite Appliance responded quickly and ordered the main board for our three year old Samsung refrigerator. Six days later they installed the part. Gave us a discount on the service repair bill. It ran for a about a month. Then wasn't working again. The part was still under warranty, we called them to have them come out to see if it was a defective part or something else was wrong. That was 8 business days ago. As of yet they have not returned our call. We were impressed with their customer service and quick response time the first time and installation of the part a week later. Disappointed with no return call from them. Update : Steve the owner called shortly after I posted this review. For some reason unknown to us they did not receive our call. Since we bought a new refrigerator he is refunding half our repair fees and making sure our old refrigerator is properly disposed of. My faith has been renewed in five star customer service. Elite came out on my old dryer that turned out to be dead. Purchased new dryer but plugged it in and It didn’t work. Called elite and owner Steve came on an said he would send out a tech. To check it out Tech. Jim came out and spent at least a couple of hours checking why new dryer wouldn’t work. Ended out that my solar hub system had the dryer turned “off”. Once that was changed the dryer worked. Steve called back and said “no charge” for the second service call. He emphasized that his company emphasizes “customer service” and he is definitely right. Update: once the owner was made aware of the situation he personally came out to finish the job and complete the repairs. He also phoned to follow up to ensure it was in functioning well the day after he repair. Absolute scam of a company. Their service technicians are not certified. They receive two months on the job training. They end up breaking things and leaving them in worse condition than they were originally and then won't come back out to finish the job because they are "understaffed". So many great places in the Valley with superior service. Save yourself the time and aggravation and don't use this scam Company. Their BBB rating is also terrible. They took advantage of my in-laws due to their age and now won't stand by their word.

The dryer was throwing a code and overheating. Turns out that the dryer needed a good vent cleaning which was done by another company and the washer needed new bearings and is getting replaced.

I contacted Platinum Home Warranty for a service call on our Fisher Paykel Washer because it died mid-cycle. Someone from Elite contacted me that very same day. That has never happened before. After setting up an appointment for the following day, I received a text confirming the appointment. The next morning I got a call about 30 minutes beforehand to confirm that Steve was on his way. Since there were no lights on the control board, Steve first checked the outlet. He thought that the outlet was iffy and moved the cord to the another outlet. The lights immediately came on. Steve then checked to make sure that the machine was cycling through. It started filling with water, etc. Steve said he thought the problem had been solved but that if there were any issues, just give him a call back. That night when I attempted to use the machine, it stopped mid-cycle and was making an odd noise. I sent Steve a text in the morning. He worked me into his schedule for that same day. He turned on the machine, heard the noise, and said, "Can you smell that?" There was a subtle odor, but Steve said, "That means your control board is toast." Steve contacted Platinum Home Warranty that same day. Platinum called me and said that they would pay for a new machine based on what Steve told them. I complimented Platinum on Elite Appliance. June from Platinum said that their first choice for appliance repair is ALWAYS Elite. She also told me that Steve was the owner of the business. I can't say enough good things about Elite Appliance and Steve. He was absolutely professional, clearly extremely knowledgeable, and reported back to Platinum Home Warranty immediately. I don't know of any way that Elite could have been more responsive. I will specifically ask for Elite Appliance from now on. And I will keep Elite's card on file for anytime I don't have a Home Warranty. I highly recommend Elite Appliance for anyone who needs appliance repair done properly.

Elite Appliance Repair is the best and only choice. When my refrigerator stopped making ice, the source of the problem was determined to be one of several possible components. Having worked in tech for many years, this isn't unusual with modern, highly computerized appliances. The elite team made multiple trips - swapping out circuit boards, sensors and various mechanical bits at no charge in an attempt to isolate the glitch. At the end of the day it was determined that solving the problem would have required a whole new door, which I decided wasn't worth it for a five year old appliance. Dispite installing several replacement parts at no charge, and rolling multiple trucks to my house, Elite Appliance Repair charged me zero because they were not able to resolve my issue. In the end they surely lost money -- all because of shoddy assembly quality on the part of the manufacturer. Having spent time myself in the service industry, I know first hand the financial investment that goes into a single truck roll, let alone four. It is my pleasure to write this review and share my positive experience in gtatitude for their honest work and unwavering committment to customer service. If you need an honest and ethical team, Elite Appliance Repair is the only choice.
