Nothing worse than starting a load of laundry only to have the dryer run... and run... and run. But, there we were with a load of wet clothes lying in the dryer, on the weekend none the less. We called in the issue to our home warranty company we were able to schedule to have a maintenance company send someone a day (or two) later. Beyer Appliance showed up on time (which is always appreciated) and with a friendly, courteous service technician. The service tech explained what the issue was and helped schedule for the repair. Luckily, as he was leaving, he double-checked his truck for the appropriate part and was able to replace it on the spot. However, after running a load the next day we discovered that, though the dryer was now heating the clothes, it wasn't completely drying them. We contacted Beyer Appliance again and scheduled for a technician to stop by and investigate further. After checking things out he discovered it was the foil exhaust that wasn't bunched up. He was able to work his magic and fix the problem, NOT on our dime. Overall the experience was great.

I was skeptical because I haven’t had great luck with companies from my home warranty, but this was great. After I submitted my claim, my warranty company gave me Beyer’s info. I was able to speak with someone at Beyer right away and got a window for an appointment 48 hours later. Guillermo was awesome, he waited a few minutes for me to get back from work and fixed my dryer within 30 minutes. He showed me everything and even cleaned up a little! I wished it was a little sooner but I’m pleasantly surprised that the warranty company contracted with someone who was great :)

My husband and I are so appreciative of the service we received from Anthony. As soon as he stepped through our door to service our older LG refrigerator we were made to feel confident that our home warranty company (One Guard) had chosen the best company for the job. Great service, helpful office staff. My repairman, Robert, was not the least bit bothered by my "no shoes in the house" policy, and even had his own shoe covers! I had a new problem following the repair, they showed up and took care of it at no charge. I am so happy that I didn't have to buy a new dishwasher. Beyer Appliance Repair was the company assigned by my home warranty company to repair my ailing dishwasher. A technician by the name of Jaiden swiftly responded to my call for help. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and expedient in repairing my dishwasher. He took the time to explain in plain English why the part had failed . I really appreciated that. We also discussed my washing machine that had been giving me trouble and he told me about their used washers that come with a 6 month warranty. He also explained that they could come do a service call and attempt repair on it . I was REALLY impressed with this guy so when I got my annual bonus I headed straight to their warehouse and bought a used washer that’s being delivered tomorrow . They have free delivery , free installation and free haul away of the old unit . I cannot say enough good things about this company !

Anthony, the repairman, was terrific. He thoroughly diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts promptly. He also explained the problems to me. When Anthony returned to install, he was fast and double checked his work to ensure my refrigerator/freezer were working properly. Super nice, courteous, professional. I had Beyer Appliance assigned to us from American Home Shield. They were very responsive and sent their repair tech, Tu, to come fix our Whirlpool oven which turned out to be a burned out circuit board. Due to supply chain issues the part took quite a bit to arrive (7 weeks!) which is kind of the new normal. However, what impressed us was the professionalism and communication from Beyer. We received regular status updates and ETA via email and phone call (very nice, helpful office staff as well) which was great because we didn't feel like we were left in the dark with things. When the part finally arrived, Tu returned and he did a great job in getting it going again. Wonderful customer service with prompt and professional work which is hard to come by nowadays. For any future appliance work, I would love to use them again.

Worst customer service/technician knowledge ever! I have a 5-year old fridge that Beyer has now been out to fix 5 times (and they'll need to come at least one more time) over the past 6 months because the technician either orders/brings the wrong part or the part he brings is worn/used/not working/in disrepair. And even though it's the same part, they won't do the virtual visit they advertise in order to save time. So the tech comes out to diagnose (the only availability is in the middle of my work day - single mom working 50 minutes away from home - and they almost always show up outside of that window so I have to take extra time off work every single time)...then the tech orders the part (which always takes at least 10 days) and comes back another day (same scheduling issues and the company doesn't care or even attempt to accommodate, especially considering the amount of times they've had to come out for the same reason, their incompetence)...tech brings sub-par or wrong part...and we start the cycle all over again. Unfortunately Beyer is the only company my home warranty company will use - otherwise I would NEVER do business with them! So now I'll have to change my otherwise great warranty company and ensure I never have to deal with Beyer again. But until then, I'm at their mercy and it's beyond frustrating and not sure if my fridge will ever get fixed.

Great customer service over several visits. I was SUPER impressed with the actual repairman, Russell, who had to come 3 times (due to different parts that were discovered to need replacement along the way). Russell's perseverance and willingness to explain what was happening was refreshing (compared to many other contractors I've had to deal with recently). Our Home Warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty set us up with Beyer Appliance Service, Inc. We have had top notch service from the beginning to the end. The girls in the office are quick, responsive, friendly and really work hard to get a technician out quickly. Brian our tech was great. He really cares about the customer and it shows. Our range was difficult because of changes made by the manufacturer, but Brian & Beyer made sure we received the best service and the proper products even though it took several trips to find out which part worked with the new parts the manufacturer put out. Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise and our home warranty company utilized Beyer Appliance Service for the repair. Beyer sent Chris, who was absolutely amazing. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He sent us a text letting us know when to expect him and he was right on time. Chris, the refrigerator specialist came out today to fix my refrigerator that keeps freezing up. I was at work when he gave me notice he was coming yet I got delayed 30 min and he kindly waited for me to get home. He identified the issue right away and fixed it. He told me a story how he was working on a lady’s refrigerator and she lost consciousness and fell! He called EMS and saved her life! What a hero! He was the lady’s guardian angel that day! My Samsung dryer stopped heating. Mark came out and and within minutes had the dryer apart, and diagnosed the problem as the heater element. However, he also noted that the drum idler had ceased up and was no longer rotating. He was quick to replace that too and had it all back together like a NASCAR pit crewman. This is an amazing company. I was in a very difficult spot it getting my washer fixed. Prior to Beyer Appliance Repair coming out I was at work with my warranty company, two vendors that promised to come do the work and didn't. I walked into Beyer Office/Store and asked if they would do the repair, they immediately set up an appointment. The appointment time came, Russell from their team came out and assess the situation, the company ordered the parts I need it in a timely manner. Russell came back out and completed the work with extra care and extra touches that only a true professional does. His work was very detailed and efficient. They don’t always use Beyer but when they do I always know I am getting quality work and excellent customer service. Their techs are amazing. My dishwasher has been broken for months. Mark from Beyer Appliance came to repair our gas dryer this morning. He was friendly, professional, and he diagnosed the issue quickly. When Mark determined that he didn’t have a suitable replacement part with him, he called a local supply warehouse and ran out to pick up the replacement part so we could have a working dryer today instead of the usually quoted 3 to 5 business days. This is A new review to add to my experience for 11/13/2020. Our fridge stopped working last night . I called first thing this morning and they were able to get a tech (Tony) out to our house just a couple of hours later. He was able to locate and resolve the issue which was just loose wires quickly/ Beyer Appliance service remains our top choice. 7/17/2020 This is an update to my original review for our Frigidaire professional series refrigerator .I waited a week to update my review until we were sure the fridge was cooling as it should The owner came out and finished the job personally as the tech was unable to complete the service after 2 attempts.They were quick to respond when I called and said our fridge was still having issues and came out within a few hours..They followed Covid precautions and were conscientious. The office staff are polite and knowledgeable. We were so impressed with their follow up service we had Beyer appliance, so we had them service our Lg dryer. The fryer was making a horrible bump sound . So far so good the dryer was fixed this morning. We would recommend them and will use them for any future appliance issues.

I opened a claim with my home warranty company for my ice maker, they assigned Beyer. Beyer called to set up the initial appointment quickly. RJ came out and found the issue and got the parts ordered. Within a few days parts were in and installation was scheduled. The replacement ice maker was the wrong size. Edit: Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Got a call from the owner and they sent someone out first thing the next day. Refrigerator is working again. While it shouldn't have happened, they did try to make it right as quickly as possible. I wish it didn't take an adult temper tantrum (which I refuse to do) or leaving a bad review online (the alternative adult temper tantrum?) to get things done, but that's a larger societal issue not unique to Beyer. The bottom line - I have a working refrigerator within 24 hours of when I was supposed to and I would recommend and use them again. Original Review: Based on other ratings, my experience must be an anomaly. I have no issues with the quality of service or technicians, but scheduling has been frustrating. I told the scheduler a week ago, I could be home at 2, they initially said they would make a note for the 1-5 window and indicated it would work. Called today for 1, which I couldn't make, so got rescheduled. Decided to call back, looking for a solution, and given them my door code so they could access the house before I got there. They said ok, thank you very much. When no one showed up, I called back gain. Turns out, still not coming today. My call back was within 3 minutes of the previous call to get them out as originally scheduled. Yet, coming next week. That's now an extra week over Thanksgiving weekend without a properly working refrigerator. All of which has nothing to do with the technicians and their ability to deliver service.

Our dryer stopped heating up and wasn’t working and we couldn’t figure it out. Jesus came out and absolutely tore my dryer apart. All I heard was drilling, whirring, parts shuffling around. I saw parts in the hallway coming out and just as fast as they came out, they started going back in. More drilling, more whirring, more sliding and shuffling and then it was over. We did a function test and my dryer was tumbling and producing the most heat since we got it. It took him no more than 15 minutes from when he walked in to get my dryer up and running again. 5/5 stars. I highly recommend these guys. Jesus will do you no wrong.

My warranty company sent out Beyer Appliance. Diamond is the receptionist and she is friendly and courteous. I'm an army wife with 3 young kids and a deployed husband so my schedule is busy. She worked with my schedule and was very professiona and got me right in (3 kids with a broken washer is no joke!). Hugo was the technician who came to fix my washer. I was waiting for him all day (12-4). At 3:30pm, I got caught up in a project and didn't answer his numerous calls. He should have canceled but since I was on his way home, he came over anyways. He saw I was struggling to put a trampoline together and said he would return to help me after his shift was over (I couldn't pull the springs). My brother finally showed up so I didn't need his help but I was tremendously grateful for his offer. I will refer everyone I know to Beyer!

UPDATE: The owner refunded me my service call fee and was very nice about it. I had a horrible experience with this company, their customer service, and the technician RJ. I put in through my home warranty company to get my refrigerator repaired, I called for an appointment and they came 4 days later. RJ arrived, pulled everything out the fridge, used his probes, and declared the compressor needed to be replaced. He never bothered to pull out the fridge. He said the parts would be ordered, ir would be fixed, and the warranty company would pay for it. He said it would take 5 to 7 business days to get the parts. This was on May 22nd. On the 7th business day, i called to see the status of the job. At this point, customer service told me, and I QUOTE: "The parts are on backorder. They should be here in another 2 to 4 days. We will call you for an appointment when they get here." I asked what the parts were, and i was told QUOTE: "A heater and a gasket." At this point in time, the check I had written Beyer had yet to clear. Those four business days passed. Now, when i called Beyer, i was told "We can't do it, it is under manufacturers warranty." Except it wasn't because I had bought it from a charity and the sales contract said there was no manufacturers warranty anymore. I said, "What about the parts you ordered?" "oh, we never ordered any parts, that is up to the warranty company. The claim was closed on May 23rd." Now, that is the DAY AFTER my appointment. Now, over two weeks have passed, being led to believe I am waiting for ordered parts. They flat out LIED. Disgusting. That might be bad enough, but there is more..... After hassling with the warranty company I finally got my own appliance company to work on it. These guys arrived, told me to not pull anything out of fridge. The pulled the fridge away from wall. In less than 5 minutes, they told me the compressor was working just fine. Instead, there was a freon leak. RJ was either scamming me from the start because it was a warranty job or is incompetent. I wasten $75 on this joke of a company for nothing. Even worse, they wasted valuable time and energy. Stay away from them at all costs.

After 3 companies coming out previously for my washer in a period of a year and saying there was nothing wrong- or losing my paperwork- I finally got connected with Beyer through AHS. I am so glad I did! They came out, diagnosed my washing machine and scheduled a pick up to repair it at their location. They picked up the washer on Monday and had it back to me on Friday, just in time to do laundry on the weekend! It runs smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. On the Friday before Easter, I discovered that my refrigerator felt warm. I was going to be hosting Easter at my house & I knew I had to get my fridge fixed ASAP! After calling two different places that were fully booked they one referred me to Beyer. I called and the rep was really nice and said they could get me in between 1-5. The technician was nice but he left a mess all over my floors. So in front of him I scrubbed the floors until there was no more debris. Then, when I asked what was wrong with the fridge, he said it was the relay and had to replace it. He asked me to feel the fridge and I said it felt the same. He said it would take some time. So later on that day I felt it and it felt warmer. By this time Beyer was closed and they would be closed for the weekend. My fridge never got fixed, all of my food spoiled and I had to cancel my Easter plans. I am so upset! I will never recommend this place. The owner contacted me first thing Monday morning and made everything right. Thank you for helping to take care of me. Jake was great!

Photographed it; ordered the necessary part; scheduled the return visit; removed the bad part; installed the new part and the new ice maker immediately filled itself and began freezing new ice cubes. Unless I have missed something; this process is exactly what we desired. An Instant Success Video could have been recorded of this repair. I had RJ come out to my house to fix my oven. At first, he reset the oven (unplugged and plugged it) and the error message went away. Once I ran the oven after he left the house, the error message appeared again. I called him right away, and he let me know he would order the part that was needed. Within couple days I received a call that part had arrived and I was able to schedule my repair. Despite the small hiccup, RJ did a great job with the repair. Jesus came out and quickly determined that our oven control panel was no longer working. He originally thought that it could take up to 3-5 business days to order the part and install it. Instead he looked up the closest warehouse (6 mi away) and noticed they had one in-stock. Jesus briefly drove down there to the warehouse, grabbed the part, and came back to install it. He even brought a new display pad to replace the one that was worn over the years. The entire job only took about 1 hour; including the time it took him to go get the part! I setup a work order with AHS via internet for repair of our washing machine on Sunday, 7/27/14. Within an hour I got an electronic email confirmation from AHS indicatring the company that would be performing the repair with contact information. On Monday the 28th I got a call from Julie at Beyer Appliance confirming the service call and setting us up for service on 7/30/14. Julie was very courtious and set a time window of 3 hours when the tech would arrive. Julie also advised me that I would get a phone call from the tech when he was 20 minutes away (which I did). I was very impressed with the tech as well, Justin V. He was courtious, smiled and took the time to answer my questions regarding the repair and reasons for failure of the door switch. He was well groomed, neat and clean and made sure he cleaned up after the repair.

Jeff from Bayern Appliance Repair arrived 1 day early and had my refridgerator dressed down in under 20 minutes when I arrived. He solved a problem that 4 or 5 other technicians missed over the past 3 years. I've had ongoing problems and he found and fixed it - too much freon from a Dec 2014 repair person. He also replaced a thermister that was replaced less than a year ago. He checked everything. My previous repair on my old washing machine by bayern was a total fix by replacing the stainless drum and bearings. The $1233 fix was paid by American Shield Home insurance. I paid $125. Bayern did a deep and complete repair/remanufacture. Wow. This is a very good company with good people.

AMENDMENT : First thing this morning, (less than 24-hours after my review\rant) Dan, the owner called and profusely apologized for my experience . He assured me a new technician would be out to fix the dishwasher or would personally come out if need be... Thank you Dan for so quickly resolving this!! Your genuine regard for customer service is AWESOME! !😊 ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE USING THIS COMPANY! ! Our dishwasher drain pump went out, the technician came out and looked at the dishwasher and ordered the pump.... There was standing water at the base of the dishwasher ( obviously due to the fact the drain pump was not working) and stated once the part was in he would come back to install the new pump BUT the water had to be drained or he would NOT install the new pump... Ok... I'm a nurse NOT an appliance repair technician so my thought was to use a cup and towels???... I removed what I could. Four days later the pump arrived and he came out and said " there is still water in the dishwasher, it needs to be drained before I will install the new one"... I said well how am I supposed to get the water out? ? That's why I called, the pump is broken! He said I needed to use a shop vac.... Maybe everyone else has a shop vac at home however I do not. He said if I try to fix this all the water will end up on the floor... OK! !! I can clean that! ! No problem, I'm ok with that, I'll do that, I didn't ask him to clean it... NOPE, he wouldn't do that, I need a shop vac! ! Just avoid the hassle and go elsewhere... I'd rather wash my dishes by hand than deal is this... AMENDMENT :
