I had a range picked out and ready to go then he actually upgraded me on the way out the door. We loved shopping here for a used washer and dryer. Patrick was really nice. They called when they were going to be late. The machines were installed as promised. We didn’t have the water hoses for the washer, but, no problem, they were offered as part of the installation. Great selection. I also picked up a wall oven also, but don’t have it installed yet.

Needed a Washer and Dryer the day we arrived!!! Found this place on line, read some reviews and decided to check it out for ourselves. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Patrick, open on a Sunday, thankful for that! We looked around, no pressure, no sales pitch, he just asked what we were in need of and was so friendly, pointed us in the right direction and boom!! HE GAVE US AN AWESOME DEAL!!! He pulled them out for us and helped load them on our truck!!! We have had them a week and I could not be happier, work like they are brand new!! He even threw something in the mix for me to take home and I love that also!! Thank you Patrick, for being open on Sunday, for getting us what we needed asap and the great deal & your kindness!! My gas dryer went. I searched Lowe's. Nothing. Online, there's a wait of 7 day minimum. My husband found this nugget and we had to see for ourselves. They had a decent selection in stock. Comparable prices. The owner was nice & knowledgeable of the products. Narrow aisles, but you should definitely give this place a try.

I ended up purchasing a new refrigerator with a one year warranty because the price was so good. Definitely worth the trip from Delaware. We purchased the refrigerator on Saturday and it was delivered as promised on Wednesday. Patrick was on hand for delivery. The three men took the time to take off the doors at my home to ensure the refrigerator and hone was not damaged as it was a tight fit .I will definitely be back if in need of other appliances. I bought a used fridge here almost a year ago. We paid and scheduled delivery that day. A few days later we had a like new fridge for Facebook prices and didn’t have to worry about renting a truck or finding a reliable delivery service. Plus it came with a 6 month warranty! Could not say I could image a better deal. I did have worries initially about the reliability of the fridge as I have had issues in the past with used appliances but the owner assured me that if there were any issues that they would take care of it personally. Luckily, I haven’t had to have a repair person come through for the fridge. We’ll probably be back for our stove!

After an exhausting search at 2 Lowe’s, 2 Home Depot’s and 2 Best Buy’s my wife and I decided to try this place. Boy are we glad! We were greeted with smiles and answers to all our questions and a ton of options, from 50% or more off retail for some lightly used and even discounted new, it was an appliance heaven! Delivery was a cinch and the gentleman were courteous! Please go here before you buy an overpriced big box store item! The big box stores outsource their delivery company and as a result I’ve had very bad experiences with them, but this store handles everything including removal of your old appliance. The owner Patrick even called me after delivery as a courtesy to make sure everything was okay with our fridge! I thought this type of service was gone forever but not here!

We went to Norristown appliances yesterday afternoon to purchase a dryer. We are a family of 5 and needed to get the dryer ASAP! The gentleman (not sure his name) was very helpful, showed me what dryers were in my budget and answered the questions I had. He also arranged for us to get delivery the next day!!! I’m super happy with the purchase, as the dryer had more features than I thought we could afford and the total cost came in $50 under budget!!! Definitely going back to purchase more appliances in the future!!

Our washer died recently, so we checked out Norristown Used Appliances to look for a good deal. Everyone was friendly and professional. We found a unit in great shape and quickly got signed up for delivery and installation, all of which was super reasonable in price. When they arrived to install our new unit, the owner determined that our existing washer could be fixed and was able to do so the next day. If you are looking for great used appliances for an even better price look no further. Came in for a washer was greeted by Jim very knowledgeable about everything helped me pick out a great washer. Picked it up Saturday January 2 2021. Upon arrival was greeted by the owner Patrick very friendly and helped us as soon as we walked in. Looked around some more and another associate Jermaine helped us pick out a stove. Also very friendly and knowledgeable also helped us load the appliances. As we were loading the washer Patrick the owner noticed some rust on the bottom and immediately said that was not acceptable and upgraded us to a more expensive one at no charge!! I would personally like to thank Patrick Jermaine and Jim for their professionalism and customer service. Update!!! One year later Washer broke down and had oil leaking out of it, I called a professional repair man and found out that that washer was involved in some tire is accident and the professional repair man could not fix it. I ended up purchasing another washer for $800. 🤦🏾‍♀️. When buying used, I have to remember it was someone elses problem first. Just save the hassle and buy brand new. My opinion. I came across Norristown Used Appliances, via Google and read the reviews. I was pleased to read everyone’s experience. I had a great experience, myself and the washer runs good . My delivery was amazing and they took the door off to the basement and replaced it. They were friendly and they called me to tell me when they were coming. I didn’t have to keep ringing their phone. I felt a tip helps in doing good business , so I gave one, and I was right. It was great doing business with them. The hose problem is no more and I got the washer running thank you, again I RECOMMEND NORRISTOWN USED APPLIANCES to everyone .

The staff was inviting upon entry. Wide selection of used appliances. We drove over 2hrs 1way based off Google reviews. I had several different appliances I was interested in based off online photos & details. The photos were a bit deceiving. Several had cracked glass tops, food debris baked into worn seals, excessive use, etc. For the asking prices here, you are better off adding a little to it & purchasing new. Best Buy offers various selections of in store open boxed appliances, Lowes just started a scratch & dent outlet, Ollie's has marked down appliances, & many retailers are to follow. I ended up buying new with 1yr warranty for just $60 then what I was looking at used.

She welcomed me to the store, as she was in the process of cleaning appliances (which made me realize I was in the right place, especially in a Covid19 world). Patrick came out & greeted me shortly after. Searching for a dryer, I had my eye on a Maytag; Patrick recommended a better dryer (Kenmore) letting me know it’ll last longer. It wasn’t an up sell, but a simple “this is the better one” type of situation...which is appreciated. Needless to say, I was in/out within 15mins and I now have a dryer. 2/28 update Revising from 2 to 4 stars. Communication could be better and follow through as owner indicated a part wotld be replaced prior to delivery and it was not. All in all I will shop here again probably. I received a fair price for decent appliances. This is a vet owned small business. Owner will do right by you. *************************************** Very pleased when I left the store last week. Very knowlegable owner with seemingly great customer service. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday. He called that morning to inform me the dryer was not yet available. We resceduled for yesterday (Monday) for 9-10am . I made arrangements to come in to work late. At 10am yesterday he called to inform me it was still not in stock. We made arrangements to deliver today between 6-7pm. I called @5:45 to confirm delivery. No answer and left a message. No return call as of yet. Store is closed for the evening and no updatee. 3 scheduled deliveries, no delivery. Really wanted to love this store and raved about my shopping experience to friends and coworkers but feeling dissappointed with the communication.
