I had a wonderful experience with Hahn Appliances! I’m a customer that doesn’t like hovering Salespeople. Chris did a great job of giving me space for me find what I needed on my own and periodically checked in to see if I had any questions. All the appliances I wanted were in stock and prices were the same or less than Lowe’s. The financing process was easy and quick. Delivery was scheduled for the next week and the appliances were installed quickly and the guys took great care protecting my new appliances and my cabinets. Overall a great buying experience and I highly recommend Hahn Appliances.

Went there to buy an appliance, and we ended buying item worth $800. We shop there after seeing their commercial on our local news channel. We checked out their website, and it does not keep an up to date inventory on what they currently have and the prices. We had to call to ask them whether they have a particular item. We went to the store, saw an item we liked, but it was not available! We settled on getting something else. We went to the men's bathroom, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting! Not to be too explicit, but there were brown stain sprayed all over the toilet! All that to say, here are some of the thing to improve customer experience: 1) Have an up to date inventory on the customer facing website, so customers do not need to call in to inquire about an item. 2) If an item on display in the store is out of stock, place a sticker on the item indicating it is out of stock. That way customer can be prepare to make adjustments to their shopping plans without being surprised by the inventory status. 3) Periodically check the bathroom and ensure it is clean!!! You can have the most beautiful layout of appliances, but customer experience can be ruined by the 5 minute experience in the bathroom! ** Aside from all of that, the staff was very helpful!!!

Hahn appliance warehouse was amazing when I needed a new dishwasher! I let them know the features that were must haves, the features I’d like and my price range. They then showed me 4-5 options that worked with all of those and had quick answers on how long it would take for install and delivery. I had my new dishwasher installed beautifully within 10 days!!! The salesman Jessy was super helpful and never tried to upsell me past my budget. The installation crew was exceptional as well giving me so much information I didn’t even know I’d need. 10/10 will always be coming back to Hahn appliance warehouse for any of my next appliances and would recommend it to anyone.

Hahn had the washing machine in stock and was less money than their competition. Went to 5 different companies and they could get the machine within 5 to 7 days. The dryer was an easy purchase. I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes with payment and delivery scheduled. Delivered in less than a week, the dryer was installed even with changing the direction of the door opening in a short time. The installers were courteous and friendly. Great service all around.

If you need an appliance skip the big box stores and go to Hahn's. You will get all the assistance you desire without the hounding of salesmen like you experience in furniture stores. These people are kind, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient (Ask for Eddie, he is the man!). Great pricing, and their checkout process is painless as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I had shopped on line your webpage would not work; would not let me check out! I called the store West Reno! Chad was excellent, he knew your products, went over everything 2x-3x. He explained everything completely; He was courteous, nice, very patient with me! I was nervous, never bought a dishwasher before. He told me if I had any problems to call him every time, explained delivery process throughly! I will shop at Hahn’s again, due to the excellent service I received from Chad!

I knew exact fridge I wanted. Went to Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot and then to Hahn's. Gave the salesman the model # he looked it up told him the sale price I found it and he beat the price by $50. He told me he he had one in the warehouse and though he didn't have any available times for delivery until Wednesday of next week if I could pick it up his people at the warehouse could get it in the truck and tie it down so I could take it home that day. I went in he had the invoice ready, I paid for it and picked up the fridge. It took all of 12 minutes for everything. Loved it. Have a great whirlpool French door fridge.

I could Not be Happier with the delivery gentleman Kyle, Rodney, and Aidren. They were courteous, respectful, and absolutely professional. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic, bought all new appliances on black friday, Philip O was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the store. Listened to my concerns with my current appliances and made recommendations. Apon delivery the fridge had a manufacturer defect. A call later a new one was ordered and they let me keep the one delivered since my old was was gone. They delivered the new one at no extra charge or hassle. They care about your experience and their customers. I will never buy any other appliances anywhere else!

So far so good.. Washer and dryer will arrive on the 5th of January. They'll only hook up the dryer in my apartment. Not sure if I'll need to pay the apartment maintenance crew to hook up the washer yet. Get the keys tomorrow afternoon. Might have to do it myself. 2nd floor installation kind of expensive, bringing the total cost to about the Home Depot price. Saved about $100, but if I have to buy stuff to hook them up it'll be a wash. Giving them 5 🌟 because they can deliver them a week or so sooner than the Depot. At least (I hope) they'll remove them from the boxes and haul them away. Also will need to get the better steel braded water hoses from Home Depot. $20 extra if you live in a house, won't even sell them to you in an apartment.

First experience was a good one. Came in just around 4:30pm today. There were very few customers and no one immediately stalked me or approached me giving me some time to look. I shop at Hahns for appliances for my flips and rentals because they pretty much always have what I need in stock. The big box stores are hit and miss. I went in yesterday for a dishwasher and vent hood. I'm and out in less than 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes later, the items were loaded into my truck at their warehouse. 10 minutes later the workers were unloading my truck and taking these items into the flip house. That's 30 minutes. At one of the big box stores I would have still inside trying to purchase my items which probably wouldn't have been in stock. Thanks Hahns for making it easy!

Shopping for a replacement built in microwave. On the way to Hahn’s I also checked Lowes, Best Buy and Home Depot. It was hard to get help, and then they didn’t have the size and brand that I wanted. GE Profile 2.2cu Ft. Hahn’s employees greeted me and got a salesman (Eddie) to help me. They had the microwave in stock in the color, size and brand. Store associates were friendly and fast. At the warehouse where you go to pick up the orders.. not so friendly. But.. I'd buy from them again. The warehouse guy did do his job correctly. It was just he ignored us when we tried to have small talk and be friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. I shopped around and found the best deal at Hans 4 a chest freezer. Walked in the store the first time and had no Shopper stalkers approached me. Got to look around okay, going to the clearance room and compared prices. I've been laughed and went to a couple other stores but returned to Hans that afternoon to buy the chest freezer I look for. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the store. Had to go to the warehouse to pick up. The gentleman at the warehouse was very cold and mildly rude. People in the actual stores sell for wonderful.

My dryer quit working. I needed a new one right away. I called Hahn Appliances and talked with Steven. He was so helpful and patient! I was stressed at having to spend a bunch of money! The dryer I had decided on was not available but he gave me the info about the dryer that was closely related to the one I thought I wanted. I was able to look at it online while we talked. While not painless ($$!) it was not the fault of Steven. He was able to answer my questions and I'm confident everything will be fine. Thank you Steven!

After visiting a couple local stores and getting less than helpful “help”, my experience at Hahn was refreshing. My salesman, Steven, went above and beyond to answer questions and help me make my purchase. He was friendly and wasn’t the least bit pushy. You’d think this would be standard practice, but at another store I went to down the road, the salesman was so indifferent, I walked away from the best prices I’d seen up till then. As someone who works in customer service, I find that to be almost more important than price. When a salesman can’t be bothered to get up from his desk to ask if I need help, or even say hello when we make eye contact for that matter, AND I’m the only person in the store, I lose interest. (is it any wonder why I was the only one in the store?). I got prices from him and promptly left. That’s when I decided to go to Hahn and they matched those prices without batting an eye. I will definitely shop there again!

Five star phone purchase on 11/3! After searching almost everywhere in the metro, Hahn came to the rescue. I needed an unusual size double oven for my new house, before Thanksgiving and no one was able to offer delivery due to the shipping crisis. Instead of waiting until Dec/Jan, Hahn will be delivering and installing on 11/15!!!! Thanksgiving is saved! Sid was amazing and my purchase could not have been easier. Information was clear and he was quick to schedule. Talk about easy!! Hahn definitely has a new customer that will be returning.

I have never bought from Hahns until last week. I went to their Facebook reviews to determine how satisfied people were with their experience and decided to give them my business. I picked salesperson Eddie Parker who had great reviews and boy did he live up to his reputation. He didn’t give me the run-around like other companies did regarding price and shipping. Best prices on washers and dryers (I did a lot of research). Beyond pointing in the right direction, however, the salesman was not overly attentive or helpful, especially for someone on commission. So do your research before you go. Very little information about each model is shown on the price sign. The difference in prices is worth the service level to me. If you value assistance over thrift, this may not be the place for you. Things moved very quickly after I went to the salesman with my decision. Almost two weeks for delivery, which was also not an issue for me, but might bring a truck if you need it immediately. COVID has them behind, understandably, which would be no consolation if you're replacing a broken machine. Other places may be just as backed up.

I don't know how it could have been any better. The salespeople definitely were not hovering and were available when we needed them. They were more than just helpful to make a sale. Our salesperson was able to take us to a model that we were looking at that was already plugged in and being used by the employees. We were looking for a refrigerator and he was able to show us the different types of ice and other features on a unit that was already plugged in which was very helpful. I then asked several more complicated questions that he was able to either answer them directly or find the answers. He was very helpful and even was able to provide a system insight as to the ordering and delivery process as far as timelines. This is our first time buying a refrigerator. This was also our first time shopping for appliances at this store. After our experience, I believe we will be buying future appliances at this location as well. Highly recommend

They have a great selection of better quality washers and dryers than other stores. Cid, my salesman was very good at showing me the pairs that would fit my needs and explaining the pros and cons of the different options. I was able to get the best bang for my buck within 5 minutes of walking in. The only thing that I wish could have been better is that their delivery schedule was backed up for two weeks. They offer delivery and install for $50, which is a great deal. Overall, it was a good experience, the salesman was not pushy and the options were good.

When you walk in the door no salesman greats you. I thought they should. When I found a salesman he was very helpful in showing me where the dishwashers were located. He never gave me a sales pitch which was great. I looked at all of them and decided and picked out the Frigidaire. He told me that was a great pick. When we went to his desk to get the paperwork to pay out he explained the warranty. I paid out and he gave me the directions where to pick it up at. The down side is the pickup area. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to great me. I asked if he was the only one working and he said no. He got my dishwasher and put it in my truck.

This time I was just in to purchase a filter for my refrigerator and usually a salesman is there to greet you as you come in. I usually go to the Edmond store but was on south side of town so went there. I walked in and no one approached me. I walked over to the desk where there was a gentleman on the phone. I waited, and several other women behind the counter, but still no acknowledgement. I walked over to the other side of the store where there were two men sitting behind a desk and finally asked if someone could please help me. I was informed he was helping someone but maybe they could back there. Looks like they are just visiting. Finally one of the guys came up and helped me. He was very courteous and fast but I will return to Edmond store from now on because they are courteous and fast and don’t make stand around 10 minutes before they approach you.

This place has pretty good prices from what I can tell. I have been shopping for a washer and dryer and this place had a $400 to $500 difference for everything that I had been looking for. However they're only in Oklahoma. I was visiting so I couldn't purchase what I wanted. The staff was somewhat attentive. However I felt she became disinterested when we were looking at cheaper washers and dryers. They offer financing and that's good but you will have to have good credit for zero financing. I pray the Lord bless this is establishment and it's staff I also pray that they are tentative to potential customers from beginning to end of customers visit in Jesus name. Amen! 😇

I’ve had the misfortune of losing my double oven in early May, which means I’ve been without an over for 7 full mos. (wasn’t even 12 yrs old & was my 2nd since moving here 17 yrs ago) it’s not for lack of trying to find one, but in a situation where nobody carries nor can they get the size I need, time slips by fast & next thing you know, it’s Christmas time.. I live in a rural are so I am very limited to where I can get appliances (3 stores, 3 towns). The one store who I’ve been working with for approx. 2 mos. now recommended Hahn Appliances. I was hesitant because that’s a big name store in OKC, & I’ve NEVER had luck getting so much as a “hello” from a staff member. But that wasn’t the case with Hahn’s. I have to have a very specific double oven, 24” to be exact. I got online & took advantage of their chat service & Michael was able to locate one at their warehouse, when I picked it up, to my glorious surprise, it was stainless steel, I thought I was picking up a white one. Just glad my oven will match the rest of my appliances. I reached out to them on Wed. to see if they had one, they did, placed it on hold then picked it up the very next afternoon. I live about 100 miles away, but being able to get my oven replaced was worth it. And, when I got to the Hahn store, I was greeted immediately & was taken care of right away. The whole process of paying for it the driving to their warehouse to get it, I’d say <10 mins. These people are legit amazing. Thank you so much!

Even, our salesperson did a super job and alerted us when a delivery date had opened up so we could get our refrigerator sooner then originally scheduled. We had been using an ice chest once our old refrigerator died. The delivery went without a hitch due to the efforts of the delivery men, Perry and Andrew. The only issue we experienced was the military discount that was figured at 10%, but found Hanh tonly allows military discount of 50$. Other then that all went well.

Honestly I got a pretty good deal on a couple of appliances here so price wise it’s pretty good! The customer service in the store left much to be desired. Maybe ask your salesmen not to be so condescending or to smile? I bought two appliances with cash and the cashier was very friendly compared to the guy on the floor! And the best customer service we received was when we picked up our appliances from the warehouse out back. He was very nice and went to grab our stove so we didn’t have to drive to two places. Hans has a large selection to choose from my only complaint is they do not show on their website what they actually have in stock at their warehouse. Well we got paired up with Mr. Josh Fawcett and am very glad we did. This guy knows his stuff and will not BS you. We bought a whirlpool dishwasher 949. Dollars. The washer pump went out in two weeks. Called to get repair and was told to contact Whirlpool which I did,sent repair man out from them. I had a great experience shopping for a new gas stove at Hahn's on Reno in OKC. I also went to Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy and Metropolitan Appliance Warehouse. Best experience by far was at Hahn's and the worst experience was at Metro Whse where no one approached me during the 20 minutes I was there. Ditto with Best Buy. The older man at Home Depot couldn't answer a basic question about their extended warranty and couldn't be bothered to find out. Lowe's staff was helpful but couldn't match Hahn's internet price. I talked to Hahn's mgr, George, and salesman Philip who were especially helpful but Hahn's email response was impressive too because it was so fast. Even the woman answering the phone was helpful. When I placed an online order with Hahn's I typed in the wrong model number and needed to cancel it. I couldn't afford the higher priced model I actually wanted. Hahn's let me exchange for the higher priced model without requiring me to pay the difference. When I visited the store I talked to Philip about my confusion that the griddle wasn't included (even though I had read about it in a review) and he printed out the mfg's specs for me and explained that the griddle was optional and available for an extra charge. He advised me that if I wanted a griddle I'd save a lot of money buying a cast iron Lodge or similar brand instead of the mfg's very expensive one. When I talked to Philip I had already purchased the stove online so Philip was extremely patient and helpful even though he wasn't getting credit for the sale. When I told the manager, George, that a family member was going to install the stove but that we didn't have a way to bring the stove into the house if their delivery people left it in the garage, he told me that he'd put it in the delivery instructions that they're to bring it inside and wait for me to check for dents before they leave. When I asked about the extended warranty he explained that it includes surge protection while the mfg's warranty does not. However, he didnt try to push the warranty on me. His knowledge of surge protectors was impressive and he said some surge protectors can actually damage an appliance instead of protecting it. In the future I will buy all my appliances from Hahn's because of George, Philip, the speedy email communication, the courtesy of the people answering the phone and the numerous floor reps who offered to help me and wished me a happy 4th of July on the two occasions I visited the store.

I can't give you a good/bad review with the information I have because I do not know or have internal information on what was going on with our orders. I know they required upfront money in March? and we get most of our appliances on July 15th. We were told several times the order was not complete then we were told it would all be available by end of July and would be delivered on July 30th, then July 29th. Then I got a call from Salesman who said we have it and can they deliver on the 13th? who said we will deliver to you Friday morning but was still short a couple of items. I get another call from delivery person telling me Friday afternoon late. And order is complete. I get another call from our sales person who is unaware of my 2nd call with different story. He calls me back with clarification and both of them are partially right. Still not getting the cook top we ordered. Do not have a solid answer on when this might be.. So, My answer would be. They were nice and Jesus loves them.

I spent 3 days and probably close to 15-20 hours reading reviews and another 8 hours looking at different models of washing machines at Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy. Many times falling asleep at the end of the day frustrated mentally because I believe a washing machine is a worth while investment besides the cost. On the 4th day I decided to go to Hahn appliance simply because I had previously purchased a refrigerator from them the year before. I totally hate when people “salesmen” come up to me and ask if I need help. I am 59 years old. I had been doing laundry for myself for over 35 years with the last 20 years washing for my 2 sons with their daily clothes plus the clothes they wore in their respective sports. I was approached by Chris Fawcett. I was so tired of looking at washing machines I totally gave in to his approach. I told him what I was looking for. Told him that I had looked at every model available. I had just had a washer of 18 years bite the big apple. I disliked the fact that most washers will override your desires and wash clothes the way the washer seemed fit. I wanted a mechanical washer that didn’t have the bells and electronic goodies that entice people to own. I wanted a washer that was in for the long haul. He told me that they had what I was looking for. He pointed over to the “ Speed Queen’s” they had. I went over and looked at them. I have to admit that they were a few hundred dollars more than the other models that I had narrowed my search to and that I cared to spend. With that being said I asked questions he didn’t give me a ear full of jabber. He was well rehearsed in product knowledge. This was a total about-face from what I had been told at 3 different stores. The warranty was a longer warranty than most. The Speed Queens were built to last 25 years. They were not wimpy homeowner models but made for commercial use. I truly feel that if I spent the extra money, I would be satisfied not only because I was getting wanted but this washer would be able to endure the use for the next 20 years or more of washing my clothes. I have to hand it to Chris Fawcett for listening to me to and taking what was describe to him of my needs and applying his product knowledge. To me he is the perfect example of a true asset to Hahn Appliance. In closing I will add that I will return to Hahn Appliance in the future for every major appliance I will be getting. I have a Kitchen remodel in the future and will seek Chris out for my decisions on what will be the best for me and my needs. That night my new Speed Queen washed 4 loads of laundry. I was working close by while it was in cycle. I had to stop and really listen to be able to hear it run. It is “whisper quiet” ! Thank you Chris Fawcett and Hahn Appliance for meeting my needs. This is a perfect example of building a true “Customer Relationship”.

Perhaps adding a Back Order sign to the appliances that are unavailable would make for an overall smoother shopping experience, although that would prevent sales people from trying to upsell. I came in knowing what I wanted to buy from a previous trip but my intel was absolutely incorrect because of the back order situation. I will be in the market for a new refrigerator soon and I will most likely be shopping at Hahn, I do hope that by that time the appliances that are unavailable will be marked as such.

We were told they had everything in stock, then the day of delivery they didn't have the products, imagine that. Kelby, one of the assistant managers was a real butt and didn't care about the situation, but at least James, another assistant manager seemed to understand and helped us get back every dollar we had spent with them. Luckily Chris at Hahn's seemed genuine and transparent with the product's logistics on our visit there and we left feeling like we were someone to them feel we have expectations that will be met without the game that Lowe's gave. We went in looking for a refrigerator after ours had gone out suddenly after 12yrs. Not really knowing the best on the market really, I didn't really have any idea what I wanted, only what I didn't want. I did shop around some comparing prices for different makes and models and found Hahn to be one of the best in the OKC area. So, hubby in tow, of to Hahn we went. After kinda looking around at the LG's and Kitchenaid's, (they didn't have the LG I found myself gravitating towards, unfortunately)we decided on the 5 door Kitchenaid and were in and out in less than an hour, 5 minutes later we had our new fridge in the trailer and were on our way. I'd say it was one of the easiest, no pressure buys I've made in awhile. My washer has suddenly gone out and if warranty company will finally get in touch with me, I'd definitely return to Hahn's. However after a month of going back and forth with them they don't really seem to be in any hurry. But that's another review for a different time!

I would love to give a higher rating for the delivery crew, but the whole system and processes of this company for install is archaic and flawed. There's no reason to need a SIX hour delivery window! I played your "30 minute phone call prior to arrival" game three times now. When they first arrived to install our dishwasher we found out our plumbing was "quick connect" and you're unable to install with that type. Fine, a little communication about that PRIOR to arrival would have been nice. So we rescheduled, I was told on the phone I'd have a morning "8-12" window, which I appreciated being able to get in the next day after the plumbing mishap. But when 11:40 rolled around with no 30 minute prior call, I called to check. Apparently our conversation about being up at 6am and I could be first stop didn't mean anything, so I was informed after waiting all morning for the install that I was the afternoon window! What?! Now I have to cancel my plans and wait around for my 30Minute prior call like that solves all scheduling issues. For a 12-6pm window! I have now wasted two full days for an install. I hate to compare your process to the horrific customer service of Comcast, but you're getting close to being one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The end result of shopping here was acceptable but the beginning was not. We were approached by a male sales associate with whom we discussed our desire to purchase a refrigerator in black, to match a new range we bought previously. This man was very arrogant, indignantly stating at one point during our conversation that I needed to “stand in line!” to purchase a certain black stainless whirlpool model that was apparently very popular but out of stock. My husband asked if there were any other models in black that we could look at, and he bluntly stated that only the cheapest refrigerators came in regular black. He motioned dismissively toward the area where they kept those and turned his back to us, as if he had better things to do. We decided against the refrigerator, but walked to the other side of the store to the ovens, and met a very pleasant woman who was very informative and apologetic for how we were treated. She gave us all the information we asked for, and some pros and cons with different styles and brand limitations (ie. color, features, etc.). We did end up purchasing a wall oven from her, and in the end were satisfied with our purchase.

I always start with the good points so here they are. I did eventually buy a dryer from them. We picked it up our self they delivered free but it would be a 2 week wait for delivery because of the recent weather. The price we paid was fair(748) and they had it in warehouse which was really great, I needed it asap. Now, my irritation came from 2 people. 1st the girl at the desk. When I approached her I told her how I called and spoke to someone about a pearl pink Samsung dryer. I also told her I specifically said I'll take another if the color is not available, it doesn't have to match my washer( I also told this to the guy on the phone prior to driving from Norman) She said ok. I told her the price I was quoted. She proceeded to take me to 2 but I said no the price I wasctold was 748. She then contact the guy who I spoke to, he proceeded to show me ones I didn't come to see. I reminded him of the price he quoted me. He proceeded to tell me he didn't say that. We kind of went back and forth about this. Now I'm irritated fully! He then checks computer and finds a 748 priced one. The price I WAS told. No it wasn't the color but I had already said at this point color wasn't important. I talked to my husband we looked and found one we were gonna buy( 897) . At this point we are both over it. We head to the counter to get papers work to buy that one and see a Samsung for (696) We decide to go with that one because it was closer to the price I was quoted. I understand them trying to sell but if a customer has made it clear as to what they want and are willing to buy something cheaper. Show them what you have in that price range. If I wanted to buy the 897 one I would have just stayed on my side of town . I drove that way because of the price I was quoted. Even though I bought one, I'm sure I could have saved the drive and just got the one I ended up with from somewhere else. Home depot actually had it and was willing to price match it because we buy our appliances from them normally. This definitely will be my last purchase from them.

We had had trouble with our refrigerator ice maker and had service come and work on it on two different occasions. It still wasn’t working. The refrigerator was only a year and a half old. My husband called extended Warrenty person and finally ended up talking with Guy, at the OKC showroom/ warehouse. Guy is the resolutions person. In short, we were able to pick out a new refrigerator with credit fir what we paid for the one that didn’t work. When I went in to pick out new fridge, Jerry Dickerson, helped me and was awesome as usual. We have bought at least 7 appliances from Jerry over the years. He’s our go to guy. We really like Hahn’s. I purchased a washer and dryer during their floor model clearance sale. I got a great price on the washer and dryer I will say that, however, the customer service is a little lacking. I made it VERY CLEAR to the salesman that I needed that dryer to vent out of the side, at no time did he say we needed to purchase an extra kit to make it vent from the side, nor offer to sell us this kit, if he had I would have purchased it from him. Also when they delivered the washer and dryer, the delivery guy did not level my washer, so it was rocking, my husband had to level it. So much for professional install. Despite the great price, next time I will purchase my appliances from Lowe's like I have in the past where they have installers who know what they are doing. Sorry Hahn's I gave you a chance because you are local and you let me down with poor customer service. Great prices just don't cut it.

Picking up the dryer I asked a uniformed young man where to go to pick a online purchase he politely gave me directions about the time I was backing up to the dock he asked my name and said he’ll get it ready for me 2 minutes later another warehouseman wheels the dryer onto my pick and helps me strap it down. Every person I had contact with was polite and helpful I thought I was at Chick-fil-a. Of course the dryer works great (it’s brand new)

I called ahead about a upright freezer. I was told they had 2 a stainless and a white one. I told them we were on our way and we wanted the white one. 30 minutes later we arrived at Hahns and although there was both the stai less and the white one side by side in the show room floor they only had the stainless one in stock as the floor model couldn't be sold. Because if the pandemic (covid) we had been searching for 6 months to find one so we took the stainless one and settled!!! Sales people should not just say yes we have one available just to get you in their store! Because of that my future appliance needs won't be bought there! I like dealing with honest folks.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being able to shop for our appliances at Hahns. Phillip is who helped us and the experience was incredible. We were allowed to look around on our own for a little while and once we had a bit of time to take in all the options, Phillip then came over and helped us to narrow down what we wanted and fit it in our price range. First time Hahn Appliance buyer, and what a delight that it was being there today. My reason for writing a review is that I am very big on Customer service and Hahn Appliance has met my "expectations" in a 5 Star kind of way. Left Hahn's with a New 'Over the Range Convection/Microwave' combo w/ventilation system & 'Whirlpool Cooktop'. Prices? Very, very good as my sales associate Phil Ortiz is very knowledgeable, very helpful and was not ever dismissive as he continued to help in every way that was asked. My (fiance & myself) have a new remodel (kitchen) of where our appliances will be placed and came to Hahn Appliances based on recommendations from our personal friends and...are we ever pleased that we did! We cannot recommend high enough of how pleased that we are that we had this opportunity to experience this purchase from Hahn's! Hahn's employees are friendly and professional. Alex and Zachary, the young men who delivered my refrigerator, were careful not to bump furniture while moving one fridge out, and the new one in. They plugged it in, set the temp settings, placed the drawers, racks and other parts in the fridge. They removed the blue plastic that was covering the doors. They were especially polite young men. Given the current circumstances, I understand some delay in delivery of a panic bought item. However, the consistent lack of communication (even after it was pointed out) is an inexcusable approach toward customer service. Finally couldn't provide the "in stock" item purchased so offered a larger floor model for the same price. This action brought the review up from one star. Hope the kinks in the supply line are dealt with soon. Hopefully they'll be deserving of five stars soon.
