Just purchased a Bosch double wall oven to replace my 25 year+ Thermador. Suzanne R., our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable about product lines and assured that the measurements of new oven would fit in the preexisting cutout. The installation of the Bosch oven could not have gone any smoother. I appreciate Suzanne’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend Suzanne R. She’s very knowledgeable about product lines. Also purchased a beverage fridge and wine cooler earlier in the year and Suzanne explained the different units available before we made a decision. In both cases, Reno’s delivery and installation procedures are very professional and efficient too.

I’ve had dishwasher problems aplenty of late. An LG unit that was only a few years old!!! (Repair would be more than replacement!) Renos had a model I was interested in AND it was available for installation within 2 days! The best part is that they don’t sent some guys from a company you have never heard of to install your new appliance. The installers work for Renos and (refreshingly) they actually care about how they install your stuff. The guys installing my DW spent extra time making sure it was just right, even though my machine was at the bottom of their price range. Sorry big box retailers, never again. For appliances-it’s Renos for me.

This place was perfect from the moment we walked in the door until the final delivery. We were greeted, helped with everything we needed, which was not a small order. We needed a refrigerator, dishwasher and stacking washer/dryer set. The salesman was great with all our measurements. The price was as reasonable as any other store, but sales tax is half! The delivery and set up crew was a TEAM of 2. I've worked in the moving business for over 10 years and these guys were GREAT. Everything went perfect and their communication with me was instant the entire way through! I hope I don't need any appliances for a while, but if I do or anyone asks me for a recommendation...This is the place to go!!!

It pains me to write this review, as we’ve done 2 kitchens and a laundry room with Reno. It seems the top notch quality had had become accustomed to has gone to the wayside. We had a problem with a kitchenaid freezer that turns out to have been a known issue. Fine. Now we’ve been through 3 ovens. The first was run by the installers for an hour and looked like someone had cooked a pizza inside. It has stains all over it. Second one came completely dented on both sides. Third one was accepted and seemingly ok until a few days later we realized the bottom drawer has a huge dent in it. I’ve attached a photo. At this point I can’t imagine Reno wants to engage any further with us as they’ve replaced it twice. This just marks a decline in expected quality. We go to Reno for the great service and products, but if we can no longer receive that, we’ll go to the big box retailers. Update 9-10-21 Reno contacted me and made it right. Rather than replacing the entire unit again, the dented drawer was removed and replaced. We love Reno’s and I want to make it 5 stars but the communication is still lacking. We were supposed to receive a call confirming when the delivery would occur; we were not home but fortunately the babysitter was there to receive the delivery. We will probably still continue to shop there for our future appliance needs.

We were in need of a kitchen vent hood replacement. We were struggling to either find someone to fix it or just replace it. After failing to find anyone who would give us confidence they could help us, we landed at Reno's Appliance. My goal was to get someone to listen to what I needed, tell me what information they needed and replace this thing. That's exactly what happened when I entered the store, I asked if someone could assist me and I was introduced to Rob. He was very friendly and didn't judge me for not really knowing anything other than having a very specific sized hood vent that needed replacing. We communicated through email and phone calls as well as an on site visit to inspect what was needed. Rob was thankfully able to find literally one vent hood that would fit my extremely specific kitchen. In the end we are very happy with our new vent hood. I am very pleased with the service I received, communication was always friendly and respectful. Will do business again in the future for any appliance needs and I highly recommend them if you need the same.

It was a pleasure doing business with Reno's. Salesman Bob, matched us with a Maytag commercial washing machine, that meet our exact needs. The discounted price was within our range, so we purchased it. No interruptions and sale took thirty minutes. Machine was delivered three days later. Old machine disconnected and removed, New machine installed and tested. Installers helped close up my entrance way. All my purchases and deliveries should be this easy. My wife and I will be return customers for sure.

Been a Reno's customer since 1988. So you can imagine how many different appliances purchased throughout the years. Even purchased appliances for our Jersey Shore home recently, delivered and installed without a hitch. Colleen, our salesperson, is knowledgeable and not shy to offer her opinion on certain models when asked. My husband and I are incredibly pleased with our new KitchenAid dishwasher!! Many thanks to our salesman, Mr. Bob English, for suggesting this wonderful dishwasher!! It is whisper quiet (so much so that it is difficult to determine that it is even on) and holds a great capacity of dishes. Also, it is very fairly priced and of very good quality. Our dishes come out beautifully clean!! Reno's service was incredible and they setup delivery immediately. It was a true pleasure dealing with Bob, such an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson. Nice salesguy Tony... Good price on dryer but the best part is when they rescheduled the delivery on Saturday in the morning instead of the afternoon they called to let me know about it which was very nice because then we were able to go out in the afternoon. The 3 delivery men couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. There was a guy named Nelson, a guy named Joshua and a guy named Alex and they were so patient because my other half wanted to vacuum out the dryer vent since it was hard to get to and almost impossible with the old dryer there. We used to do it only from the outside of the house through the wall. They just hung out patiently and waited five minutes for us to do it and told us it was no problem at all. I tipped all three of them even though I didn't even see the truck driver cuz he was watching the truck the whole time and they only needed 2 men to wheel it on a dolly through my back door. they were so efficient and so nice. Having good delivery to me is just as important as having a good product. Anyway, the Whirlpool dryer is amazing and it shuts itself off with a sensor when it's dry but you can also time dry it or keep it running for wrinkles. It was only seven hundred bucks before the delivery charge, installation kit, install price and tax and stuff like that. Lower tax too since in Paterson. Beaufiful giant showroom. Dryer works great. I live in Fair Lawn but will always go there since they are great to deal with.

Reno's is amazing. We dealt with Jim- who was fantastic. We ordered all new appliances for our kitchen on 7/2 and they were all delivered - as promised on 8/26- the exact date we needed them. The delivery people were top notch- polite and helpful. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong hood- Jim was able to get us the correct one delivered and the wrong one picked up and a full credit was issued for the mistake I made. I would give more stars if possible. Reno's could not have done a better job. Thank you Reno's

I worked with Ray over there and he had my new appliances delivered and installed, with the old ones taken away with no fuss. The installers DID slightly misalign the dishwasher, but that's a minor adjustment. Will work with them again.

She is thoroughly versed in all brands, is patient, answers all questions fully, and is a joy to work with! Recommended by a neighbor and extremely impressed with the customer service. They even have someone who can come to your home to see what might be the best appliances if you have doubts about spacing or other issues(at a nominal price but a worthwhile choice for us). Undoubtedly the installation will be as good. No longer shopping big boxes with zero service.

I was very pleased with the service and price I received from Reno. Shortly after I moved into my new house, I had a clothes washer and dishwasher break on me. The repairs were too expensive for older appliances, so I shopped the “big box” stores, thinking they would give me the most competitive pricing. Fortunately, someone told me to check out Reno, and I’m glad I did. The personnel are dedicated to appliances (unlike big box stores) and this is a long time New Jersey business. Installers were terrific - careful, low key, polite and efficient. Definitely recommended (and I don’t typically take the time to write these, so know that I mean it!)

I rarely write reviews, but this one I couldn't pass up. After purchasing a new Bosch counter depth refrigerator from Reno's Appliance, it died after one week. After Bosch repair had trouble diagnosing the problem, I called Reno's. Our salesman, Rob Ronda, went above and beyond expectations, eventually getting us a brand new Bosch replacement rather then having us wait for Bosch to try fixing the broken one. He even supplied us with a temporary replacement refrigerator to use until he could have the new Bosch delivered! This is truly living up to Reno's motto of "Integrity, honesty and service". Don't waste your time shopping elsewhere. Reno's is the only place to go. They also give the best deals!

Two very polite, and highly efficient, young men removed the old washer and dryer, installed the new, cleaned up after themselves, swiping the floor and tested out the setup before leaving. All in all one hour !! I can only highly recommend that you use them again, should you have the need. They also left contact details should anything start to leak (after the installation). An absolutely positive experience.

This is a great appliance store that has been around for a long time and sells most major brands including the "high-end" appliances. We did a complete kitchen renovation including some new appliances. On our most recent purchase of our Sub-Zero refrigerator we worked with Suzanne Robertson. She was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. She knows the products inside and out and EVERYTHING went as planned from the start of our conversation to delivery and installation. Couldn't have went any better. So, if you're in the market for home appliances....look no further and ask for Suzanne. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a Dacor stove/range after a lot of research. Unfortunately, as much as I loved all the features, dimensions and color of the appliance the oven would not heat evenly. My baked items were burnt on the outside and needed more time for the center to be eatable. I called Reno’s and they sent out a repairman to correct the situation. Joe from Pelzar Services came out, ordered the parts needed and left. I get a call stating Dacor will exchange the range which they did rather than repair. The second unit had the exact same problem. Pelzar Services comes out again and Joe diagnoses which parts are needed, calls Dacor and orders the parts. I call Pelzar since the parts arrival date is now past and am told that Dacor refuses to send the parts but will exchange the range for a third one. I asked Reno’s to check their inventory and exchange the Dacor range for another brand with comparable features, dimensions and color. I received a Jenn Air range. Reno arranged for the exchange and all went well. Paul and Marilyn at Reno’s were very helpful knowing how disappointed I was at not having the Dacor range. I did have to settle for stainless when my kitchen is all white but now, I have an oven that bakes without burning thanks to Reno’s excellent customer service.

I am very happy with Reno's Appliances. The staff was all excellent, but a few stood out with their exceptional support. Eva who is the in house chef, was great to bounce ideas off of. She led me to the set i decided on. The delivery was also exceptional, Big John and Marty were fantastic. The appliances were super heavy but they somehow managed and did not leave a scratch on any wall or appliance. Their prices are great too.

Terrific experience with Reno's Appliance - they had excellent pricing for all our kitchen appliances. Out of an order of about 11 appliances, they beat any pricing we could find for about 4 of them, matched on 6, and was over on 1 but agreed to match. They also did installation and advised us not to do the simple ones through them - they also supported a very complicated installation for our retractable downdraft. We worked with Jim Shertz and he was great to work with!

They have an excellent selection and you get a bit of a tax break at the Paterson store. What keeps me returning, however, is the customer-focused professionalism of Suzanne Robertson. Suzanne will thoroughly research any challenging installations and come up with solutions. She also does rebate searches and has been a resource of solutions for my needs. Here is a solid company with a top notch representative that focuses on what will fill your needs. You will be very satisfied to buy from Reno's.

Went here because we need a 36 inch wide range. Their price beat everyone online by about $300-400. I was a little suspicious how they were so much cheaper, but the product was delivered as advertised. Told my brother and neighbor and they have both bought here in last few weeks as well and they both said Reno's price was lower then the other well known companies. Location is right on rt. 20 next to micro center and Lowe's in Paterson. Leave your bullet proof vest in the car. Safe part of town!!

Reno's carries a nice selection of mostly high end to very high end appliances. When we renovated our kitchen Reno's was the best price on the GE Cafe' line. They easily beat the prices of Home Depot and Lowes. It was funny though when we bought a low end fridge (they do have some, or can order lower end products) as a spare in our basement they could not beat Home Depot. When we bought our washer and dryer they did recommend a Whirlpool product. It's the only purchase from them I've regretted. I absolutely hate the Whirlpool front loading washer. It twists the clothes around each other terribly. Such a pain. We had another front loader that did not do this. I wish we were recommended a better product. This is why I only give 4 stars. The Paterson store had the benefit of 3.5% sales tax as well.

I have purchased several items through Reno's Appliance and have always had the best experience. I most recently worked with Mike Brandell who was terriffic. Their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched, and they will work with you on price. Equally important is how talented their installers are - real professionals in their trade who are significantly better than what you get from Home Depot, Lowes or the department stores. These stores outsource to companies with limited knowledge and abilities. For me, there is no reason to buy appliances anywhere else.

These guys have a moderate selection of mid to high end appliances. I'm a person who hates sales pressure, so when I walked in, was warmly greeted, and was offered a salesman's help I cringed a little. But the guy who helped me was great. He showed me the stuff they had, talked a good game about some high end stuff but then left me alone to make a decision. It's the age of smartphones, so I did some supplemental research on the spot, so I knew the posted price for the washer I wanted was reasonable. They still knocked $50 off and were able to do (free) local delivery two days later, all while staying professional and personable. Honestly, I was kinda surprised how pleasant the experience was. As I said, I don't like salesy interactions. My only criticism/suggestion would be to maybe have catalogs out for models that aren't on the floor, to expand selection.

Update- I had a problem with my stove and although they did say they were working on it and trying to get it worked out it took them forever and I really feel they could have done more. Love renos. Best prices, great customer service, and never felt pressured to buy anything. Bought my stove, fridge, dishwasher, beverage fridge, washer and dryer at renos. Delivery was hassle free and they were very accommodating.

Nice environment, wide selection, good coffee but pricing i received was not consistent. Was quoted a price for a cooktop if I downgraded from the one I originally ordered. After realizing I went over budget on my appliances I decided to downgrade my cooktop. We don't cook that much anyway. After I downgraded I was given a price $300.00 higher then what I was originally quoted. Not right!!!

We came to see different wall oven options and we glad we came there. On Saturdays they have in-house cheff that cooks, bakes using Miele and Jenn-air combi-steam ovens. Great experience, the fairest price out there,$760 vs $899 on a Speed Queen washer(which the big box boy stores won't sell,afraid it'll knock out Whirlpool, LG,Samsung etc.Those brands look fancy shmancy,and breakdown) Price was given to me over the phone,no haggling, and Edward,a nice qualified salesman took care of me.Low pressure all the way.
