Isaac is probably the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. Most salespeople are either forgettable or sneaky and conniving by making believing you are getting a discount/great price but then adding side costs. I like those who are more of an advisor and provide insight into different manufacturers and their products which he does vs. being an order taker. Originally, I spoke with him in summer '11 when I needed a new fridge for my mom and he patiently gave me advice despite only spending ~ $700. So in summer '13, I gave him a call when I bought my house and had to outfit the kitchen and house with high-end appliances (eg., Gaggenau, Bosch, Miele...etc.) totaling $23K. He treated me the same no matter how much I spent which is a sign of a true professional and genuinely helpful person. I now consider him a friend and seek his advice on any new appliance purchase which he gladly obliges and tries to give me the best prices.

Drimmers carries an amazing array of appliances and they have all of the brands they offer set up on the showroom floor. IMO - it's well worth the trip out to their BK showroom. They also have a courteous and extremely knowledgeable sales staff. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac - he's the man! He was immensely helpful to me both in thinking through what I needed for my kitchen and what my best options were in terms of price and quality. He did not try to "up sell" at all and was polite and attentive throughout the process. Update: My appliances were received in pristine condition from Drimmers and Isaac was able to follow-up very quickly on two minor issues that surfaced post-delivery. In fact, he initiated the follow-up without my having to reach out! Yay Drimmers! I'll definitely go back for my next electronics purchase!

An overall great experience. I ordered products on Monday (Labor Day) at 230 PM. Both Viking range and Bosch dish washer were delivered and installed before 12PM on Tuesday. Isaac was really great in working with me regarding products and pricing. I found the pricing the most competitive in the area on the products I was interested in buying. Our Washer/Dryer gave up the ghost so we were in the market for a new one. We knew which one to get but were concerned that the very tight space it was in would mean it would take a long time to remove the old one and install the new one. We were thinking about Home Depot, however our concern was that you can call and explain the situation, but that info isn't normally going to get to the actual team doing the installation. We called Drimmers and spoke with their very pleasant and informed Sales Rep, Miri, who explained that she can make this info very clear to the install team. She also came back with a price that beat the big chain stores, so it was a no brainer. The available install dates were within a week of the initial phone call, which was also above and beyond. The install guys showed up right on time, yanked the old one out and installed the new one so fast I couldn't believe it. Overall, this was an easy experience; they were very professional, beat the market price, and were very courteous start to end. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family in the area.

This is my second time using Drimmer’s and I have also recommended it to a friend who had a great experience. The last appliance I bought at another store ended up with an improper install. It was a slide in range and the feet we’re not even touching the floor. The company did not stand behind their work. In contrast, I bought a dishwasher from Isaac at Drimmer’s and noticed about six months after install that it was giving me a mild electric shock. I called Isaac and with in a few days a guy came and took my dishwasher out of the wall checked the install and deemed it OK. While they were not able to fix the problem they narrowed it down and never charged a dime. It turned out to be the wiring on my end and I was able to get my super (for the price of homemade banana bread) to fix it. During my current renovation I had a disaster with finding a hidden gas pipe that meant I had to change the size of the wine cooler. (I had purchased the wine cooler from an online vendor and had a terrible time trying to return it... should have bought it from Drimmer’s in the first place.) By that point I was so frazzled I couldn’t even search through the available coolers online and Isaac did all the work to help me to find the perfect one. He also did all the work to find me an air-conditioner that had to fit into a specific sleeve. Most importantly, he helped me out last minute when I realized I had ordered the wrong air-conditioner, I told him 220 and it was really 110. Despite the fact that it was the day before delivery he was able to get it halted and order the correct one and have it still delivered the next day! A true magician! And all of this happened at a great price. They really work to get you the lowest price possible and to make you happy. I have learned my lesson and I will never buy appliances from an online company. With a local company like Drimmer’s they are more likely to want to help you because they know you will tell people about your good experience. They also have roots in the community and work actively to protect their reputation. I highly recommend this company and especially Isaac!

Needed a dishwasher and was serviced by Isaac in sales; what a first rate experience! After listening to my requirements, he proceeded to honestly and knowledgeably list the pros and cons of the options available. In a professional manner, and without undue coercion, he had me sorted out within minutes. I cannot recommend Drimmers enough. Streets ahead of their competitors. I shopped around, primarily looking for a reliable company that could deliver as promised within a reasonable time frame (replacing a refrigerator during Thanksgiving week). From start to finish my experience was outstanding--it's like a business school case on how a company can compete against the big box stores and win bigly. 1. I called and the phone was answered on the first ring 2. The salesperson knew my product right away, had my information down & the order was complete faster than autofill on a website 3. The price on the refrigerator was as good or better than all the big box stores & the delivery & haul away fees were less than everyone else 4. The company was very adept at getting an insurance certificate required by my fussy building 5. Subsequent calls to coordinate certificate / confirm delivery were swift and well managed 6. Delivery was at least a week ahead of anyone else 7. Delivery was as promised, within a relatively time small window 8. Delivery men were fast & courteous, hauling out & putting in very quickly.

No need to shop elsewhere. After working with another Brooklyn appliance store for several months with many confirmations on the delivery date, when the week cam to deliver our three appliances, two of them were out of stock. I called Drimmers in a half-panic. Isaac was professional, friendly, and delivered the next day at a better price. As an opening remark, I would like to say this is my first time ever writing a review. I just finished building my house (took me 16 months) and whoever went through this this process realizes the number of purchases I had to make. Throughout my construction, I heavily relied on other people reviews before making purchases and now I believe it is my time to be helpful to someone else, especially when someone truly deserves it. I would like to write a review about a person who was extremely helpful while I was shopping for kitchen appliances. It goes without saying that the kitchen is one of the most important areas of the house (especially if it's being used often). In my case, both my mother and my wife are great cooks and I wanted to reward them with the best appliances I could buy. I did a lot of research and visited multiple stores before I walked into Drimmers in Brooklyn. One of my friends highly recommend to see Isaac based on his prior experience with him. Isaac was very knowledgeable and explained benefits and drawbacks for multiple items I was considering (keep in mind this was a new house and I had to purchase a lot of things). However, what I liked the most about Isaac was his personality and attitude - he was extremely patient with my multiple and sometimes annoying questions :). After getting a price quote for ten of the items I was considering to purchase I left Drimmers to evaluate other alternatives and shop for better prices. I was pleasantly surprised with the way Isaac handled me leaving the store and not making a purchase, which could've been viewed as a waste of his time. However, I did come back to Isaac and purchased all of the ten items (7 Wolf items for kitchen, 1 Miele coffee machine and Electrolux washer and dryer) not only because he offered the best prices, but also because of his pleasant personality and demeanor. Aaron at Drimmers really saved the day for me when i was looking for a cook-top and could not find one to fit the opening in my counter top or the height allowance i had. I looked on the internet for days, pulling up specifications, went to stores and really had a dilemma finding one that would fit and no-one would go that extra mile to help me out. I spoke to Aaron at Drimmers and he not only found one for me but it had everything I wanted including a Ceran cook-top and touch controls. They really should take a lesson from Drimmers because they are great and they go the extra mile to ensure a good customer experience. We bought an oven that didn't meet the right size requirements as our contractor made a mistake. Miri had a new piece out on delivery by the the next business day! Our fridge died suddenly and she made sure to have one up for us on the next delivery as well. Our washer/dryer was a great deal from them. We previously bought from Sears. The price was so much better at Drimmers and their support team gets an A+ for helping us find exactly what we needed. Once used, our washer had a loose wire. However knowing what a great brand Miele is I purchased a vacuum cleaner (from another retailer) by Miele. MIELE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH CAME UP WITH hundreds of poor customer service complaints for Miele. I have had nothing but problems with them. Will never again purchase a Miele product. Buyer beware. We bought all our appliances from Drimmers in 2003 when we built our home in Crown Heights Brooklyn. The appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers) were wonderful and lasted a long time. After 13 years, we now need to begin replacing some. I just bought a new stove for the tenants which was exactly in the price range I requested for a GE 30" free standing gas range. Drimmers delivered the next morning, installed the stove and took away the old one, all before 9 am! Holy Cow Aron or AAron (not sure of spelling) was great to deal with. He noticed that our designer selected a hood that was not a match for the range. The hood needed to be significantly larger to exhaust the built in griddle. Oh yeah the price was great. Super customer service and returned phone calls. Awesome experience.
