The repair was a little more than expected ($378) since the part was $24 on Amazon. Other than that, I would recommend them, if you are in a hurry to get something fixed.

Hands down! they send you a confirmation email with ALL the details and include a photo of your technician in the email so you know who is coming to your house. And then, he shows up and legit took the entire dryer apart in five minutes, diagnosed the issue, had the whole parts kit in his truck, put it in, and had the dryer put back together all in under 45 minutes. Joel was amazing. So professional, so nice, and it was a great experience. I will literally never call anybody else for appliance repairs.

He was able to give good advice on repair vs buying a new fridge and ultimately fixed our fridge. The part took a couple days longer to come than expected, but they let us know every step of the way and kept us informed. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Thanks for that. The technician arrived on time and quickly discovered the issue needing resolution. Thank goodness. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and the problem was resolved. The technician was professional, courteous, friendly, and skilled. My only issue is: to diagnose and replace a one inch diameter rubber washer/O-ring took less than 30 minutes (no disassembly of the appliance was needed), but the cost was over $200 plus tax, which I thought was over-priced; hence the 4-star rating. However, I was overall very pleased with the service. I will probably use them again should the need arise.

After years of waiting we finally called to get our Amanda refrigerator ice maker fixed. We wanted a local appliance repair center and that’s what we got. James, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He will order the part and I will have an ice maker in proper working condition by the end of the week! There was great communication from serviceman to keep me aware of his on time arrival time. I was impressed that a photo of the serviceman was texted to me, which was a great security feature. He was very honest about my options, and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Although I could have purchased a new cooktop for a little bit more than the service, there were factors that made repair a more viable option, such as my existing granite cut out. I would while heartedly recommend this company, based on their professionalism, reliability and honesty
