First let me begin by saying that I have been using M & H appliance For my personal purchases and my company purchases for our group homes for at least 20 years, back when they were Ashworth appliance and pease appliance. First of all, if you need service, they are the only place call around here. So it’s probably better to buy from them Because they actually service what they sell and they are local. Secondly, When I look at some thing there, I go online and I look at the box stores, their prices always right there at the same place the bigger stores are. So there’s no sense in going through the hassle and dealing with sales people that really don’t know their product. Just go to M & H! Now for my latest purchase, we purchased a front load washer and dryer. The sales person was quite knowledgeable and shared her opinions. She pointed out drawbacks and pluses to the various models. The whole experience was pleasant, my mother in law and I went across the street to have lunch while we contemplated our decision. Came back over and everything went smoothly. They do carry some models in stock but we did have to wait about a week to get both the washer and the dryer and they brought them out at the same time. I was going to donate my old washer and dryer to someone in need. The guys help me load Washer and dryer into the back end of my pick up truck. Everybody at M&H from the sales staff to the service people to the delivery people are all nice, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. They run a great business. And they take pride in what they do.

Our purchase experience with Haven and Courtney at the Cambridge store was remarkable. We went in with questions a few times before making a decision on a range and wash/dryer tower. The drivers were fine didn’t seem like we got much of $120 installation fee. They didn’t put on the handles the drawers or told us how the icemakers worked. You get a partial owner have to rebate on the installation.

WOW!! I regret not shopping here sooner. The prices are amazing and the service cannot be beat! They were extremely helpful in the store when I was making my decision on what washer and dryer to purchase and the delivery guys were super awesome! They had A LOT of stairs to contend with and a couple very sharp turns and they never complained once. They were super friendly and efficient and sure to make sure everything was connected properly. I HIGHLY recommend Pease M&H Appliance, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much M&H for a great experience all the way around! :)

98 percent of the time i repair my own appliances ect.ect... Today had to repair dryer needed belt tensioner pully assembly. No problem made a parts call to M & H. Very pleasent informative seevice got part number and said location in st. Cloud had quite a few at the price of 44$ something cents no problem. Go to store and walk in only see one guy towards front of store and another towards back of store both with customers. No problem. Casually walk up to guy in front and quietly waited to just ask for the parts service. He turns to me and immediately says theres only two emoyees today and both are with customers and ill have to wait my turn. U answer no problem just need a part while holding up part. Ill wait. He then immediately said i can tell you now we dont have that here. Puzzled i answered hmm just called and they said you have several. He responded well youll have to wait your turn... Again i said no problem. Walked around looking at appliances towards the back area. The guy in the back area older fella i do believe his name was cliff took a second from customer and said someone will be with you shortly. I replied no problem thank you. A couple minutes later he came back and asked how he could help told him i just needed this part tensiimer pully assembly. He replied ok lets go look it up. Gave part number i recieved over phone and he typed on computer and went in back room.. Come back out with the proper part. Qick easy and pleasent. Not sure why price jumped up to 55$ and plus tax total 59$ anyways cliff thank you for being pleasent and decent salesman much appreciated. The other guy well i wouldnt deal with you if my arm was getting cut off you were quite rude and need to learn how to present yourself and be more plesent with all that walks into that store. Again thank you cliff

M&H Appliance Service was the only company that took my call for service on our Kenmore Gas Dryer. Two other appliance repair companies were either too busy or claimed we were out of their service coverage area. The service tech Tim did a great job repairing our quite old gas dryer that had a broken timing belt. While he was here he also checked out our Kenmore Washer. I would highly recommend M&H Appliance company from Mora, MN. On time for the scheduled appointment, and their fee for service was very fair. Steve S from Sandstone MN.

I had a refrigerator die on me Sunday night. I noticed it wasn’t working Monday morning. I had spent $600 in November 2020 fixing it because at that time everything was out of stock. I have a small space in my kitchen just over 33 inches wide for my refrigerator and really wanted an icemaker and a water dispenser. I also wanted a whirlpool so that it would match my other appliances. That small size doesn’t leave a lot of options for great refrigerators. After hopping online Monday morning to their website I called and dealt with Angie. I was thrilled this was in stock! I was even more thrilled that two days later I have a brand new fridge installed. The communication was great. The two delivery guys were efficient and competent which is hard to come by nowadays. There is no need to go anywhere else!

M & H is the only way to go when looking for appliances! We have been there twice in the last 6 months for a dishwasher and laundry washer. On both occasions we worked with Sean Archer- We told him exactly what we needed out of the machines and he was able to pair us up with the perfect match. Delivery on the dishwasher was seamless and I anticipate it will be the same with the washer that comes in less than a week. Sean truly understands customer service and applies ZERO pressure on the Customer to make a sale. In both interactions he simply presented the best options, printed info sheets on each product, and allowed us to go home and determine which one would be the best fit. In addition to being knowledgeable in the products he is selling, when I emailed him to inquire when he would be in the store next he replied within 20 minutes at 9pm at night (clearly long after his shift ended). M & H has earned our loyalty and we will continue to use them when we are in need of new appliances! Thanks again Sean!

Was impressed that sales staff called after the sale to verify as it was not in stock for me to look at and wanted me to know about an option we had not discussed to make sure I was ok with it. M&H Appliance was just what I was looking for! After doing endless research online at several of the big box retailers I was ready to buy a dishwasher. I decided to give M&H a try first because I wanted to support a local company and I was hoping to have a better delivery experience than I had last year when buying from a big box retailer. I WAS NOT disappointed. I walked in with 3 of my kiddos looked around a bit and asked what they actually had in stock. The sales staff asked a few questions to get an idea of what features I was looking for and he was able to pull up and print the info sheets for what they had. He wasn't pushy at all. I was able to buy one that day and it was successfully delivered the following week!! No delays, no excuses, just good service! I'm glad I went with M&H. The price was inline with the big box stores too!

We bought a new refrigerator from M&H this summer. After getting it home and set up,, it was found to be faulty. After talking with a salesman, then eventually Brian at M & H, a new replacement was ordered. Took a couple months for the new one to get here. It was delivered and installed today. The install guys were great and the replacement refrigerator is doing its job nicely. Based on this experience, I will look to M&H first for future appliance purchases.

Even when we know he was super busy, he took all the time we needed to answer all our questions and talk us through all the choices. I’m new to St Cloud and I needed to replace the stove that came with my townhome immediately. I prefer to use local businesses so when I saw M&H Appliance listed on my Google search, and how long they’ve been in business, I knew I had to visit their store. I was greeted as soon as I was a foot into the store and was shown a great selection of new ranges in my price range. I got exactly what I wanted delivered and installed within 5 days. I like the fact that they warranty their products themselves and they want you to call them if there’s any future problems unlike the big box stores that make you call the manufacturer.

From picking out appliances to making the final purchase, there are no stores left like M&H. We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer set almost 19 years ago from M&H. For our new purchase, text messages are sent a day ahead of scheduled delivery. 15 minutes before arrival you are not only notified of who is coming but you can track them via GPS. Installers wore proper self protection. They also removed and installed the appliances without making a mess or causing any damage to my property. The installers took the time to show me how the new unit worked; ran a wash and rinse cycle to make sure there were no leaks or imbalance of the washer. Big box stores can give you a deal; but this level of attention to detail and service is why we will always choose M&H Appliance.

So far, so good. Went in due to a 9-year old Maytag dishwasher not cleaning well and getting very noisy. I was not pressured at all. They recommended I try cleaning it first and trying a different soap - if that didn't work, they invited me back. I ended up going back a few weeks later to get a new one and they recycled my old one. After they took the old one out of my vehicle, the salesperson instantly started taking certain items off the old one that I would need to install my new one (power cord, fill hose, clamps) and gave me an adapter. He loaded the new one very carefully. We installed it ourselves the same afternoon and had everything we needed! Love that the new KitchenAid cleans well, is super quiet, and the staff was helpful the entire time - all three that I had contact with.

Absolutely great service! The store had some bad luck with there heat going out and internet went down because of the weather. But that didn’t stop them from providing knowledgeable and friendly service. Made our purchase with them after shopping around. I’ll definitely go to them if another appliance goes out on me.
