Great variety of appliance brands and store is set up well. It's nice to get to see some of these in person when trying to figure out what to order for a new build. Definitely recommend visiting especially if you are in a toss up between two brands.

We purchased an oversized refrigerator from All Inc. to replace our old fridge. This was a fairly complicated job given the size of the fridge and the fact that it is a built in. From sales to measurement to delivery to installation, All Inc. did a great job. Very nice crews, and very good communication among all the different people involved in the project. Very reliable and surprisingly quick turnaround given all the supply issues we are seeing now. This year, we have purchased 3 different appliances from 3 different companies (rough year). In the first two cases, we worked with larger national retailers and they were almost comically bad - items not fitting, installers that couldn't install, old appliances not picked up, and tons of hours spent with their 1-800 numbers. In contrast to the big box retailers, All Inc. communicated well and got the job done with a minimum of drama. 5 stars all day long.

Very courteous and prompt staff with follow-ups. Have worked with them for years and always have been happy with their service and design planning. Only thing is I would prefer they had a total solution option for some jobs, like installing an ice maker: need a plumber to route the water line, a carpenter to mount the cabinet wood panel on the front, and then an installer for the ice maker itself. They said I would need to coordinate the plumber and carpenter for my job myself.

We have always had an easy ordering experience for our appliances through All Inc for our apartment community. We are able to easily call and schedule an order with each rep. (being very knowledgeable of our accounts). Today we ordered and Chris was able to get us squared away down to knowing what styles we had ordered in the past to make sure everything matched. Purchased a scratch and dent washer and dryer here and purchasing went great with Julie. Delivery was scheduled for the next day which was even better. Delivery/installation day came and we thought everything went well with no issues until days later the dryer started shaking more and more as time went on. Turns out the stacking kit was incorrectly installed (the legs were left on the dryer) and they took the additional parts needed with them. (We purchased the stacking kit needed at Lowes). Called about it on a Friday morning and was told I would get a call back shortly which I didn't receive. Called back at 4:00pm that Friday for an update which they said an installer could come out Monday. Today is that Monday and I've put everything off today in prepare for the installer to come back out to correctly install a new stacking kit. I've called 3 times (10:30, 3:20 (no-one could take my call so I left a voicemail) and 4:20) looking for a time frame and no-one can get ahold of the guy, they've left it messages with my number and I've yet to hear from him and its currently 6:30pm. Waste of an installation fee. Edit to update: at 7:20 this evening I called and spoke to a different sales woman. Explained the situation to you and requested she cancel the installation so the person doesn’t show up the next day when I’m not home, as I cannot wait around another full day. My husband and I will just be purchasing another stacking kit and we will just do it ourselves. Thankfully she understood my frustration.

I have ordered cabinets from All a few times over the years and every time there are issues. The most recent time I ordered a cabinet to match a cabinet i had purchased previously from them. The cabinet showed up with the wrong drawer fronts (not matching the other cabinet). Not sure how it got screwed up since they had the original invoice, pictures, etc. but it did. They said they could order new drawers at my cost. No offer to even try to work with me/share the cost/etc for their mistake. I won't be going there again. ***Update***All inc reached out to me after seeing this review and offered to resolve he issue. I have to say that surprised me. With that gesture and the correct parts on order I felt it was appropriate to update this review. I’ve got to commend them for going through the effort to keep their customers happy. To me that says a lot about a company and it is much appreciated.

We were in need of a new fridge and Covid-19 has not been kind to the supply chain. I reached out by phone and was put into contact with Scott. Scott answered my questions and even ran back to their liquidation room to see if any floor models might fit our needs. My wife and I visited the showroom and were honestly a little shocked at the selection. We had made several trips to a number of Warner Stellian stores and the number of kitchens and full displays at All Inc. was really quite incredible. I can understand some of the prior negative reviews with regard to the limited sales service (some people have complained about not getting prompt service) but I was able to ask for Scott and he was able to assist within ten minutes. We found an amazing Sub Zero in the liquidation center, saved over $3000 and had the unit installed with customs ordered Stainless Angela within three weeks. Installation was great and the technicians did a great job making sure that everything was installed perfectly. Thank you for a smooth purchase and we look forward to getting a couple of trim pieces that were missing but ordered immediately by our installation tech.

This review is long overdue. A little over a year ago all of our kitchen appliances started failing at once and I had a house full of kids and craziness and stress. I had never even heard of All Inc but when I asked around they were recommended to us and I was told that their show room was great. They certainly did not disappoint! I HIGHLY recommend Chris Dahl to help you with your appliance needs. She was able to find just the right stuff. I absolutely love my new appliances! The order did not go without some hitches however and everyone that I dealt with from the delivery drivers to the installers and the customer service representatives who handle the money were just excellent and fair and patient. I really can't say enough about the entire experience. I will definitely use them for my future appliance needs.

Our experience shopping and working with All Inc on a major kitchen project was very positive. We designed our kitchen; selected cabinets, finishes and appliances with the design center at All Inc and could not be happier with the outcome and the customer service we received. They had high quality products at many different cost tiers and endless options for customization for a highly personal and optimized result within budget (even under budget). The sales team was knowledgeable about the products and was able to help us make trade-offs as needed to stay on budget and within scope. Overall our experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to work with them again on any level of project or appliance purchase.

We have always had a great experience ordering our appliances through All, Inc for the Apartment Complex and the Townhomes. Chris is so easy to work with and the delivery drivers have been fantastic. Recently we had an awesome experience when they came and picked up all of our old appliances that were not working anymore at a super reasonable charge. We were ectastic!! The ex-maintenance would keep the old appliances for parts but never did anything with them. It is a great service All, Inc provides at the time of the new appliance delivery, they will take the old one away. We were fortunate they would still come and get them after the fact. All Inc makes it very easy to order, replace and take away appliances. Thank you!

I have never seen such an amazing team of guys work together, make you feel so comfortable and work so efficiently as the two guys who put my new air conditioner this morning. I'm in an apt and so THANKFUL that my landlords picked this company to do the work. They even made me laugh when they looked at the old one and said "Wow, that's historic ", and it was. I walked in on a Saturday with a list of appliances for our remodel, I talked to Barb and couldn't be happier with the result. After spending an hour going over the order, she helped me find alternatives to a few items I didn't like in my initial order and I couldn't be happier wit the results. Additionally, they ended up being over 2000 cheaper for the identical appliances to Warner's Stellian and neither knowing about the others quotes. Bravo ALL, Inc, awesome having found you!

I went to All, Inc. to look a cabinets and all the staged kitchens to get ideas. My kitchen ideas eventually became reality when I met with Leon in Sales and Kitchen Design. The kitchen design and layout came together pretty easily with a few comprises along the way (e.g. matching desk and center island posts). I have a new kitchen with only one after thought or regret. I didn't realize my six - 12" drawers did not mean 12" on the interior of the drawers so I designed a kitchen with too few drawers, and none that would hold a silverware tray. I didn't realize this until after the kitchen was in place. I was lucky in that my center island would accommodate two larger interior pull out drawers and a blank drawer front under my induction stove top became an oversized drawer for the silverware tray and serving utensils. Crisis averted with some slight mortifications and creative thinking by Titus Contracting the cabinet installation subcontractor (Kerrick). Next time functional drawers in each cabinet and one big drawer for silverware. I love my new natural cherry Mid-Continent cabinets, Cambria countertops, all new Frigidaire Gallery, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances.
