At first I was skeptical to try the washing machine man because of the up and down reviews, but I honestly have to say, I'm glad I went with my gut and gave him a shot. I actually had a great experience with the woman working there. They were very patient and helpful. And the actual stove I purchased works phenomenal. No issues so far. It also comes with a year warranty. And I can't forget the movers. They were first of all very careful, making sure they didn't scratch my walls up. Secondly they were very knowledgeable of the product. I asked them every question that came to my mind so that my stove would last longevity and they instructed me well. I would definitely recommend them based on my personal experience. Take your time when you go in and pick the best, or newest machine that you can afford.

Had both my washing machine and dryer break down at the same time. I had a lot of anxiety of whether or not I would be able to get them repaired or if I would have to completely replace them. But I need not have been worried, because the technician that came by, I believe his name was Brian, was extremely good at what he does. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and let me ask all my annoying questions. He took apart and fixed those machines like he could have done it in his sleep. I'm very thankful for his quick and thorough work. Definitely will go back there again when I inevitably have another appliance issue.

I am very pleased with Wilson. I stopped in the store to inquire about my stackable washer/dryer combo and was given a diagnostic appointment the same day (I don't think that's usual so don't expect it) He was running late but was courteous enough to call and let me know. When he came to repair the washer/dryer he was quick, clean and thorough. Being friendly is also a plus! I would definitely call again if needed.

Outstanding Value! I needed a 36" high front loading dryer to replace an older under-counter unit, and since all newer models now 39" high, I knew that I needed to locate an older model in order to fit into the space. I stopped at The Washing Machine Man, and discovered that they had several units to choose from. I picked up a nice Whirlpool Duet that nearly perfectly matches our washer for $300, including delivery and a warranty! We have been using it for several weeks, and it has operated flawlessly - Thanks!

Customer service is good. They was on time for appointment and hooked everything up. Only thing was the appliances were not working the washer leaked water everywhere and the dryer wouldn’t dry. I called and had to wait all the way til Monday for a technician to come out so that was a huge inconvenience being that it was Friday that I called.

Wanted to wait until the delivery and use of our Appliance to post this order. From start to finish they were fantastic. From amazing customer service, wide selection of used appliances, very concrete policies about returns, and fast and friendly installation. The woman that helped us was amazingly nice and there was no pressure to buy. She informed us of all of the policies around purchase and delivery of an appliance. We inquired about the one day delivery and she told us because of a high volume of deliveries we would not get our Appliance for 6 days. Sure enough 6 days later in the promised time the washer & dryer showed up. The one thing they did not tell us is that the delivery people would install the appliance for us. I had set aside an hour to install the washer and dryer, but they happily installed it for us. Our purchase also included the hoses to connect the washer and the gas line. Amazing! Do not try to screw around with them or pull a fast one. They have very good policies set in place. They also have it very reasonably priced appliances that have been refurbished. Definitely worth checking out.

I am so glad I came back. They are some pleasant and professional people!!! I visited this place a few years ago and said that I would never come back. It was a rude ghetto lady there that had no business doing customer service. I asked and they said she doesn't work there anymore. CHEERS to that! The only reason I went back was no body else had anything. All of washing machine man stuff was sold too but the young lady advised me to wait. Five minutes later a big truck pulled of loaded from front to back. I talked to a fair skinned young lady ,she was super nice and helpful! I was going to get just a stove and refrigerator then get the washer and dryer later. I ended up doing the financing and I got all four and I didn't have to put any money down. I thought I wouldn't get approved, I'm glad I tried it now.

I had a gift certificate for a refrigerator but I needed both. The lightskinned young lady was happy to assist me and explain everything I needed to know about the products I was purchasing. There also was a young man I can't remember his name but they both were amazing. They just need to do better with answering the phone. I called nonstop just to make sure I had the correct delivery date but I had to take a lunch from my job and drive up there and what do you know, they were just talking and talking but it wasn't the same people I dealt with my original purchase

We just had a gentleman out to try and fix our washing Machine, unfortunately we chose not to fix it because the cost of the parts was more than the machine itself, but the customer service and explanation compared to the other company I had out was miles apart, we greatly appreciated the call in advance and how nice the man was. So after a brief wait we ended up getting a gas stove from here The lady's in the office were really nice and wonderful The day of delivery it took longer then the original delivery window given at purchase though When they did arrive the got the new stove in the house Then disconnected the previous one and removed it They were unable to hook it up because he didn't have the right connection piece He promised to come back early the next morning with the connection Unfortunately he didn't & it just so happen to be his off day The situation was resolved after a phone call to the store They sent out another technician who then fixed the issue and apologized for inconvenience I would highly recommend them for appliances Great place

They had plenty of options when we came in as we had been searching for a washer and a dryer, but I ended up a little disappointed. All of the washers and dyers there were relatively beat up looking, and not all of them appeared very clean. Many of them had rust or dirt which did not help their appearance - and I never bought one from them so I can't say anything regarding the functionality. The one thing I did appreciate was that the store was set up in a very neat and organized fashion. Even if I didn't like the merchandise much, as I understood from the staff member there they were regularly getting new shipments. The staff member didn't talk much, but she was pretty standard too and wasn't disrespectful or anything.

I have bought several appliances from The Washing Machine Man and each experience has been excellent. I couldn't ask for better customer service, the lovely ladies behind the front desk always do everything they can to help me find the right size and color of fridge, stove, or washing machine that I need. Delivery service is always prompt, usually the next day. And if there is an issue with an appliance, their warranty service is fantastic and their knowledgeable technician is able to come out quickly to get everything back up and running. The Washing Machine Man always does right by me and my company, I don't have any reason to go elsewhere for my appliance needs.

The prices went up since I've done business with them through the years but I realize they're just keeping up with inflation and they do offer free delivery and one year warranty on their product and after the warranty runs out you get 40% off any repairs I'll definitely keep shopping here it beats buying new appliances

My husband called week ago to make an appointment for someone to look at our stove. Was told someone will be coming Saturday between 11am-1pm. No one came during this window so he called and was told window hours between 11am-5pm. Poor communication from thus company. ***UPDATE *** I want to apologize for initially giving this a company a bad rating. Never intended to put this company thru the ringer that was not my intention. Yes there was miscommunication between you and my husband on the service time window for Saturday. Never with my experience with a Saturday service call to any company was there a six hour window. Again this is from my experience. Someone did come out around 4:30pm and you are correct I was not at home because I was shopping for another stove. The technician informed my husband an electrical component need replacing on the oven unit. Was told part had to be order with a lengthy lead time. Didn't order the part, instead bought a new stove the next day. I will change the rating to more positive one. Yes we have called you couple times in the past for our washing machine and service was good. So going forward, if you decide to place me on "your list" for no future service is OK with me. However you have to spell my name correctly to do so.

We wanted the " old school " stuff... and we found exactly what we wanted here. These are the machines that our parents had... when the name Kenmore really meant something. This place was unbelievably cheap. I was about to get a refurbished machine from sears for about 700 including shipping and install. There was some issue with their website so i went here instead. I think the most expensive machine they had was 300, including shipping. I should have bought two! It was a newer machine too, maybe 4 years old. Installation was great, it works great, all is good. I just wish they sold more stuff so i can buy more from them!

Not entirely sure what is going on with the "washing machine man". I've bought several sets of washers and dryers from them over the years and have given so many recommendations for them and led to several sales. They really have been great units and exceeded their price Now my dryer is acting up and wanted to get it repaired or replaced with them again and I keep getting put on hold, after ten minutes twice today, I gave up. I really hope that isn't normal now as I really liked having a quality seller that I could trust. Unfortunately now I am forced to go elsewhere.

About a month ago I had a technician from a another company come and repair my washer, only to have hime tell me that it was not fixable and that I needed a new washer. I was shocked, and wanted a second opinion so I called the washing machine man. The technician came out and within a hour he had my washer working and it was working up until I gave it away. So far disappointed. ALL the people working for the company are WONDERFUL, but, so far the product is NOT. Have had two washers delivered, and both leaked. The time to deliver, then wait for a repair person now twice, and having to go back and pick a new washer and then wait again for delivery is BAD. The last repair man said he would have the company test a a washer and make sure it doesn't leak. So far have heard nothing and can not wash anything due to the washer I just had delivered is leaking. What a difference a day makes. They tested a machine for me to make sure it didn't leak. They brought it out the same day. After 6 loads, so far, the machine is fantastic! This company worked with us every time to get a good, working machine into the home. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!!

I've done business with Washing Machine Man for at least 15 years. My 1st washer & dryer I got from them ran at least 7 years with about 3 service calls. The only reason I don't have it is because it was lost in a flood about 5 years ago. I have to agree with the others regarding the delays. But the repairs they have provided have lasted.

Called the Washing Machine Man for my broken dryer, which didn't have any heat. He came over and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. He called his parts supplier and got a new circuit board to my house within a half an hour. Once installed, the dryer was working again! The best part was the price...way cheaper than what I had read the repair cost other people with the same problem. Totally recommend him for any of your washer/dryer repair needs.

Just bought a refrigerator from them a month ago the fridge and freezer part were both the same temperature leaving all food thaw and raw had 2 repairman come out because the first one was too busy trying to flirt with the customer instead of locating the problem and had a hard time getting a replacement even with the warranty please check the fridge your buying before sale

I went to the washing machine man about 2 weeks ago after having a very bad experience for the last 5 months with another appliance store which I will not name but I would definitely say I am very satisfied with the washing machine man they were very professional and they were on time in the window frame that they scheduled the prices are reasonable the tech name Wilson that they had come out to my house to check the first washing machine that was acting up he wrote down for me to go and pick out a different washer. The washing machine and dryer that I have purchased from them I am very very satisfied and their staff is awesome wish I would have chose to go to them months ago.
