Just had our new fridge delivered, the guys were so kind, and very fast taking my old fridge and bringing my new one up the stairs. They were polite and even enjoyed joking with me! I will go through Baron's again if I need a new appliance!!

Went in to the Manchester NH store after I had done a bunch of research on purchasing a new dishwasher. Five stars to the young man that assisted me (Patrick). He was knowledgeable and helpful and easy to work with. Prices are average and availability was great. Quick to get an install date. Why not five stars? I entered the store as the only customer in the whole place and found a handful of grumpy looking associates sitting at computers, staring at their screens and avoiding eye contact. Not one of them said hello and I had to actually stand directly in front of them all and ask if anyone could help me. Only Patrick responded. The rest looked annoyed. I’m all for being low pressure with customers but it was the chilliest reception I’ve ever had.

We thought that because Baron's was a dedicated Appliance store that their pricing would be much more expensive than stores like Home Depot and Best Buy. We were wrong. In addition you don't get knowledgeable professional assistance in helping choose the right products for specific needs. We were fortunate to have Eddie as our sales consultant. You will never find a more knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional and low pressure store representative than he. We honestly purchased all our big ticket kitchen appliances at Baron's because of Eddie. Extremely recommended.

I have bought my appliances from Barons last April, 2022 while my house was under renovation. I wasn’t able to instal them until November of 2022. Long story short I had a tub issue with my dishwasher that caused a leak created by a forklift and went through Samsung to get it resolved (since it was covered under their warranty). Samsung was the most none customer service friendly company I have ever experienced and fought them for over a month. Baron’s then stepped up and got me a new dishwasher (of more value). They treated me well, they care about their customers. They may have taken a loss but they did right by me and I highly recommend their family business that has treated me. A single father with a 3 Y/O daughter with stellar service and kindness. I thank the staff for helping through this strenuous situation.

Google should allow star percentages haha. So 4.6 is what we're actually giving. Bought a new fridge and chest freezer there. First visit the salesman was very helpful and informative without being at all pushy. I took the pricing for the model I was interested in and did some research on reviews and pricing. Once I decided it was the model for me I checked pricing to find they were the best price for a reputable supplier. There were a couple a little cheaper from vendors online that I'd never heard of ( no thanks). Selected a delivery date a couple weeks out so I could get both units in one shot delivered but on the delivery date only the new fridge showed. Multiple calls back and forth with a couple calls not being returned it was chalked up to miscommunication. The original chosen unit was on backorder so they cut me a deal on a better more expensive model with them and I agreeing on a small concession each. Overall very happy with the turnout but they could brush up a little on the communication end of things. Will use again.

Great service, although I don't know why everyone (not just Baron's ) charges $400 to convert and install a gas range - the whole delivery and install took 15 minutes!!! My range was missing a rubber bumper which keeps the grates up off the range top - delivery guys didn't have one, so I went to the store - sales person gave me one off the floor model and said he'd deal with hassle of getting it replaced. Highly recommend Baron's for your appliance needs!

The salesperson named Jared made me feel very comfortable. He could have pushed for a bigger sales ticket and than would probably be dissatisfied and shop elsewhere. I knew and researched of what kind of an appliance suited my needs due to Kitchen space and other factors. The buying experience was quick and easy. All done on the phone with salesman Ross. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with on the purchase. Since we were in an emergency situation, with a broken refrigerator, we did not have a lot of time to research and find the perfect refrigerator. So we had to depend a bit on recommendations from salespeople, and choose from what was available for quick delivery. Barons had the soonest delivery dates of anywhere we looked, delivering 3 days after sale. After the sale, Barons was very good at keeping us informed about the promised delivery. We got phone, email, and text messages, telling us about our delivery. Delivery was within promised window. The delivery itself went flawlessly. The delivery team was two guys who subcontract to Barons. I have to say, I was impressed by these guys. They were amazing! Very experienced, polite, responsive to questions/comments, efficient, knowledgable, and respectful of our home and of our new refrigerator! We have a *very* difficult house to deliver large things to. These guys made it look easy! We were very pleased with the delivery. Overall, Barons did a good job of selling and delivering our new refrigerator. However, there is one small issue which we need to talk to Barons about. As we were cleaning the new refrigerator, we we discovered a small dent, with a small scratch, in the side of right door at the top. It wasn’t from delivery, as we witnessed every delivery step. Must’ve been there prior. Unfortunately, this dent is somewhat noticeable, because it faces the door to the kitchen. Not sure what can be done about it, but we’ll see what Baron’s says they can do.

While selecting major kitchen appliances for a new home that we are building, we visited several appliance distributors. My wife and I did a whole lot of research on appliances and one of our major concerns was ‘who will fix it if it breaks’ . The big box stores have some incredible offerings but no one gave us any level of comfort that our concern with repair would be resolved. Our research found many unsatisfied reviews. They did not have the appliance knowledge that we experienced at Baron’s either. We worked with Zach Baron twice who was very informative, patient and great to work with. We ultimately ended up working with Sebastian Gaglione. Sebastian easily answered every question we had and he knew exactly which appliance to recommend to meet our needs. His appliance knowledge is simply incredible. We did not purchase all of the same appliances we expected to purchase when we arrived. Sebastian noted that our selections were good choices but he showed us some alternatives that were a far better value for less money. Sebastian far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend Sebastian’s services and Baron’s Appliances. Note: Baron’s has in-house service technicians too.

After purchasing a home with a broken dishwasher and a 25 year old stove, it was on the top of our priority list once moved in. We had heard from word of mouth that Baron's had great customer service with a great selection of items. My husband and I decided to swing by. We were quickly greeted by Sebastian, one of the customer service reps. He was quick to point us in the right direction and the selection was made easy. We signed off on the purchase with anticipation of the units arriving the following week. When we arrived back at the new home, purchase papers in hand, we realized that the fridge handles did not match our newly purchased appliances. For some, this would not matter.. but it was clawing away at me. I checked the model number and realized that the fridge was a Cafe line from GE. I called Sebastian the following morning. He was extremely friendly and comical. He worked "magic" and found us matching pieces (they are typically back ordered at least 4 months out.) We received our appliances the next week. The installers were great as well! They even went so far as to scrub the floors on their hands and knees, clean down the countertops and shine the appliances for us. Overall, super stellar experience. Highly recommend.

Last February we purchased all new appliances for our new home. Sebastian helped us with it all! We didn't know when we were moving in and they stored them in the warehouse til we were ready. When we were it was 13 months later and there was 3 failed attempts delivering our appliances because of "weather" and because we live on a dirt road. The guys who came never even got out of their truck to attempt delivery. I called and spoke with Sebastian again and they set up another delivery for us. Apparently this guy who was coming gets the hardest deliveries because he believes he can make anything happen for people! Sure enough, Tommy came out and pushed all of our appliances up our hill of a driveway, never complaining. Unfortunately our floors were being installed and he couldn't bring up the refrigerator so gave me his number said to call him when I was ready. Fast forward a few months later and I told Tommy we were ready for him and the next day he calls me and says he'll be there in 20 minutes! Tommy and Scott showed up and brought our refrigerator up around our house (another giant hill) and installed it! I cannot thank Tommy and Scott enough for being so prompt and professional , they are truly hard workers!!

My husband and I chose to shop for our kitchen appliances at Baron's because it is a family run business as opposed to the big box stores and because we had heard so many good things about the store. We were not disappointed. We weren't sure how they would compare to chain store prices and again (we did our online research!), we were not disappointed! Sebastian greeted us upon arrival, asked if we needed help and proceeded to give us suggestions for choices and then let us roam around to explore, always coming back to check if we needed help or any questions answered. We did go home and research his suggested options .... and he was very accurate in his information. I must admit, at first I was a little thrown off because he seemed to give us information so quickly, I wondered how he could possibly be able to share all those facts, know all the models without even having to check his resources. Well, he does! He knows his stuff, and when we hit him with a complete turnaround in our search, he again just came up with a new plan for our options. He seems to just know what works for his customers' needs and very efficiently puts it all together. Customer service is what separates these guys from the rest. Fridge was delivered with a small dent on the freezer door which probably happened on the delivery truck, not sure. They ordered a new freezer door and replaced it. Unfortunately the door did not have a gasket and the freezer wasn't able to keep the cold air in. When my sales rep found out she called and had a new fridge delivered that same week. Was a little stressful but they made the best of a tricky situation. Would definitely buy from them again.

We purchased a Viking oven and stovetop through Baron's. Purchase went smooth, but problems at delivery & install. The oven was damaged and the installers damaged our brand new hickory cabinets. I asked them to repair the cabinets, they told me to get a price and let them know. (the installer actually blamed us by saying we insisted on him pounding the screws in!) The inside of the oven and the door are damaged, they said they will order a new door, yet the inside of the oven is still going to be damaged. We stated we actually now have a damaged product, yet they won't discount it to scratch and dent pricing. They essentially damaged our appliance, damaged our house and now are saying we need to find someone to fix it. Be cautious of this place, it's easy to sell an appliance, but the true colors of a business show on how they react when there is an issue. Update: I received a call from the installation company earlier today. They were extremely accommodating and professional, all issues are being worked out. I also received a call from the salesman at Baron's a few minutes ago. They are replacing the damaged oven with a new one. This is all very acceptable to us. They go from one star to 5 stars.

I couldn’t say anything better about my entire experience with Baron’s. Zac the sales rep was great from the start. Made it easy. 0 pressure to buy now buy now. We purchased on Black Friday thinking it would take a while to get them. Our kitchen remodel took longer than expected. They were all delivered today. Our new Kitchen Aide Refrigerator was delivered today. There were two teams, one to deliver the refrigerator and one to install the water line. All the fellows on each team, led by Jose and Jordan, were knowledgeable polite, professional and thorough in their work. I think I've reviewed Baron's before however I'd like to update my review to give kudos to the warehouse staff on Industrial drive in Manchester. I've always been more than happy with Baron's and their excellent customer service and products, whether it is the Salem New Hampshire store or the Manchester store, but this time I needed cardboard to prepare a pollinator garden with native New England plants to help the environment and Baron’s was more than happy to send me to the warehouse and put aside a lot of cardboard to help me get my project done. So Baron’s can take credit for making this world a little bit more environmentally friendly. I posting pictures of my early work but I followed up with the beautification later on. Thank you so much Baron's for always being a friendly neighbor! And your warehouse staff is so helpful and cheerful that I drove away with a big smile that lasted all day! Fair warning, I look forward to revisiting the friendly warehouse staff for more cardboard so can expand my rewilding. Thank you again Baron’s warehouse staff! I was looking for a washer to replace ours that wore out. We bought all of our kitchen appliances from Barons 6 years ago so I looked up their website. I had been doing my own research about brands and features but still had some questions. I noticed the text option on the Barons site so decided to try it. Over several days I had a number of conversations with Talor about different brands, features and most importantly measurements to be sure the new machine would fit in place of the old one. When I decided what I wanted it was easy to place the order and make a payment, all with Talor’s help. We arranged for delivery in several days. Unfortunately when we got the time slot reserved for us the day before the delivery (today) it didn’t work for us. I was able to talk with Kym at the Barons warehouse who couldn’t change the scheduled time tomorrow and the following day was completely booked. Then she asked me to let her check something and a couple minutes later came back to tell me that we would be fit in on Friday. I don’t know how she did it but making the delivery happen only one day later rather than waiting until next week is hugely appreciated. This customer was very happy with the whole process and hopefully the final link in the chain will be a great delivery and installation in a couple of days.

Honestly I was skeptical as I didn’t know if my plea would fall on deaf ears! So I’ll start @ the beginning several weeks back most of our electrical components and the only appliance we had received (our stove and cooktop) to date were in boxes in our brand new but not certified for moving in yet home. By the end of December we had moved in and up too this point spent all our quality time emptying boxes and large rubber made containers then going out to eat. This went on for approximately two weeks until this past Sunday when my wife suggested we’ll eat at home, I was elated however that emotion changed about fifteen minutes later. She called me into the kitchen and said “ look at our cook top” which I did and immediately several verbs not worthy to print left my mouth. I was ready to be sick our glass cook top was noticeably marked deep in its glass with what looked like a large plus sign used in math. As I said I was ready to be sick because the parameters were, I know we didn’t do this ( why would we)? But I didn’t know how it happened or whom could have caused this accident to happen, many thoughts came to mind perhaps it was opened wrong with a sharp item or it was scratched by a pants belt buckle honestly the why didn’t matter but the skeptic in me was like, how would anyone feel that it was their duty too offer us help. But skeptic or not I reached out to the general contractor of our homes new location. Dave listened and suggested why or how didn’t matter that I should reach out to Baron’s appliance store in Manchester NH. and explain the situation to our salesman Eddie Joe. Eddie new the time line from the beginning when we closed on our home to when we actually moved in. Just like Dave he felt the reason for the damage was unimportant he said to me over the phone give me a couple of days to speak with higher ups and I’ll get back too you. He told me just too stay positive and lets see what we can do. Yes my review is long winded as I tried to say in the beginning I was skeptical. But this afternoon I was sent an email and a follow up call from Eddie Joe that Baron’s would in fact replace our cooktop with a brand new one next week and our general contractor Dave would have the brand new cooktop set up with no cost at all. So this is a happy end to my story for you, I’m thankful to Dave for all his help and certainly to Eddie Joe because from the moment we spoke he made me feel something would be done in our best interest. With that said I’ll say two more things we use Other stores to buy things like everyone does. But I’ll buy from Baron’s from now on and I’ll tell you “do the same” cause skeptic or not I know those “others” aren’t going to do what Baron’s did for us. The second thing I’ll say is this! I’ve never written a review before this. So next time save yourself the hassle and go see Eddie Joe at Baron’s in Manchester

I have been working with Mike the manager at the barons in Manchester New Hampshire, I have never in my life worked with someone so generous and kind, so willing to help, he truly cared about us as people even though I called him multiple times a week checking on my stove. My wife and I went in to purchase new appliances for our new house. Sebastian was extremely friendly and informative about the products he showed us and was very straightforward with every answer he gave. Over the course of the next 5 months (the home was a new construction and was still being built) he was prompt with all his email replies. When I had to change the order from a delivery to a in-store pick-up two days prior to the actual delivery he responded right away (he responded at 11pm). After the appliances were installed he emailed the rebates for me to submit. However, the bigger of the two rebates codes no longer was active and not even the manufacturer could get it to work on their end. I emailed Sebastian about it and he was able to apply the rebate on his end. He made what would've been an obnoxious and painful process into a painless and smooth process. I cannot recommend him or Baron's enough.

I had a great experience with Baron’s. It was late on a Tuesday when I found out that I needed a dishwasher ASAP for my parent’s house. The only model I could find at a big box store was a very cheap one with dreadful reviews. I went on Baron’s website and submitted a request. Within minutes I received a text from Talor. We went back and forth and they had a nice Bosch dishwasher in stock in Manchester. Talor helped me figure out payment and pick up at the warehouse. I got to Baron’s at a little after 9:00 and drove away a few minutes later with my new dishwasher. A couple of hours later, I had it installed and running. From first contact to installed and operating in about 18 hours. I can’t say enough about the quality of the customer service I received at Baron’s.

A friend of mine recommended I try Baron's. I usually shop the big box stores for appliances (Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes). I was reluctant at first as I figured there was no way that they would be able to compete on price. Well, I'm glad I listened to my friend! The store was clean and nicely laid out. Talor was excellent at providing product knowledge as well as understanding the needs of our family. She could advise me on the pros and cons of a variety of machines and respected the budget I set. She made it painless by providing a few different models to consider. Also, while there, I shopped for a refrigerator, knowing that ours may need replacement soon. She understood that I was only narrowing down our options, and was not going to be purchasing that day. She took the time to review that various brands and models. IF YOU USE PROPANE READ THIS! If you need a dryer (or stove) that uses propane and needs to be converted don't go to home depot! I called baron's and within 15 minutes they found the model I needed, confirmed they can convert from gas. They asked the right questions; what side the door should open, how the vent is connected, etc. When I called home depot I spent hours trying to have them fail to find just the conversion kit. I purchased from baron's and very glad I did, it would have cost me $200 more if I didn't, that how much a plumber needs to charge to convert to Lp. Thank you Baron's!!!
