Extremely satisfied!! Highly recommended!!! Quick, professional, reliable and affordable. My LG front load washer shows "FE" error code and I contacted TJ Appliance Service through Yelp (after hopelessly contact another company), Tony replied very quickly as claimed on yelp and sent a technician the next day. Ted is FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and professional. He came the next day as promised during a window time frame and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He gave me a quote for the repair, went to get a part and came back the same day in the evening to fix it (even it was out of business hour). He was quick. FYI, my dryer sits on the top of the washer but he was able to remove it by himself with his tools. (while other company refused to do so.)

FAST, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL! My dishwasher stopped working and I mad a few calls. I ultimately went with the company that could come immediately. They did, and diagnosed the dishwasher as needing a new pump, but it would be a number of business days until they could get get the part. So I called TJ Appliance to see if they had the part or could get it quicker. Tony came the next morning and confirmed it needed a pump, but could get it in a couple of days. Then as soon as he left, he texted saying he found the part and could install immediately! He came back and The dishwasher was working within 30 minutes. And in a very cool move, he gave me a discount of the total amount from the service charge of the other company! Will use them anytime I have an appliance problem and you should too!

THE VERY BEST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Tony came and replaced the thermostat and left. He asked me to report back to him after a few hours. The part did not work so Tony return the next day and made some adjustments and again asked me to report back to him. Since the part again did not perform the came again the next day with a brand new part which solved the issue. TJ was the only person I spoke to who was willing to fix and repair by Miele range hood, for which I am extremely greatful. His prices were reasonable and he has excellent communication through text. Our fridge just stopped working all of a sudden one night, called TJ the next morning and they came out in a couple of hours. Fixed the fridge the same day and has been working great. Will definitely call him next time I need something fixed again.

3/11/20 Tony fixed my washer about 9 months ago. It is still working well without any problem. Recently my dryer has been making a strange clunking noise. Again I contacted Tony. He responded within 5 minutes on a Sunday evening. He came to fix the central bearing and clean the dryer vent the next day. Thank you again, Tony, for your expertise and best customer service. 6/5/19 Repairing appliance has never been easier! Done within 24 hours from appointment setting to a working washer. Tony showed up on time, diagnosed, gave an estimate, grabbed parts from his truck, and replaced the drain pump. All done within an hour. Thank you, Tony.

The exhaust fan for my stove was making a lot of noise. The first company sent out under my Home Waranty completely misdiagnosed the problem as the motor and spent weeks looking for a replacement motor and ended up trying to install one that was too large. The Home Warranty company assigned TJ Appliance Repair to fix the problem. Tony called and came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem as a loose propeller and inserted a shim ...problem fixed! You cannot beat service and experience.

We called Tony when our fridge suddenly stopped working. He happened to be nearby and came over within 15 minutes. He figured out the issue and said he would return with the needed part the next morning. So fast and efficient! That was great, but then it got even better. Tony called a few hours later to say he already had the part and could come back that evening. We could not believe the level of customer service. So kind - particularly since we were scrambling around picking up ice and trying to figure out how to salvage food until the next day. It is so rare to encounter such graciousness and consideration. Tony has been handling all our appliances for years. He is honest, and especially EXTREMELY competent and smart. We trust him 100%. He even figured out a leak from a broken refrigerator hose that 3 different insurance “claims adjusters” couldn’t figure out. They said the leak was coming from outside the house, and they didn’t want to pay my claim. But Tony saw right away what was going on, and they had to pay my claim. You couldn’t find anyone smarter, better or nicer than Tony!

Tony was very prompt, knowledgeable and detailed when answering my questions about my Frigidaire microwave. He knew exactly what the problem was just from my description of the issue over the phone! I have rarely felt compelled to write a review for an appliance repair but I cannot recommend TJ Appliance highly enough. During the stay home order my oven broke and to feed a family of five with no oven is not possible. The technician came with a face covering and gloves and was so FAST at fixing my issue. He showed me what was wrong and how it was remedied and offered a very reasonable price. They were extremely responsive on Yelp and the day of service. They called ahead and were prompt and did a great job! I hope I will not need to used again but if any appliance needs repair I know who I will call!

Great process and great service. Alex was knowledgeable and punctual. He called to say he could come earlier, and I was home and he performed good and fat service. Assessed the issue quickly and had the part on hand. Finally my oven was fixed. I had two more appliance workers before and nobody could fix it. I schedule the whole thing via phone from the first conversation directly with the tech. And the price what he gave me what the final price was the same. I was charged the same amount plus paid for the part. Option to pay with the credit card was the best for me. Would definitely call to this company again if I have any problems with any home appliances. But I hope I'll not have any issues again :)

My washing machine stopped working and gave an error code identifying the pump as the cause. It was Sunday and I called four companies all of whom advised that they could come out the next day and charge a service call and replace the pump for $300. I then called TJ's and Tony, after listening to my story, actually walked me through how to drain the machine, access the filter and clean it. It worked! He could have easily repeated what the other companies advised and charged me to come out and repair or replace the pump but he was honorable and helped me fix it. We will be using his services and referring to friends and family. TJ's the honorable appliance and repair company.

My Viking range developed a short on a Saturday morning. After calling several places that were either too busy or not open, I came upon TJ Appliance Repair. TJ Appliance was the only appliance repair company willing to see if my 15 year old microwave could be saved. I love this microwave, but time has taken its toll on the push pad controls (which BTW look absolutely fine, not blistered at all even after 15 years). Most of the time, the controls work, but occasionally they do not register anything. Everything else works fine. Unfortunately, when TJ Appliance looked around for parts, one key component was no longer available. Alas. Now, here is the impressive part. Although he had quoted me a diagnostic fee ($65) that would have been applied to any repairs, he waived the fee because the visit had been so short. Even when I insisted, he insisted in return that I just write him a review. I honestly cannot believe he came out here and would not take any compensation for his time and service, however brief. Thank you. Now, I'll go grieve my microwave.

Highly recommend. Good service friendly people. Sam - the technician was very friendly and professional. He arrived promptly and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Knew immediately what was wrong with my washing machine and ordered the part right then and there. When the part arrived we scheduled a time for replacement. Again he was on time, went right to work. After experiencing a spining problem with my front-load washing machine, I got a prompt appointment. I had also experienced trouble with the bottom of my oven. Tony was able to diagnose and repaired at the same day. He had parts what we need to fix our old stove. I paid additional $20 for the part and plus $65 for a call which is very fare. I had expected that it would be more expensive but the repair was affordable. Tony is honest and very qualified and extremely nice. My GE Fridge stopped working last Saturday. Tony and Tim came out the same day to inspect it. Fortunately (or unfortunately) it had started working again and there was nothing they could do. The next day, it broke again, this time for good. Called Tony back on Monday and he was available to come out again on Monday or Tuesday, whatever worked for me. I had him come on Tuesday and he was on time, found the problem in 30 minutes, went back to his shop to get the part, and returned (again on time when promised) and fixed the issue in under an hour. Fridge has been working great ever since. I would highly recommend Tony and Tim. Cost was fair too. Thanks guys!

Tony is the man. I called him late one night when my dryer stopped working during this covid mess (when many other places aren’t even returning calls) and he picked up right away. They are geniuses in their craft. TJ Appliance Repair was able to diagnose the problem with my washer just by looking at a recording of the sound of the washer, and within minutes stated where and which parts needed to be replaced. Within a day, a technician showed up with the necessary replacement part, early (which rarely happens with most technicians as most of you are aware), and was able to finish the job in less than 30 minutes. T.J Appliance Repair ... Well Done! Alan the tech opened back of our (smart )refrigerator quickly diagnosed the problem and even had replacement part in his truck. Very technically astute, professional and friendly. T.J. repair responded to our call within an HOUR in late afternoon. When other companies made next day earliest services available. Another company did respond earlier in the day only to recommend and new Compressor motor approximately $1500 ..! We passed and realizes we had worked with T.J. Repair couple years ago. This saved us over $1,100 . . This industry appears to be a jungle, and were glad that we found in the clearing this company which should be an example of how companies should operate.

I had a door jammed on the washer and I could not open it correctly because the mount itself was damaged by rust. Before that, I called another company and a technician came to me, who ruined the thread on rusty bolts and could no longer unscrew them. He also failed to drill these bolts! I decided to use another company and called TJ Appliance repair. When I talked about my problem, most companies did not want to take this job and refused because it’s more of a problem for them than usual. In search, I phoned 3-4 companies until I found the one that will take on this job! Within an hour, a technician came to me who repaired everything in exactly 45 minutes !! this was awesome! Thanks for the quick response and professionalism! I really appreciate this quality of service! Next time I will immediately know where to call to solve the problem!

Very good experience.Tony (the technician), was on time, knowledgeable, polite and fixed the problem . Had the fridge fixed, and would recommend this company. The service call to access the problem was only $59 and while I hate to spend $59 without anything to show for it, I thought the trip charge was reasonable. The service is done and $59 is total for repair and call, which is fair. I would hire this company again.
