Double wall oven top oven broiler element not working. Called at 8am and were able to have a technician here about 2 hours later. Chris did an excellent job, very professional and thorough, a connection had burned out and he replaced, also checked all other connections to bottom oven. Had my ovens back up and running before the holidays. Price was very reasonable! Thank you Chris and Central One!!!

The service guy was nice but the overall experience with Central One Service was not great. The technician asked me to take a picture of the model and send it to him so that he could order the part and scheduled me for the repair. The day of service the tech called to move my morning appointment time to the afternoon. Next, less than an hour before he was due to arrive on the service day he called again to ask for the model number. He called me back to say they sent him the wrong part for my model and we need to reschedule. This was two days before Christmas. He finally came and fixed the problem a week later. My dishwasher works great now but it was not a great experience. I had to take off from work two days because of inaccurate communication and ordering.

$195 to look at my washer for 1 minute and tell me it was the washer hub and the drain pump. Didn't test the drain pump either. Said it would be upwards of $500 to fix it. Found the parts online for less than $60 and will be fixing it myself. So I guess the diagnostic part was fine, but I do think the rate is outrageous.

The technician, Brandon, quickly identified the problem. Better yet, he informed me that the replacement part had a less than 50% chance of solving the problem. While he offered to do the repair, he recommended a new refrigerator. That kind of honesty is outstanding service. Will definitely be using the company again.

Gave us good advice on what was repairable and risk of repairing older appliances. Gave us the correct estimate up front. We are extremely happy with the work. We got our money's worth!

The day of scheduled service to fix our ice maker, I missed the phone call from Chris to tell me he was on his way, due to me being busy at work. By the time I spoke with Chris, I was quite upset about missing the call and was vocal in my frustration. I even let him know that I had someone at the house for the scheduled time. Unfortunately, by then he had to reschedule. Chris took all of that spewed frustration in stride and remained professional and unarroused. It obviously was not my day and I'M TRULY SORRY GUYS. The following morning, I text Central One Service with my wifes number (who was at the house the previous day waiting.) Kevin called her following that text. Not only was he professional, he rescheduled for that day. When Chris showed up on time and it took him all of 10-15 min to fix our ice maker. I would HIGHLY recommend them for their knowledge, workmanship and professionalism.

Chris gave new life to my older Maytag dryer. Number of parts to replace. I saw the old parts. They were in bad shape. He was polite and professional. He called before coming and was on time. He seemed to admire the old dryer and vowed to fix it so it would work a lot longer. I believe he did. But if it or my washer need some attention in the future I will call Central for sure. I believe the charge was reasonable for the amount of work Chris did and two trips were involved.

Let me first say that Luke (my service repairman) was awesome! He was courteous, professional and explained everything in detail and didn’t waste time with getting a diagnosis. My only complaint is costs. I paid a little over 300.00 to replace a gasket. I knew it was a little overpriced but I just didn’t want to look around anymore and wanted it done to move on in life. But… if I had time I would’ve amazoned the part and did it myself for 1/4 the cost. Suggestion, lower service call cost when the customer agrees to the repair.

These guys were GREAT. I call one company and they said they couldn’t send anyone out for 10 days so I called another company and they said they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. Then I found Central One Service. When I called they said, “I’m sorry sir but we can’t get there until tomorrow”. TOMORROW !?? Glory be. Come on! So they scheduled the appointment. Called to confirm. Showed up on time. Ordered the part. Rescheduled the follow up and followed all Covid procedures. The service man Brandon was personal and professional. We have used Central Appliances (now Central One Service) for some years and have always had excellent response times and good outcomes. Recently we had our Maytag refrigerator front panel fail after a power outage and surge when power was restored. We called late Wednesday afternoon and a service rep was there early Thursday morning, diagnosed the problem, and ordered a replacement part at that time. Friday morning he installed the part and the refrigerator was back on line. He let us know that when the panel goes out with a surge that another board would likely also be damaged and recommended changing that board which he had also ordered. We said we would take our chances. Well, that board failed Saturday. We called on Saturday afternoon to let them know Jeremy was right and that the refrigerator was again down. Imagine when I received a call Sunday morning stating that he was in Little Rock and had the part which he could install if we were at home. He made that service call, on Sunday mind you, replaced the second board and we are now back on line. Now that is service above and beyond!! Thank you Jeremy!! We highly recommend Central One Service - professional, knowledgeable, competent, responsive.

I called Central One at 11:00 this morning & asked if a repairman could check out my clothes dryer in the next few days. Amazingly they had an opening this afternoon--which was great news. Within minutes after hanging up I received a call from Daniel with Central 1 saying he was nearby and would be happy to come within 15 minutes if that was convenient for me! Daniel and Mike arrived 10 minutes later, assessed the problem, had the parts needed on their truck, quoted an excellent and fair price & fixed the dryer quickly. By noon I was writing out my check and complimenting Daniel for outstanding customer service & professionalism! This is the 2nd time Central One has been to my home to repair an appliance. I highly recommend this company. (Daniel even re-loaded my wet towels, added a dryer sheet & started the dryer for me!) WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS? Thank you Central One. You all are THE BEST.

Great service. Friendly and trustworthy. Last night my gas oven (8 years old) would not light. I sent Central One a note via their online form and received a phone call at 8 AM to schedule a check-up. They arrived at 5:30 PM and were finished by 6 PM -- they had the part in the service vehicle, and they were in and out in no time flat. We will call them again. You should call them if your appliances stop working before you go out and buy a new one.

Above and beyond: I seem to have had a cursed dryer. Central One sent out a technician the same day I called. They had to order a part, but it was installed the next day. The dryer worked fine for one month when the same problem occurred again! I called Central One and they sent out another technician to look at it again free of charge! They replaced another part, but unfortunately the timer went out on my dryer shortly after. I ended up getting a new dryer, but I would definitely recommend Central One to others. Their service was above and beyond the ordinary! The technicians were timely and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

The prices were very reasonable and it was absolutely done right....I didn't have to worry about being zapped twice for the same repair. Central One Service installed a new AC and Heater this year for me. They were very professional. They responded when they said they would, and to top it off gave the lowest quote for the job, which made it easier to afford and not empty the bank account. I have not had any issues with the new system and my electric bill went down. I will continue to used their service and I have recommended them to many people. Personally, I have not had to use them for appliances yet, but if and when they fail, central one will be my first and only call. These guys rock!

I was so impressed with Central One's professional integrity. My freezer wasn't cooling. Their technician, Cody, came out and blew off the coils. He said that's really the first step as reservicing costs $250 and simply cleaning the coils sometimes is the fix. He said he'd apply that $82 service call towards the reservicing, if it was needed, and that I should call in the morning if it didn't cool overnight. I did have to call, Cody came back out, tapped into the system, told me it was low on coolant. He put in a leak fix and serviced it up.
