I just want to say thank you to the whole team at Appliance Parts Center. Right from the start Everything went as smooth as possible. Dr. Don got right back to me and together with his service guy we came to an agreement on what I needed. His crew came out and promptly replaced my air conditioning units with such professionalism. Quality work and excellent customer service. Very, very happy with all aspects of APC - parts center, service and installation. Called and got same day, outstanding technician service from Emilio and next day AC/Furnace installation from Daniel and Fernando! My husband was out-of-town and I was nervous about having to handle this matter on my own but "Dr. Don" was very willing to talk multiple times with my husband on the phone, send photos and stick around to make sure all went smoothly. All the work was done neatly and professionally - permits pulled, debris cleaned up , booties worn in house - really couldn't have asked for anything more!

Thanks to Mr. Don and crew for coming out to fix my air conditioner. Called in morning when I realized my air was running all night but the house was still 79 degrees. Service person came out by 1pm. Took a look and ran his equipment to see what was wrong. Within 30 minutes, air was cooling again and we were back in business for a very reasonable cost. Every time we are having an issue with any of our appliances, we call Mr. Don and it’s taken care of. We appreciate the crew at the APC.

I've been to APC three times over the last two weeks as I assisted my friend troubleshoot and fix her Air Conditioning. My friend water sprayed (cleaned) her coils, replaced one bad compressor capacitor, and replaced an overheating blower motor. And for kicks, she replaced the blower fan, tore out the old fiberglass insulation, lined it with new type insulation, and reinforced the enclosure body with self tapping screws. We got it done! About APC, I said this to her son, "They're the most impressive company I've (53 y/o) ever come across." He (18 y/o) asked, "Why is that?" I replied, "Because they actually do what they say they're all about, a do-it-yourself parts center and they go the full 100 yards (%) to help you figure it out." Remarkably, they never once tried to veer us to using they're mobile technicians for home service. Believe me, that is so different than the regular AC home service companies I've come across who come out and fix only the apparent and/or just try to up sell you and charge grandiose prices for easy to somewhat skilled work.

Came home to my air handling unit making a huge racket. It was my blower motor gone bad. I was able to pull it out by myself but couldn't locate a motor at any of the usual places. Google looking for furnace blower motors in Las Vegas and this place popped up!! Called to make sure they were open because the A/C and things only break on Holidays, and yes they were and only 15 minutes from the house. Went into the store with my old motor and of course it's a different size but they got me set up with one that would fit my unit, even set up the wiring harness and walked me through changing the fan directions if needed. Overall one of the best customer service and sales experience I have experienced in my 20+ years in Vegas. Thank you Parts Team for getting me set up to succeed on my own repair!!

Really a fantastic place. Of course my central a/c decided to die on one of the first really hot days (today) after some quick troubleshooting I realized the condenser fan and run cap were most likely dead. I grabbed the fan assembly and cap an ran over to the first place I found on Google which was APC. I am so glad I did, not only did they confirm the issue but they had the parts I needed, assembled them, and gave me a crash course on the install. So what I thought was going to be a long wait for a repairman and a higher dollar repair i fixed myself for ~$150 with about 1.5hrs without a/c. Fantastic over the counter service you rarely see now a days. Unfortunately I dont recall the names of the 2 people that helped me but one was a younger guy that was recently hired. Did a great job, thank you!

Very Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgable and Professional... They want you to save money and want to help you if you are a Do It Yourselfer and have any questions... Unfortunately they did not have a specific switch I needed but they knew who did have one and referred me to KIESUB Electronics on Highland... KIESUB had the switch and I was in and out in 15 minutes and saved a $100.00... Yes I will continue to shop at APC and KIESUB and highly recommend both businesses to others... Larry

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! A/C Condenser fan motor went bad on Easter morning. I brought the bad motor in and worked with Eric. The new motor had a different wire color scheme, but Eric went ahead and changed the plug from the old motor onto the new motor making it "Plug & Play". He also cut down the shaft length making it the same as the old motor. The job was made so much easier because of APC and their top notch staff. I drive cross town to use their services and it's well worth the drive.

I went in to Appliance Parts Center for a capacitor for my unit. They very professional and old-school with service in a good way. The capacitor wasn’t the issue, so I was referred to Don. After talking to Don he sent out technician Frankie who was extremely professional and polite. Don called me with the price and we agreed to do it, said he would call me next day to schedule. Called me next morning with good news telling me that the unit was still under warranty which I had no idea! He gave me a number to pursue the warranty. I was totally floored with his honesty, they could have just put their compressor on and charged me their labor. I've told more people the story and everyone was shocked. The unit was 100% replaced. Unfortunately they use their own companies to do the work and Don missed out. But that story will go on and on. Eric

AC went out. Went on my roof and found a bad capacitor. Took a picture and went to Appliance Parts Center. I showed the salesman and within 60 seconds he had a matching part in hand and I was out the door. It's hard to find a place these days that knock it out of the park. I have purchased parts from APC for years for minor repairs I could do myself. But now our AC was barely cooling, and I needed a professional to look at it. Despite our system being a bit older the technician from APC Fernando diagnosed and repaired the system and for the first time in a while the vents were blowing very cold air. Fernando was very professional, friendly and honest and openly explained everything that needed to be done. Only after our current system was working sufficient again, did he ask if we still wanted a quote for a newer system. We said yes, and he examined our full system and answered all our questions. We felt no pressure ,unnecessary upselling or misleading information. Thank you so much.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, and good prices. A must for the home handyman to have on their list of places to get parts. They can even show you the schematics so you can see what you need in case you don't know the name of the part. Fixed my washer that the agitator was hitting the sides in the spin cycle for $30 and an hour of my time.

The relay on my refrigerator went out and I called Appliance Parts Center not only did they have the part that I needed the staff was more than helpful and friendly. They offered a less expensive replacement part and explained exactly what I needed to do to install it. AC went out- Calling around all morning to purchase a replacement motor.. Appliance Parts Center was the only store I found that sold to the general public. From the conversation on the phone to me walking out with my purchase, I had the best customer service from all employees. Dr Don was great, he started to explain to me from step 1 to step 10 on how to go about replacing this. He even took time to make sure the motor shaft was the perfect length, put the correct wiring connectors on- Just great customer service. I recommend APC to anyone from DYI to professional. My dryer stopped working and I called APC and spoke with Eric who helped me diagnose the problem, it ended up being a blown thermal fuse. These guys are not here just to sell you parts that you want … they are true professionals, they ask the right questions to sell you the correct parts that you need. I have been purchasing parts here for over 20 years to fix my broken appliances and they have always been patient and respectful as I am not an appliance repairman, they guide me through the repair with cost and time of repair in mind, always giving me options of "this my save you money" or "this will make the job easier" as well as "this may get you by till you get a new one". Our wall oven cooling fan was becoming noisier by the day. We called APC and spoke to Dr. Don. Rather than just send out a technician, he took the extra step to check the oven specifications to ensure that the fan was something that he could get parts for. Only after he knew that a fix was possible did he send over a technician. Our technician, Mario, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and made sure that a replacement part was available to order. He was very helpful and spent extra time explaining exactly what was wrong. He also spent time adjusting the fan so that it wouldn’t be so noisy while we were waiting for the part to come in. Once the part was in, he returned, installed the fan and – voila – no more noise. We were so pleased to find such good service. We felt the price was fair and everyone – Dr. Don, Mario, Yvonne – was personable, courteous and professional. We would call them again and highly recommend them.

Imagine waking up to your house being above 90 degrees and realizing your AC unit is on the way out the day before the hottest day in Vegas this year at 119. I was in a hurry to find a solution but didn't want to give my savings away to come up with one. That's when I found this place! They were able to test my capacitors and tell me they were good to go and even helped me figure out the wiring on the new fan motor. Professional? quoted $350 to $400 to replace a contactor switch in a Carrier A/C unit. (Quite common) I know the part is a lot less than that. $41.89 and an hour of roof-time the A/C is ready for Summer. (few hours earlier) Walked in, to many customer service agents waiting to help. After requesting a "switcher" the tech had me explain what the part did. From my description, he goes back and grabs a small box. Wallah, the exact part. He explained as these are quite common on many A/C units, the contactor is a pass-thru so there is no right side up. Just be sure to put same group of wires to the similar post on new unit. I grouped together each post's wires, and numbered them 1-6. The new contactor is a higher quality part as the contacts are covered and sealed.

Nov 2021 Amazing service. They took the blade off my old AC compressor motor and put it on the new one. Very quick, very professional, I cant recommend this location highly enough. Apr 2022, this time I was back here to get the motor for my AC attic blower motor. I could not get the squirrel cage off of it, took the whole unit in, they removed it for free. AWESOME staff here, firendly, and incredibly knowledgeable!!!

What a wonderful experience with Dr Don and APC. As seniors, we needed a small repair to our filters, the doors would not stay attached, always falling open and the filter falling to the floor. My husband had tried multiple times to "fix" the issue, but could not. Having to climb onto a very tall ladder was very dangerous for him. Dr Don fixed the problem immediately, he even carried the very large ladder from upstairs down to the garage for us! A feat that is difficult for us at our age! He even gave us a Seniors discount on the service call. What a great experience, since usually service calls are a nightmare for the homeowners. I strongly encourage everyone to call APC for any, all repair issues that they do. You'll be so glad you did. Dr Don was the best!!

I'm a average home owner that has dealt with Appliance Parts Center over various home appliance repairs for several years now. I have never had a negative experience. And consider their prices reasonable. As many others already know, customer service by itself is outstanding. My most recent visit was over a blower motor for my heating system. Paul was not only knowledgeable but very reassuring that I could do this. He made sure when I left I had everything necessary. Including cleaning and installing original mounting hardware from old motor to new motor and got me a new capacitor. If I had any questions, just give him a call. Awesome customer service! Long story. I had an issue with a condenser fan motor that I purchased one day before. It had damage to it fresh out of the box, but I did not report it to the store like I should have. I didn't think that it would cause any issues. Turns out, the motor did not spin at all due to the damage. I'd already installed it onto the unit and added a couple of dents of my own to it due to trying to get it onto an old unit with warped metal. I called the store, but they were already closed. I called the next day to try and see about getting a possible exchange, and I spoke with Eric. He told me to bring it in. I came in a few hours later (sometime after noon) with the motor, and Eric took the motor to the back. The manager (forget his name) came out with the motor and noted the damage. I took full responsibility for the additional dents and damage, but explained to him that I'd noticed damage to the motor upon purchase, but did not think it was a big deal (my mistake for not speaking up). I also noticed that the shaft did not spin at all when I took it out of the box (again, my mistake for not speaking up). Instead of not doing anything for me, he decided to give me an exchange for another motor for a much discounted rate! Keep in mind, this was a very expensive motor, and all he had was my word. Yet, he still decided to give me the highly discounted rate! I couldn't be more grateful! These guys are amazing. And I totally would've understood if he did not do anything for me, as there was additional damage to the motor and he was well within reason to deny me any type of exchange. Thank you so much guys! You've made a lifetime customer!

This place is the best my heat did not work gave me 4 flashes indicating limit switch went there got it. Did not fix called them found out there are 2 limit switches and one can be manually reset. I finally found it reset and now working. Their knowledge is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Now my go to place for parts and info.

Had an amazing experience here from the moment we called to check availability on parts for our GE microwave. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful (sorry I didn’t catch your name.) He looked up the parts based off our model and confirmed price and availability for us. We went down to get the parts that we thought were the problem and spoke to a gentleman named Freddy. He was EXTREMELY helpful! He took the time to ask what problems we were experiencing. He tested our parts we brought in and those weren’t the problem. Which saved us time and money. He suggested it may be other parts that we didn’t even consider. We took his word for it and got the parts and it worked!! We fixed our microwave for under $20.00 when we were about to go spend $250 on a new microwave. Thank you so much for your help! Called this morning to check to see if they had new parts needed to fix our central ac unit spoke to Monty he assisted us was very helpful and courteous and retrieved the correct parts we needed drove 100 miles there. When we got there had Freddy grab what we needed alter and lined us up very knowledgeable and sent us on our way ready to fix ac unit. He even told us to call him if we had any problems. Sure enough we had issues called him sent photos and he noticed the problem relayed info and boom fixed! I would highly recommend this place for all appliance parts and great customer service as well as knowledgeable staff many thanks as ac unit is running again beating the 103 degree heat!

Nothing but good things to say about this place, Erik was super helpful over the phone and in person! Found the right replacement part quickly and quoted the reasonable replacement price over the phone, even offered to help with the lead connections for the replacement motor and to remove the fan blade (20+ year old motor, needed some sanding and lube to get it off the weathered shaft). Once in the store was in and out in roughly 15 minutes, included a trim of the fan shaft to fit the application. Been nursing a 23 year old unit for the last few years and until it absolutely needs replacement I will be stopping by APC for my parts needs!

I was having a hard time with a dryer not heating, called the service department and Don (Dr. Don) walked me through what I should look for. I got the heating element but then ran into problems with reinstalling the belt even though Don told me to take a picture 😊. I called him back, asked for advice after fighting with it for about an hour, he then offered to come by and see if he could help and in like 2 minutes, he had it attached. I cannot convey enough how much I appreciated the advice, help and the friendliness APC offered. Additionally, Eric in the parts department was HUGE help with testing sensors, walking me through diagrams. Long story short, I highly recommend APC for not only parts but definitely for service. From what I’ve experienced with the company. I had to call multiple times within a couple minutes with ? and searching online with parts that I needed that were on a old unit. the customer service was very helpful and not irritated with my multiple phone calls and allowed my wife to pick up the part after I purchased over the phone with my card since we had the same last name. Monty!😎 the clerk that help me today on 3-16- 2020 went above and beyond and asked his manager after I had already agreed to wait until the next day to pick it up. when he called me back he talk to his manager and asked if my wife can pick it up and was able to...😇 I greatly appreciate that since I live 60 miles away from their location👍🤙😎. The first time I was pleasantly surprised at not only the appearance of the store (in and out) but the sincerely helpful disposition of all the persons contacted. I was welcomed both times (acknowledged) even when busy with a line, service staff was on point for all, in and out! Not only that they had the condenser fan and fan blade correct parts and in stock. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I spoke with two gentlemen from the store. Ernesto was the first, who help me identify a part that I needed for a GE washer that is no longer made. I was under the impression that the parts were never made again for this particular washer due to a recall issue. Not only did he correct my misconception, but he was he able to find the exact part that I needed. He did it extremely professionally, extremely courteously and I was so happy to deal with him that day. Eddie was the second person I spoke with, and he was fantastic as well. He ordered the part and got me back to my work day. When I went in to pick up my inside drain hose a fee days later, he was the man behind the counter and he offered prompt and professional service with one heck of a smile. Grabbed my drain hose and got me on my way to my next call. I'm a plumber and occasionally I run into small appliance issues I'm willing to fix, and now I know where to go. APC! LOVE this place! I was without AC for two days after getting a quote somewhere else I decided to stop here and Dr Don helped me. He explained everything to me which was very helpful because I don't know much about AC. He gave me a couple options and for a great price. I am very pleased with Appliance Parts Center. Another company give me an almost $900. Estimate for a new fan motor and capacitor and APC charged me $160. For both and my husband will put it in. Alberto was knowledgeable and helpful and all the employees were kind and humble. It is so nice to do business in a happy, family atmosphere with trustworthy service. My only regret was not knowing they sold water heaters because I just bought one from a big box store for $250. More with the same features. I had an overheated air conditioner fan motor that wouldn't spin. I don't know if it was the solenoid not starting the fan or the old rusty motor so I took them both in. JV was my salesman/tech. He picked out the right motor for me which had a 5 ohms instead of my original 3 ohms solenoid to match. He took the plug from my old fan and rewired it to the new fan motor so I didn't have to do any wiring. Then he cut off the extra fan shaft so it wouldn't hit the compressor when I reinstall. Then he switched the fan direction correctly. Then took the old fan blades of and installed them on the new motor shaft. I am home now and put it all back together in 30 minutes. I had to get a big hose clamp to hold the solenoid in place because the new one was a little skinnier, but its all back running quiet and blowing ice cold. JV...I don't know if you are the owner, but you sure acted like it. Thank you for your help. My wife thinks I am a hero even though it's not July.. she can't sleep without AC. It should be a good Halloween night for me 😉 Ps. The fan motor was about the same price as Amazon but I would have probably bought the wrong solenoid to go with it. $140.88 and a couple hours work to save $1000+ dollars...I'll take that deal every time.

He arrived on time, began working and quickly diagnosed the problem (relay switch) with our 14 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. He installed the new switch, made some minor adjustments and within 5-10 minutes it was up and running like new again. I want to share my experience because I am tired of A/C companies OVER CHARGING people. My 10 year condenser fan motor went out. A/C companies wanted to charge me over $500. I called one A/C company and they wanted $260 just to install a capacitor!! I contacted Appliance Part center store and purchased a condenser fan motor and a capacitor for about $135.00 My single capacitor was only $14.99 plus tax. The sales person "Paul" was very helpful. He explained everything to me including the wiring for the motor. It only has 4 wires and 2 go to capacitor with slip on connectors. He also informed me should I have any problems to call the store and they will walk you thru it. The job took me about an hour and was pretty simple. The A/C works great now. I will buy from you guys before calling an A/C company. Thank you Appliance Part store for saving me money and Thank You Paul for great customer service!!!

Only appliance parts place open on Sunday so I headed down. First I played Google and YouTube Tech to diagnose the problem with my oven and determined with my vast knowledge and minutes of experience that I needed a new igniter for my gas oven. Once I arrived at APC and told the counter tech what I needed, he told me that most likely it was actually the valve. I purchased that part on his recommendation - although he was sure to say that this was not a professional diagnosis just his opinion based on experience. Well, his experience and knowledge paid off. reinstalled igniter and new valve, oven works perfectly. If I would have ordered the igniter on amazon i would have wasted time and money. My AC unit went out the night before we came in. We initially requested to have a pro come out and help us fix our unit, but we have a 3 month old and they were taking too long. My fiancé starting YouTubing things about the broken part and decided to come in and speak to Ernesto! Awesome customer service! Great local shop that will take the time to make sure you are leaving with all your questions answered. I went in to get a replacement capacitor for my AC unit. Monty told me it was likely the fan that was bad but I decided to try the capacitor first. Did not fixed the problem and was back a few hours later. Monty and Ed made sure I had the right motor, helped get the fan blades off the old motor, made sure I had a new capacitor that would work, and all the right hardware to install. After realizing my dryer wasn't working around 5pm this evening, I frantically Googled local appliance parts replacement and quickly found Appliance Parts Center. I called, in hopes they could help me troubleshoot my issue before heading down there. They suggested I bring the starter button in to get tested, so I did. I was welcomed by Albert and he was able to test the button, which turned out to be just fine. He suggested that it may be the timer knob, so I purchased that, knowing I could return it if, in fact, that wasn't the issue. I also asked him about a grinding noise the machine has been making and he was able to get me the bearing replacement kit right away. He even gave me a 10% discount for being a new customer. :) I came home and within 30 minutes, I replaced both the knob (Albert was totally right - the timer knob was cracked!) and bearing. My experience with this business was a pleasure. I am a part-time property manager/landlord, and the tenant called complaining that the bedroom ac system wasn't blowing. This was my first attempt at an hvac repair. I diagnosed a dead capacitor, and after replacement, the motor started briefly before screeching to a halt. After disassembly to get the part number, I called and was helped by Paul. He quickly cross-referenced my 14yr old motor, and said he had them available, at a price that I deemed fair due to immediate availability. I called the next day before driving across town to get it, and Paul said they had several available. When I arrived I found a clean store with plenty of counter help. I introduced myself to Paul, and he quickly pulled my parts. We confirmed it was a direct replacement for my old one, and since this was a semi-universal motor, Paul quickly customized it to my application. This included switching rotation wires to match my old motor's, and he went so far as to crimp on spade connectors to save me time. Paul even gave me some zip-ties to tidy up the wires after the install. I got the new one installed, and it works perfectly and is very quiet. Excellent customer service is difficult to find in this transient city, and it was refreshing to find a dedicated friendly employee such as Paul. This business and Paul get an A+++. Just a tip, the lot is small so if you have a big truck or a trailer, park on Mesquite, which is right next to the store.

The condenser fan motor on our 14-year old AC unit started failing. The AC service company that we used last could not respond for almost a week and estimated the cost to replace the motor at $450. I am fairly handy with home repairs, so thought I would tackle replacing the motor. I called Appliance Parts Center and spoke with one of their reps who confirmed that they carried the motor and could provide advice. I removed the failing motor and took it to the Appliance Center. They matched it to an appropriate replacement and instructed me on how to connect the new motor to the capacitor. The replacement worked flawlessly and cost about 25% of the service company's estimate. I strongly recommend Appliance Parts Center and their excellent, helpful staff.

I chose to replace the unit with one that was a little bigger which I am so glad I did. APC will be installing a mini-split A/C unit on our casita. I’m excited it will finally have it’s own A/C unit instead of pulling from our main house A/C, which never seemed to work properly and just messed the main house A/C up whenever it was on. Don’s company is also fixing our Samsung refrigerator. I had no idea they were an appliance repair company too! We have American Home Shield, but our policy doesn’t cover our fridge, so I was in search for a company that worked on fringes. Our neighbors said don’t use who we had, they were terrible. So I thought, well, maybe I’ll just ask Don if he knew anyone? His company! His Samsung guy Dave! He is seriously like a mad tech genius too, on top of being an appliance repair super smarty. He’s the only guy who ever came out to look at our Samsung fridge and didn’t roll his eyes and say, “Oh no, it’s a Samsung.” He knew exactly what was wrong with it right away. He also knew the parts we needed right away. Dave knows his appliances brands backwards and forwards. He can tell you which brands are great and which to stay away from. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. The guy is a gem to have on the APC team. Anyway, I’d highly recommend this company for A/C needs, or refrigeration repairs. Our neighbors used them first for their purchase of two brand new A/C units, and that’s how we randomly found them. It was just by chance we happened to be outside and we walked over to ask a question. I’m so glad we did!

More expensive than online, but better service and had confidence I bought the correct part. Also obtained what the big box stores don't carry. A parts person looked at the old part from my gas fireplace I brought in and found a correct replacement in less than a minute. Saved me the worry of buying online and risking needing to return it. Return policy is not as good as most places- no returns on electrical components. When I need an unusual appliance part, I will return here. One star short of perfect because of the return policy.

APC has not only advised, sold me parts for my washer, dryer and dishwasher, and repaired my geriatric A.C. but when the time came and the A.C. died they sold me a new unit at a competitive price. The same repair man (Al) who has been so helpful with the old A.C. handled everything for the installation of the new one. Dr. Don answered all my pesky questions about the new unit and made the purchase as painless as possible. Al went out of his way to make sure it was done quickly, like the very next day. Found this store when my Ac condenser fan went out and despite not knowing anything about Ac units I decided to try and repair it myself. These guys are true professionals. One of my AC units with out and I had no clue what was wrong with it. So I started looking for solutions. Found it might be the capacitor which is the inexpensive fix. So I removed the capacitor and thought oh I'll head to Lowes in the morning. Nope they don't carry that type of item. I googled again for places in town. Appliance Parts Center came up with a lot of great reviews. I drove over first thing at 8am. Ernie help test my capacitor and found it wasn't having any issues, he recommended that I bring in the motor to have them look at it. After removing the motor and driving back they were able to determine the motor wasn't working. Ernie was able to help me get the fan off the old motor, they cut down the new motor shaft to size, installed my fan back on the motor. Setup the electrical connections as well so all I had to do was plug it back in when I installed it. The cost for the motor was barely over $100, along with the capacitor a bit over 150. Either way I SAVED a ton of money. When I got home to install it, I was still having trouble with the motor, Ernie helped walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone. After that I was able to resolve my issues and it started working! Thanks APC and Thanks Ernie! you guys rock.

When I called APC, I described my situation and they were very confident it would be under $25 in parts. I had an issue with the HVAC condenser fan on one of my rentals. It was running at an amperage too close to the FSA which would cause it to heat up and trip. The average cost of repair is usually around 300 to 500 dollars. If you are handy and understand basic circuits this is an easy DIY job. I have been to Grainger multiple times for other hard to get appliance parts but decided to give these guys a try. Eddie gave me excellent service. He offered to prep the motor wires for me and also cut the shaft length to fit my application saving me the hassle and a bunch of time. He is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Eddie!

They had the part I needed for my Furnace (blade assembly blower wheel) and they were really helpful both on the phone and especially in person when I took my blower unit down to compare parts for the new one. Albert was awesome and he helped me get a piece undine that I could not dismantle which made it possible for me to finish my job. APC has helped us out with all our parts needs whether we need something for our air conditioner, dryer, and more!!! This week our dryer stopped heating. I went in and EDDIE was great! He had the 3 most likely parts to fix my problem within minutes and he said I could bring back any parts I do not use for a refund! I left there paying over $70 but after I return the 2 parts I do not need I will have paid less than $15 and I only had to make that one trip instead of 3 to figure it out! One more thing about EDDIE, he helped me with a smile and was very patient with me since I do not know much about dryers -- he even told me to be very careful with one of the parts and where to hold onto it as it cannot be touched by fingers and is very fragile. I noticed the couple he helped before me spoke Spanish and they had to wait for EDDIE who is fluent in Spanish. I certainly feel APC has excellent customer service. The guys at APC are the best!!! Bought a capacitor for my A/C condenser from them 2 weeks ago, installed myself & then I magically had cold air again. A couple nights ago, one of the screws holding the fan on that same condenser decided to break off (100% unrelated to the new capacitor) for some weird reason. Too hot maybe? #vegasproblems Yesterday morning, I returned to APC to see if they could help me again. After explaining my situation, I was told that they didn't sell the screws I needed & they didn't know where to I could buy them. But after the guy helping me talked to another guy there, they decided they could salvage screws from one of the fans in the back, which is exactly what they did!!! The best part? They didn't charge me a damn thing for the screws & nuts!!! Now I have cold air once again. :) Definitely check them out if you need some parts or just need some help!!!

This was exceptional help and customer service provided by Ramon at APC. He was extremely knowledgeable and right on point with trouble shooting and with problem resolution/diagnosing. The problem was that the gas dryer MayTag Centennial would turn but there was no heat at all to dry the clothes. Dryer had been broke for 2 months did not know how to fix it and had tried repeatedly to figure it out and frustrated. Please know, I am a female and with Ramon's patience and help/good advice over the phone he actually helped me fix it myself. This included wiring install/parts replacing the thermostat! Need a part for a dryer, A/C, furnace or other appliance? Go to the Appliance Parts Center in Las Vegas. Don Macniece and the staff (like Paul, for one) will take care of you professionally and cordially while they answer any questions you have and also give you excellent prices on the parts you need. I went there for a dryer part at 7 AM on a Saturday right after we moved to Vegas and they are our go to parts supplier now even though they are not anywhere near the closest dealer to our home. I trust them and know they will help with troubleshooting, install questions and virtually always have the part you need in stock. Their prices are very competitive with any on the net and you get personal service. This week they tested a blower motor capacitor, had the blower motor I needed and when the furnace still needed a new control board they had the one I needed. Trust them - they deserve it and will earn it time and again!

I own a real estate investment and property management company and have been buying parts from APC for many years. APC service technicians have always been helpful with answering questions and helping to problem solve with a variety of HVAC issues. It came time replace an entire HVAC split system - air handler/gas furnace in the attic and AC condensing unit outside. This required the appropriately sized equipment as well as the careful removal of all of the old equipment. It also required the installation of the new unit in the attic (no easy job) and AC condensing unit outside. Don made several good recommendations and Mariah, his lead service tech, did a careful removal of the old equipment and install of the new equipment. The quality of work was of the highest standard. There was a manufacture's defect with the new thermostat we installed so Don saw to the immediate replacement. The city inspector commented on the quality of the install and immediately passed the code inspection. - Jim

Awesome experience saving me hundreds of dollars with thier advice. I called as my Whirl Pool side by side fridge that is now 17 years old lost the cool on both sides. I got online with APC rep Ramon Carvajal who asked me what the problem was and if I could hear any clicks or noises coming from the unit. I told him I could hear a click sound every once in a while and I had just replaced the thermostat within the year through sears for 240.00 and did not want to pay for a high cost service repair. He emailed me back letting me know to replace the compressor starter switch. Holy COW are these guys helpful. Our air conditioner broke and with the Vegas heat that's a killer. So, we called this place to see if they had the motor needed to fix the fan on the condenser unit. I was fully expecting mucho attitude as most places don't want you to DIY when they can charge you more to do it for you. The opposite happened. Service was STELLAR, the guy behind the counter gave me his card and told me to call with any problems. I did have a question while installing the motor. When I called the person who answered the phone answered my question and told me to call back if I had any more. This was TWO MINUTES before closing. The only attitude I got was OUTSTANDING! I cannot say enough great things about coming to this parts center! I usually get appliance parts online, and have to pay shipping and get the wrong parts and wait for them to show up. The last part I bought from Sears parts direct stopped working within like 40 days. The defrost in the freezer needs to work or the fridge side gets warm because cold air cannot get past the build up of ice. Out of frustration my husband looked online found the parts for 37.10, i went to order online and hubby said, please get it somewhere where i can get it today so our fridge works. The part number i had for my fridgeidare (sp?) they did not have however they had a universal one which was 15.00 cheaper then online and I could walk out of the store with the part in hand and put it in same day! They not only helped me on the phone, they also discuss part with me in person!!! They were VERY knowledgeable and I am pretty sure they could have sold me a more expensive part along with extra parts easily.....but they didn't! I will NEVER order another part online!! NEVER!! I am so impressed I am really in shock! The last time I ordered this part from sears it was like 52.00 plus tax and shipping. I paid 24.01 plus tax here! I got more advice then a few hundred dollars could have gotten me!!! Totally stoked!! The person that answered the phone on my initial call was a gentleman names "Ramone" super nice guy! Very helpful (AND PATIENT!) When I got there the gentleman who got the part for me was named "Don". I simply cant believe there is a business in Las Vegas this NICE! And i did not get ripped off! I was going to replace my dryer for a used one Craigslist but I decided to take a shot at repairing it myself. I went to the store and this guy named Eddie helped me. I told him what was wrong with my dryer and he knew right away what was wrong with it. He gave me 3 separate small parts. The igniter ($28.00, coils ($25.00), and a fuse($14.00). I ended up only using the igniter and coils because that was my problem so I'll be returning the fuse. I saved a lot of money buying and replacing these parts myself ($55.00). Goettl wanted to charge me $700 to replace the fan motor on the outside part of my ac unit. I pulled the fan myself and took it down to Appliance Parts Center and talked to Paul. Goettl was trying to scare me out of doing it myself even though it looked very straight forward. If you're not a mechanical idiot and can do a little research on the Internet, you can save yourself a bundle by replacing various pieces-parts around the home. Like an AC condenser capacitor, in the middle of summer, when the soonest any AC tech can come to your home is the following week. APC has all the parts and a boatload of knowledge, available with a positive attitude and a nice central location. Got the AC back online in two hours total, versus six days. I showed up here on Friday (1/15) night a few minutes before closing. I needed a new igniter for my gas oven and Eddie took care of it. I contracted Appliance Parts Center for a replacement AC compressor that everyone, including Samsung, was telling me was backorder and had no availability date. When I spoke with Jabez, he contacted his supplier and was told they could get it. Jabez took down my contact info and said they were going to contact the manufacturer and get a proper delivery date. While still assisting others Jabez kept on top of my order and tracked down the compressor including getting some additional info for me.
