Easy peezy lemon squeezy. I sent them a text with pictures of a washer and dryer I needed to get rid of, and 2 days later I had a pickup scheduled. They came and got both of them for free and now I don't have to deal with loading, hauling, and unloading. Highly recommend using them.

According to their website this is a family owned business that repairs appliances for resale if possible or environmental correctly disposed of them if not. Pickup is FREE. When you call you will be asked to text a picture of what you need picked up to the same number you called. Communications can be a little difficult and we had to reschedule pickup several time because of a problem with the availability if their truck. The people are very courteous, so be patient and persevere. Commercial removal companies can be expensive. This is free and well worth the wait.

I highly recommend this company. I called them Thursday afternoon and got a recording. The recording said to speed up the process to text them pictures of the refrigerator. I texted them pictures and they returned my call the very next day. They scheduled to pick up the refrigerator on Tuesday. I knew I would not be home so I left the refrigerator outside. They texted me and asked me when would it be a good time to pick up the refrigerator? I texted them back and told him I knew I would not be home but that I left it outside and they can come by at their convenience. They texted me and told me when they were on their way. And they texted me when they took the fridge away. It was a very easy process. Very quick and easy process. Great communication!

The only thing that was frustrating was trying to reach them to change my appointment but that could have been because of tropical storm Nicholas that came through the same week. It may have affected their service. But they did finally got in touch the following week.

I haven't ever had the pleasure of scheduling any kind of service call via text, but this will be what I expect from now on. I needed a pickup of my outdoor fridge that konked out after 26 years and they made it so convenient. Mr. Pedro arrived on-time and he had the fridge out of my garage and on his truck faster than I could get my phone to pay and a bottle of water for him. On top of a that, they didn't take me to the bank on fees! This is truly the BEST priced and easiest appliance removal service you'll find in the greater Houston area!

I received a text stating that my pick up would be postponed a day because the driver had something personal come up and needed the day off. I told them that that was fine and I would be there the next day. I received a text the next morning stating that Jorge would be picking it up and would text me before he came out. I received a texted later stating he would be here in an hour. An hour later he was here, loaded the refrigerator and left. It took about 5 minutes. If I need an appliance removed again, I’ll be sure and call them.

EASIEST THING I EVER DID!!! Our extra refrigerator freezer in the garage broke while we were out of town. It had about 4 hot days to thaw and decompose. When we got home, it smelled like someone had died in our garage! We got the food out, but I had no idea how to proceed. It seemed our options were to: - clean it out and then see if I could EVER get the putrid smell out... Not crazy about that! - put it out for heavy trash pickup. Contemplated hiring a technician to remove the Freon from 2 fridges and place them on the curb for the city to pick up, but decided to take a chance with these folks because it was a cheaper option. Moe came and removed 2 refrigerators from inside the house in a fast and efficient manner. They were big ones, but Moe was able to make the whole job look easy. Also he was super courteous and respectful. The whole job took around 30-45 min and the house was left intact. Would highly recommend!
