To make a long story short, I bought a 5500 super combo and installed it in my laundry closet in my fifth wheel. The RV is stationed at a resort and on solid jacks. With that said it worked great for 5 loads then wouldn’t spin out the water at high speed. With a quick diagnostic phone call I was sent the part and fixed the issue. Thanks to Alvis Pilot for working with me and trusting I had the skills to complete the work and restore my much needed appliance. Alvis is kind, knowledgeable and expeditious.

We had a small leak from the soap dispenser. Alvis Pilot, our service rep, was able to help us determine that we needed to replace the soap dispenser. He ordered it for us and tracked it with us to ensure we got it in a timely manner, we are traveling in our RV. He then expertly walked us through the replacement process via video chat. This was awesome customer service.

We got a motor failure error code on our new All in One washer dryer that is in our RV. We spoke to service manager Alvin Pilot and worked through some of the basic troubleshooting steps. It became apparent quickly that either the motor or control board.
As we were travelling, Alvis made sure to have the parts couriered to us. We didn’t want a repair technician in our RV so Alvin arranged for a video call and walked me through the parts replacement. The washer works perfectly!
Alvin was absolutely wonderful in his support of our problems. He was very thorough and professional. I would recommend him and/or Equator to anyone

The dryer portion of my combination washer-dryer stopped working. After calling up the company phone to have it fixed, I was connected to Alvis Pilot. He was very helpful and he walked me through the steps to fix the dryer in a timely fashion. My dryer now works perfectly!

I have a small combo washer dryer for my RV. I complained about something or the other on an Amazon review and was immediately contacted by someone. They have been so responsive with their service and concern. The other day it stopped drying and gave an error code. I contacted them and they immediately shipped parts to me directly and a local repair man, Kenny, came the next day to install the parts. It was the easiest, smoothest customer service experience ever!! I was just amazed that I didn’t have to jump through hoops to get it serviced. Just sent them my Amazon receipt and that was all. Excellent!!

I had an issue with my all-in-one washer and dryer combo and called the number on the unit and left a message, Alvis Pilot called me back in a timely manner and when he didn’t get me on the phone the first time he sent me a text message. Once we talked he began talking through the problem and then video chatted with me and and showed me exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it. It worked. This is the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. He was patient and he knows this business. My Super Combo was not spinning my clothes properly. After troubleshooting my problem it was decided to send me a new motor and logic board. I did have problems installing due to the location of the washer/dryer. it is currently in a fifth wheel trailer with limited space to work. But after new parts installed, wash/dryer works great. They were very patient since it took over a week to do the repair because I had to find someone to help me remove from cabinet.

We have a stackable washer/dryer that was leaking water. Customer Service rep. Allen Rogers,made suggestions on how might fix then set about finding someone to come to our home to fix it. He kept in constant contact and made sure he found someone to do the job. He was a great representative for their company.
Three weeks later we had the fan blower belt break on our stackable dryer and Alvis Pilot was assigned as our technician. We ordered the part and it came in 7 days. Alvis stayed in constant contact by phone and by text. We completed the repair and texted him it was complete. Alis was a great representative for the Equator Advanced Appliance Desk.
Would order Equator appliances again.

I've had my washer/dryer combo for approximately 2yrs, I've only used it for a year. The rating is for service, not necessarily for the machine. The door fell off it's hinge. I ordered a new door. It came by ups within 7-10 days. I had some difficulty at first, but today Elvis, a technical service manager, did a great job in talking me through installing the door. It was very challenging. Elvis, through video and calls, very patiently and kindly talked me through the full installation of the door. He gave me helpful hints to line up the hinge holes and what tools that might work. Very, very helpful. I ran a cleaning cycle, everything went fine. I'm relieved, my washer/dryer combo is back in business!

I really like my Equator 4400N for what it is. I needed something to fit into a small space in my new condo and it has been a solid solution. I also want to comment that I have been very pleased with Equator customer service and their responsiveness and troubleshooting skill. I have worked with a technician named Alvis who was attentive and had lots of ideas for solutions when I needed some assistance with the venting function on my machine. Service has been as good as I could expect.

My Equator combo washer and dryer gave us an error code E12 today. I called the service number and left a message and Diana Williams called me back and walked me through taking the top off and sent me detailed instructions on how to reset the issue and how to make sure the fan was also working. After completing the reset we got the error code again. That’s when I found the broken wire at the connector for the fan. Purchased a new connector and installed it and the unit is running again. I would not have known where to begin and this would have been an expensive repair having to call out an appliance repair person to my RV. Very appreciative of Dianna and her knowledge that allowed me to repair my machine myself. Thanks Diana Williams you are appreciated!!!

We used the company through the warranty for our washer/dryer machine. The machine arrived damaged (fan and control board) so, we needed to call the warranty right away
Myra Davis was very helpful, connecting us with local service company, sharing details about the parts shipment, and following up with us multiple times.
The machine works well now, which makes us happy.
The only (minor) suggestion we have is to speed up the process a bit (it took us about a month to go through the process, given that we needed two parts replaced), and to make contacting the company more straightforward (there were multiple phone numbers we'd call or text to double-check when we had questions).
But overall, our experience is positive, and we appreciate the help from Advanced Appliances and Myra Davis.

My washer and Dryer was delivered pretty fast. I installed them in my camper a couple of weeks after they arrived. The wash machine did not work so I call Equator for repair. Myra Davis handled my claim and in no time I had parts mailed to me and a repairman send to my residence and fixed the problem.

Since I'm fairly remote it took time to find a co. to repair. In shipping or in transit to my home or down to basement the 2 drawers that hold the softener and the other detergent were dislodged and jamming the drawers. The machine worked fine during this wait time. The All-In-One has setting for separate cycles if wanted. I just put soap in Wash Only and when it stopped I added a softener sheet. Then I pressed Dry Only and a few minutes later. Done. I love this little gal. She works great. Speaking of great Diana was great plus a few notches. She was tireless, determined to find someone willing to travel a ways. She found him and we All are happy. Thank you Diana.

I can not tell you all how much I love my Equator Combo 4400N model. I live in a tiny house and this is exactly what I needed for me and my laundry. Something simple, small and efficient.
It was easy to install (Do not forget the shipping rods!!). I have used both methods of drying and have no complaints on either although some complaints of dampness are noted; it takes less than 15 min to air dry once the cycle is complete.
I am able to go to work, come home and my load is complete! (Now I just need to remember to take the load out).
I had to reach out to customer service with what I thought was a complicated issue and talked to Peter Wilson a few times. His patience and professionalism was beyond reproach. You can not beat the kindness of a human when you feel like you’re at whits end. He was able to address the issue within minutes and now my machine is better that I had originally anticipated.
I have found a brand that I will invest in time and time again.

I had a problem with my Equater model 850 dryer not heating during our latest camping trip. I contacted customer care and Kylie responded. Kylie inquired about how my unit was performing, sent me a troubleshooting flow chart so I could aid in pinpointing the damaged component, and then promptly sent out the needed parts. Though I know she was busy with other customers, she kept communications moving until we found resolution with the problem. In today's business world. It was truly refreshing to work with someone who truly wanted to help. Great experience.
As a follow up, Alvis (technical support) and Kylie helped me work through a functional issue when using the auto dry feature. I am giving this review 5 Stars SOLELY because of my Service Advisor Kylie White. About 3 months Ago the brand new Equator Washer combo dryer decided to break after only having the unit in my apartment for 3 weeks. In fact, The manufacturers 30 day warranty was still able to cover it. I called Kylie and she went right to work helping me to troubleshoot some things over the phone to see if we could fix the machine ourselves but we could not. Kylie ordered the part we needed and she gave me the details for the person who would be installing it. Once the part arrived I had it installed but the washer still did not work. As you might imagine I was furious at this point. I called Kylie immediately and she could tell I was Angry and frustrated but not at her she let me voice my concerns and after I stopped talking I told her that I was going to hang up the phone because I was upset. Now Kylie doesn't know me personally but what she did after I hung up the phone was an absolute pillar of customer service. Sent me a text message sympathizing with me and assuring me she was going to get this handled immediately and get me all squared away.The fact that she did that small little thing that took her less than a few minutes has made a huge difference and also calmed me down. So I give Kylie White 5 stars and I give the combo washer dryer -3 Stars.
As I sit here writing this I still have yet to receive the new Combo Washer Dryer. It says its in Transit so lets hope maybe by the end of the week.

This company has been terrific. My unit came and I had an issue it kept giving me an e5 code. The brand is very hard to service in my area. Many appliance repair places are not familiar with ECUATOR and reject the call. The person who was helping me was nice - sent me a link to the machine manual and the parts but could not provide a guaranteed appliance repair technician in my area. Instead she gave me a company contact and said she hopes that they can help me. Lesson learned - buy brands that are known and easily serviced.

I really like that the Equator combo washer dryer can be vented, huge pro.
Gentle cycle is really gentle and can be trusted with delicates.
Clothes come out really clean on all settings.
I like the simplicity of settings and that it does not have too many, just the right amount.
Was to dry option is really awesome.

Just ordered a wash dry combo from Lowe's. Ratings are very high for this unit. Communication from Lowe's and Equator have been smooth so far, looking forward to this new energy efficient unit. Supply chain issues are still with us, so I'm going to be patient with timelines. A friend has just moved three times in short term leases waiting for their new house to be completed because of delays due to supply chain. So I'll consider myself lucky that I'm just waiting for a washing machine and not a place to live. A note: I ordered The 4400N, which is a low capacity, so I will be using it for smaller loads only.

I recently purchased an Equator stackable washer dryer for my 91 year old neighbor, as her old unit no longer functioned. We ordered the units from our local Lowes. Delivery was timely, but our delivery people could not install the units as they were not familiar with the product. A second team from Lowes came out and found that the first team had misplaced or lost the venting piece for the dryer and the manuals as well, thus again no installation.
I contacted the Equator distributor in Texas and spoke with a very pleasant and efficient service person named Bev. She immediately overnighted the part needed and manuals, that got here in time for the third crew of installers.
The units now installed work perfectly and have greatly satisfied my neighbor.

Tri State area to repair these machines.Anyone looking for a job??He's even willing to train someone..Talk to Myra for his name and number.My problem with the all in one washer/dryer combo WAS the fan in the back.Not working,and packed with Lint the sensor thankfully was preventing the dryer to not work.So aI guess I have to remove the top and clean it off myself. Lol. I don't mind BEATS going to the laundromat. I HAVE THE SUPER WASHER and DRYER COMBO MODEL 440N.

So Myra (the service rep) was able to get me a new replacement washer, I exchanged the photos she requested, explained what was going in, she communicated the problems to the service dept, then coordinated the shipment of the new washer (warranty replacement, no cost to me) gave me the tracking number of the shipment, which actually arrived 3 days early, so Myra gets 5 stars for all her hard work and excellent customer service

Equators really delivers.
I had a number of problems with my purchase (slim wine cooler - 9 bottles WR 009) - but everything was taken care of very professionnally by Equator:
1) Unit arrived damaged - a new unit was sent within days.
2) Second unit experienced leaking and difficulty to maintain cold temperature; after a few weeks of "wait and see", Equator sent another brand new unit.
3) Following delivery of new unit, FedEx billed me for custom fees; Equator reimbursed me within hours of receiving my proof of payment.
Problems can occur, but the capacity of Equator to deal swiftly and professionally with them as they arise is a sign to me that it is a very reliable supplier.
By the way, my new unit is working just fine now. :-)

I am a property manager and bought a couple of the washer/dryer combo machines to put in apartments with limited space. I've had only one problem. I called the customer care number on the unit, and and after some conversation, they sent a service technician to the home. The tech was there for about 20 minutes after which the w/d was working fine. Quick and efficient. The resident was happy and so was I.
