I've shopped the big box stores before for appliances but never again. Our experience with Todd from Decker and Sons was outstanding. He was able to get us our KitchenAid wall oven when the big box stores couldn't and at a competitive price. Todd kept us informed as to when it would arrive and when Whirlpool had a glitch on their end he served as our liaison...solving the hiccup. We will be back! Thank you, Steve & Maria W

Look. Go to Decker & Sons and see David Jr. We remodeled our kitchen during COVID at peak supply chain challenges and David spent a lot of time with us, providing options, working through prices, get us the best price and keeping us updated as we waited for our orders. He also owned an arduous rebate submission process for us, making sure we got all of our money back. That kind of service is valuable. More valuable than that, was when one of the appliances failed not long after the warranty expired. When the manufacturer failed to take action David became our superhero. He spent countless hours tracking down a solution and got us cared for without us having to spend another dollar. We appreciate him and the Decker & Sons team more than we can express! Best price or not - they are our appliance provider for life now!

The staff here is great, and they have a big selection. The sales people really know the industry. The delivery drivers are quite skilled and knowledgeable, as well. This is the ONLY place I have ever bought appliances, and it probably is the only place I ever will! A lot of my family members have starting coming here when they need stoves, washers, dryers, and everything else appliance-related! I highly recommend Decker and Sons Appliance to anyone in the West Michigan area.

Friendly service, great prices, and the best delivery team I've ever had. I bought an oven from them in June and just bought a chest freezer in October 2020. Delivery team was friendly, fast, and made it down my 70-80 degree decline flight of stairs no problem. Will definitely be using Decker and Sons for all my appliance purchases from now on.

These guys are the best! I was having a real hard time on finding a certain electric range for my wives Christmas present. Every major appliance store couldn't get it for 2+ months. These guys had it less then a week in the back of my truck! Dave was great communicating everything that was going on with it. Very nice sales associate. They worked for me and helped me out. Really liked that experience. Unfortunately all (at least all of mine) appliances are unboxed. My stove has a lot of deep scratches on it right when I got it. Still really like the appliances, just wish they weren’t all scuffed immediately. I would use them again but would make sure all my appliances were in boxes.

My visit was fantastic from start to finish. A staff member (Tom I believe) asked all the right questions to steer us to where we needed to be while answering all questions we had. We then were handed off to Dana who made excellent suggestions and pointed out any cons he knew of about appliances as well as their perks when I asked. He made sure everything was ready when we came back to pick them up and did an excellent job making sure everything fit our needs. Not once did I feel pressured in any direction. Loading the appliances couldn't have been easier. Will look here again for future needs.

We've had a great experience with Decker and Sons! I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. We have worked with Todd over the past few months and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever shop anywhere else for my appliance needs in the future. They know their products at Decker’s and are there for you when/if a problem occurs. I’m in the process of building a home so I needed to buy a wide array of appliances. I spent several days shopping around for these appliances and Decker’s was able to give us a great deal (without being pushy too). I cannot say enough positive things about Decker and Sons. The most impressive experience buying an appliance I have ever had! Honestly, I’m not one for reviewing anything unless it’s particularly great or particularly bad. I will say that I was moved to review Decker because of their excellent customer service and products. In the last ten years we have purchased 2 refrigerators, 1 range, 2 microwaves, a washer and dryer set, 1 tv and a dishwasher from them. Different homes over the years. I have never been disappointed. Not even once! We’ve had a couple of issues come up and the ALWAYS have helped. I’ve been surprised how much they go above and beyond. They have a loyal customer with my family and anyone I can tell and their prices have been unbeatable at the big box stores, I don’t even bother looking anymore it’s not worth the hassle.

Our refrigerator was slowing dying so my wife called our previous appliance store and was not treated nicely on the phone. She then called Decker and Sons and spoke to Maria. Maria spent an hour on the phone with my wife, who was a bit frantic, patiently helping her with the decision, measurements, and model. We purchased the refrigerator and it was delivered the next morning by two 1st class men who were very careful not to damage our house as they brought in and took away our dying refrigerator. The men were courteous, they answered our questions and provided us some basic tips on how to care for our new appliance. Last but not least their price was a few bucks lower than Lowe's. Great Service and Great Price.

We don't need appliances often, but when we do we like to buy American and local--Decker & Sons. They are always competitive and this time, they outdid themselves for us! I discovered my freezer was broken and half of my beautiful summer produce had already thawed. I rushed down, purchased a new freezer and they delivered it the same day--switching the door for me so it would fit the space. I am SO grateful. Six hours after discovering the break, I had a new freezer chilling my half-thawed fruits and vegetables. For me, this is the quintessential reason to shop local. Decker & Son's is one of those stores where they have real knowledge and almost 90% of the time have the appliance in stock that you need! My dishwasher went out on Sunday and I called them Monday around noon and it was in my home at 2pm and the old dishwasher was gone! That would never happen at a big box store! Never!

Went there Saturday to look for a refrigerator as ours died. Drove in the parking lot 4:45pm, 15 minutes before stated closing at 5:00. I'm pretty sure we passed employees driving out of the parking lot and the place was dark we we went to the door. I guess they didn't want our business. Be aware that posted hours may not be reliable

I would've wrote this sooner but I had to do all the laundry. I went a week and half without a dryer...."I can fix it". Well after a while, I was stressed. I looked at Decker and Sons for a dryer on a Wednesday. Needless to say I was drying clothes on Friday. I am very grateful for a staff that understands. They were all very knowledgeable.....with appliances changing all the time I am not sure what I needed. This is the reason to shop local. I don't have time to worry about a "good deal".
