My time at this store was a horrible experience. I was basically harassed into make my purchase over the phone. Was told a price paid the price I was told to pay. 2 days later a message was left and I was told I owed more money. How does this work? Owner says I was given wrong price. Owner was not trying to do anything for what has sells Rep told me. A very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anybody here. They actually did make it all right. We met in the middle and we both agreed it was fair. Definitely would shop here again.

Unfortunately I overpaid on my chest freezer from brummels. All other major competitors had the same unit for $100-$150 less. I was in a major hurry, as I was taking delivery of an entire cow from slaughter the following day, and Brummels was about to close. They don't price match, and their prices are high compared to the competition. I found the employees to be fairly accommodating though.

I bought my fridge from Brummel's at the end of last year and I couldn't be happier with them. My old fridge stopped working and I needed to move fast. Their salesman Dylan was extremely helpful in finding me the right fridge for me. I had a very small window of time for delivery, and they were more than happy to work with my schedule. The movers got to my house promptly, the installation was quick, and I was still able to get to work on time. I will be needing a new stove in the future, among a few other things, and I know exactly where I will be shopping!

I cannot express how happy I am with Brummels. When we arrived to check out some recliners, our salesman, Doc, let us know there were more upstairs and wasn’t pushy at all. They had a great selection and within moments I found a chair that was perfect. Delivery was just a few days later and they were early and quick! Overall buying furniture from Brummels was a breeze and a great experience and I will definitely be back when I am in the market for furniture or appliances again.

Cancelled LG washer and dryer at Home Depot. They hire a delivery company that is Horrible. Called Brummels spoke to Danelle she was so helpful and Michael and Roger installed my LG washer and dryer today. What a difference. Professional and did a great job They have there only delivery people. What a difference! !.Thank you !!!

Best place to buy appliances. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. We bought 2 freezers and a refrigerator from them last November. Our Paykel and Fischer washer crapped out this morning half way through it's wash cycle. ( 6 years old ) We found out that it was the control board and that Paykel and Fischer no longer sell washer and dryers in the US. We ended up buying a new Maytag washer and dryer with a 5 year parts and labor warranty from the factory.

I bought my first appliances from Brummels when I bought my condo. They delivered the same day. I had an issue with my microwave about a year and half later. Long story short, they came out to replace microwave and fixed mine on the spot. Did not take a cent from me. These people deserve an A + standing.Wouldd not take

The salesman, Joe Brummel, sold us what we were asking for. He didn't try to push something bigger and better. Very professional. Our purchases came exactly when they told us they would and the delivery guys were friendly and professional also. We will definitely use Brummels again!!!

Went to Brummel’s for a price match from a big box store on a gas range. Shout out to Dillon who actually gave us a price $30 cheaper! In stock, delivered two days later, installed and old stove taken away! You have gained customers for life!!!

They install appliances themselves and do not use crappy 3rd party installers and provide great service. They are willing to work with you on prices, I've been totally satisfied each time I've made a purchase!

Stopped by on my way home from work to get an idea on couch styles and prices. Was greeted at the door with, Hi, anything I can help you find? I told him I was just getting some ideas, he said, "okay, great, this floor is reclining, upstairs is standard furniture, my name is Dillon if you have any questions. He then left me alone to do my shopping in peace. I hate when salespeople converge on you like ants on a cookie. My husband and I went back the next day (Saturday) and bought a couch. Prices were reasonable, and free delivery and take away, and they delivered it Monday at 8:30am. Perfect, highly recommend.

Stopped into the Brummels's Zeeland store December 18 looking for a replacement for our over the range microwave and Joe Brummel met with us and did an awesome job of reviewing our options and helping us select a great value on a Samsung microwave. It was installed and operational by 10:30 am the next morning. Great price, great treatment, great service/installation. Things could not have gone more cordially, smoothly and inexpensively. Highly recommend !
