We did a complete remodel on our kitchen and came to Bekins for all of our appliances. We worked with Ethan in sales and he was very well trained and took incredible notes on everything we asked for. Unfortunately (out of Bekins’ control) we experienced back-orders from the suppliers on some our appliances. Things don’t go perfectly all of the time, but the way companies handle it separates the great ones from the rest. The Bekins customer service manager, Rebecca, stepped up and worked with my husband and I to find solutions that worked well for both parties. She was VERY impressive to work with. Additionally, the delivery and installation team from Bekins was unmatched!! The BEST we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire Bekins team. We’re grateful for your assistance with our new appliances.

Our experience with Erika was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with us, giving us the information we needed to make the best decision for our needs. Scheduling and delivery of our new dishwasher went smoothly. The installers Curtis and Jason took extra care, covering their shoes when in the house, protecting our floors during installation, making sure it was level and centered within the opening, explaining operating basics. Communication through the whole process was exceptional. We are also happy that if any issues arise in the future that Bekins is there for any necessary service.

Hands down the best appliance company in town. Over the past year I have purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer, and dryer. Each transaction was seemless. Our salesperson Erika is always up to date on product information and is very responsive to emails. The delivery crew is always professional, clean, and careful. They take the time to carefully clean before they place a new appliance and they are also very knowledgeable about the products they deliver. Do not hesitate to do business with Bekins. Mike Smith has helped me with 3 different purchases from Bekins, he is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always tries to work within my budget. He has valuable information regarding the performance of the appliances he sells as well as installation guidance. The installers each of the 3 times have gone above and beyond to take care of our flooring and cabinetry. This last time they were determined to replace our old crimped, unsafe water line for the refrigerator and spent extra time ensuring that it was completed despite the bizarre original line installation. From shopping/selection, ordering, scheduling all the way through install Bekins has been exceptional at customer service. I won't order from anyone else.

We have variously replaced a dishwasher, washer, and dryer over the past few years, all through Bekins. Pricing has been clearly communicated via email quotes and or calls before hand. Install and extended warranty costs have also been straight-forward with no surprises. Install visits have been on-time, with an excellent level of service and care and clean-up after the fact. We have yet to need to leverage our extended warranties, but I am hoping that experience will continue to be at the excellent level we have had so far. Would readily recommend Bekins to others.

Bekins delivered! My wife and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. From the beautiful show room, to the complementary beverage, to meeting a sales team member like Robin Moore. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the multiple appliances we were looking to purchase. The purchase process was quick and easy. Even though they could not promise a speedy delivery due to inventory challenges, they still met and exceeded expectations on timeline. The installation crew was extremely professional and we loved the thank you card and rose that was left behind….A phenomenal touch. We first came here years ago to replace the washer/dryer in our new home. I thought it would be too expensive but decided to give it a shot. With all the fees Home Depot was going to add on for various facets of the installation, it was actually cheaper at Bekins and the service was top notch. The sales people are knowledgeable and really made me feel like I was making an informed decision. Then the service techs actually seem to know what they're doing and show up on time! They do service calls too so it's nice to be able to call them if something breaks and have someone you trust come look at it. (I've only had to do that once - 5 years after we bought our washer - but it was a smooth experience and my washer has worked fine since.) We had such a great experience that we've now been back repeatedly to replace every appliance in our house over the years. They treat you great with snacks and beverages in the showroom and even helped keep my daughter occupied while we browsed. We will absolutely be back for any appliance needs in the future.

Between a preliminary phone call for information, a hands-on in-store visit, the ordering process and delivery, I felt valued and informed every step of the way. The price was matched to any other store I could have found in the area, and Erika was more than forthright about an upcoming price drop encouraging me to wait to finalize my purchase. As a person who works in a service industry, it seems harder to find great service these days but my experience with the installation team from Bekins installing out new refrigerator was exceptional. Keith and Andrew were the epitome of professional service. Their communication and thoughtfulness in which they did their work was excellent. They obviously are a well oiled machine that work very well with each other, constantly communicating with each other about how they were approaching the work and making sure everything went exactly right. When the product I ordered was delayed a second time, Johanna helped me find a similar model in inventory for immediate shipment. Although it was more expensive it was worth getting it installed in a timely manner. The installers took great care and brought a red rose and thank you note. Today I received yet another thank you via email. Great service! Great Bosch refrigerator! I recommend this store.

We had never heard of Bekins. But we were shopping for a Bosch dishwasher and found them listed on the Bosch website. The showroom was amazing, and Erika was very helpful. We had planned on getting the least expensive 100 series but after she explained the differences, we chose a 300 series dishwasher. They installed it a couple days later and their guys did a great job. And the Bosch dishwasher is amazing. Since we are just two people, we don’t run a dishwasher every day. With our old dishwasher we had to rinse dishes before loading or the food would dry on and not come clean. We were told not the rinse the dishes with this Bosch yet they come out perfectly clean even on the second or third day.

Very responsive. We had our fridge/freezer die while we were on vacation. . Came home the day before Thanksgiving to find everything was rotten. Bekins responded quickly and professionally. Robin in Sales asked for our old fridge dimensions, found the right size and features in stock, and had the new fridge delivered 2 days later. Installation crew was efficient, experienced, knowledgeable, brought floor mats, and when finished brought out their own broom and dust pan to sweep up the area. They finished with presenting me with a long-stemmed red rose in appreciation. Over-the-top customer service!! 5 Stars!!

Bekins got us the LG refrigerator we were looking for in just over 2 weeks when other stores were telling us 6 weeks or more. Their delivery people were top notch. The fridge and the house had to have the doors removed and it was still a tight fit. Nonetheless, they got it installed perfectly!

Bekins has always provided excellent customer service, but yesterday they astounded us. On Wednesday, December 21, our TV quit working. We were facing a long holiday weekend that we had planned to spend watching our favorite Christmas shows—especially since a once-in-a-generation blizzard was heading towards Michigan, and we knew we’d be hunkered in for the duration. To make a long story short, we called Bekins on Thursday, December 22. Avery started taking care of us immediately and did whatever she could to move the process along. Johanna and Corey worked together to find us the exact TV we needed. We trusted their judgement and didn’t even look at options. We were told to expect the TV early afternoon on the 23rd, weather permitting. Barely a half hour after we left the store, Avery called and said she could get the TV to us that afternoon. (Sometimes living in the same town as the warehouse has its advantages!) Mitch came out, set us up, and headed back out into the snow. They all scrambled to help, and we sincerely appreciate it—especially when we learned that Bekins was doing the absolutely right thing by closing its stores and service that very evening so employees could be safely home until Monday, December 26. At one point, my husband told Avery she saved our marriage! Literally for decades we have purchased every appliance, sound system, and TV from Bekins because their service is exemplary. We will continue to do so.

I can’t say enough good things about Bekins-they know their appliances. All of their appliances work in the store, all of their installers, and technicians work for Bekins, and they have a one hour window in which your appliance will be delivered!! Crazy right? You get comparable prices from other vendors (because they check them nightly). Let’s not forget the thank you card and flower you get the day of delivery. Oh and one more important thing to consider-we had our dishwasher in a week, a week!! Box stores anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks-and they didn’t know anything about their appliances that we couldn’t look up.

We purchased our appliances at Bekins around 15 years ago when they were a small shop in Grand Haven. We have never regretted our decision. Maintenance is everything, and over those 15 years, we have had the Bekin's service men in here many times. They are awesome! Professional, courteous and tidy. They place a quilted mat on the floor - always - to protect your flooring and cabinets. They take their shoes off at the door to insure there is no tracking. They're clear about their plans for service and often, they teach me ways in which I can avoid future service calls. Chad is the best! We've had Ray and he is equally as knowledgeable.

We have bought past appliances through big box stores always assuming it would be the easiest and best prices. And we've always been disappointed in the long run with the experience and the service. We went to Bekins this year to buy kitchen appliances for our remodel after a recommendation and we were so happy with every single minute. Cheryl was so knowledgable about the products and demonstrated everything to us. The showroom is amazing. They called many times to check on the process of our remodel so we could make sure scheduling delivery would be timed perfectly. The delivery/installers were super efficient and got the appliances into our 120 year old home without a hitch. Had my matching LG dryer delivered today! The guys, Derek & Devin were AMAZING and were so respectful of our home! They literally rolled out "RED CARPET" service and did all they could to get the dryer in place. They did it despite not realizing they were here to do a removal of the old one. They left giving me a red rose and I gave them homemade fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were baking while they were installing.. 😆 I would highly recommend Bekkins for appliance needs. This experience has been nothing but amazing!! It started with a phone conversation with Cheryl Moberly. I was concerned about the lack of availability of the level of appliances that we wanted. 40 minutes later, we had an established order of a Wolf range and an LG refrigerator and microwave. All were perfectly aligned with our needs. Cheryl's follow up is what a customer hopes for but doesn't really expect. She's immediately responsive and always comes in with an answer. She's so personable that, although we never met face-to-face, I feel like I've made a friend. We will go to her with all of our MI appliance needs. I need to also give a shout out to the two young men who came to install our appliances, Keith and Justin. They were sweet and friendly, but they were also uber-professional in everything they did, from protecting our condo to letting us know what needed to be done for a safe and proper installation. Their reporting and paperwork were thorough and answered all of our questions. For anyone who considers installing his or her own appliances, don't! The price was fair for the peace of mind it gave us, especially with a gas range. On a scale of 1-10, our experience at Bekins was a million! Thank you!

"Exceptional" doesn't even begin to describe the amazing customer service experience that I had with Cheryl at Bekins. This was my first experience working with Bekins after a recommendation from a friend and I will never go anywhere else for appliances. Our washer died on a Friday, I walked into Bekins on Monday, they called me to setup delivery on Tuesday and by Friday our new washer was delivered. Cheryl took her time with me, answered every question that I had since I was going back and forth between front load and top load. She was a joy to work with and being able to drink a beer on tap was a nice touch to the experience. Too many companies have lost their touch with good customer service skills these days...but not Bekins!! I came home and told my husband that he definitely missed out by sending me alone. Honestly the best customer service experience that I have ever had!! The delivery guys were great, they called and asked to come early. I was packing up to go out of town while they were there so I didn't spend much time with them but very nice, respectable guys. They left a personalized note and a rose. That might seem like a small thing to some people but I definitely appreciate the attention to detail and the company's appreciation for their customers.

Best appliance purchasing experience I've ever had. The whole store was beautiful and each employee was very professional the minute we walked in the door. Bekins offers a great selection, prices that fit all incomes, and they service everything they sell. Our salesman, Shane, was very helpful and not pushy. He made recommendations based on what we needed. This business caters to the customer. It's the first store in a long time that we felt truly valued. I know it ages me, but it's the way stores and businesses used to be! The installation process was awesome - they call with a delivery window - 30 minutes not 4 hours! Exceptional follow through. I wanted a specific model of dishwasher that was on backorder. Bekins proactively updated me every month on the status and checked to make sure I wanted to continue to wait for the product. Bekins is a great company. Needed new dishwashers and a replacement built in ice machine. Bekins was responsive, helpful and just so focused on customer service, I cannot compliment them enough. They make an appointment to show up at your house, and they’re there on-the-dot. They are super efficient, communicative and transparent. Their prices are surprisingly about the same as Amazon, but they stand behind their products and are on time, with the install done right. My sales person was Jeff, and he’s top notch. Beakins Appliance is a 1st class operation. The communication with the whole process from sales, delivery and installation was Perfect!!! I would highly recommend them. Do not waste your time with the big box stores who over promise and under deliver.

Our Jenn Air refrigerator proved to be a test of Bekins and Jenn Air's commitment to customer satisfaction. I think it may have been built on Super Bowl Monday. We had multiple issues with it. Not only is the store itself beautifully laid out and designed, with a HUGE selection of brands, but the sales staff are very knowledgable and helpful. 7.19.19 First, I would like to Thank Mike Smith for making our 2nd replacement purchase (1st oven, 2nd refrigerator) at Bekins as easy as possible. Employee’s like Mike is a major component to what makes Bekins so special. So as mentioned above, our 2nd appliance went out, this time it was a refrigerator. Mike knew the sense of urgency on this event and kicked things in immediately. The install crew were very professional and friendly. They performed the install precisely in a timely manner. We noticed a visual defect on the door and worked through a damage report with no hesitation. Customer Service followed up the following day with a couple options. First, option is to receive a damage credit of $75. The Second option is to order a new door that will take 8-10 weeks. I’m hesitate with the second option because I’m aware that stainless steel can vary in appearance from lot to lot so there is a risk the doors won’t match. So, I took option one yet here is my suggestions for Bekins to improve. As option two is great to offer, the timing is really long, which I understand the reason but as a customer the risk is too high on what if the new door doesn’t match the other door. So option one is a nice alterative but a 2% give back on a Visual Defect seems extremely low to me. Again, this is coming from a customer that is a “Bekins Customer For Life” because of how special this place is! But, just some thoughts on an area for improvement. Thanks Again Bekins! I highly recommend stopping in just to see what they have to offer even if you don't need anything. It's worth it.

We bought the machine and were so happy with our Installers, Jeremy, Curt and Cody, on Feb 14 2023. They arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced themselves, and explained what they were to do. They took the old machine away with no noise or scratches to walls. They called us into Laundry Room shortly thereafter.
