The two gentlemen, Josh and Will, that came to deliver went above and beyond with helping me getting it set up and teaching me on the proper ways to care for my new appliance. 10/10 would recommend this company! Pam is such a wonderful person who is dedicated to helping. I can't recall the gentleman that willingly helped me move my appliances (we definitely needed the help for what I got). The only problem I have is in regards to the business owner. I feel he should treat his employees with more respect and consideration. He was extremely rude in the presence of a customer (myself). I can only imagine the stress he puts his employees thru during closing, or any time no one is present. Pam and the gentleman made my experience wonderful. I greatly appreciate the support.

My washer broke. I called rent-a-center where I always get my washers. After waiting 10 days and no luck I tried other rental places. They don't carry what I need. Appliance and Mattress Center had what I needed. The application was easy and quick. I had my new washer within 2 hours of being approved. The people were knowledgeable and friendly. Pam went over and beyond to make sure that my needs were met , despite me having to go back a second time because I was quite sure that I had messed up somewhere along the way and in a hopeless solution haha. Pam talked me down and she has a very calm presence about her and I love how intimate and one on one she is with the customers. She gives you her undivided attention and makes sure that you get exactly what you need. Tbh , I'm not sure that much can be added to this already stellar review. 10 out of a hundred million , I'd def stop there again anytime and I recommend you all to do say as well. And I will also be telling my friends as well because this little hidden gem deserves way more attention than it's actually given. And I'm sorry for leaving out any other names , but just know that you guys are beyond awesome and keep the store running just as smooth as a well oiled machine and each individual brings something new and exciting to the table. I will for sure be shopping there again and telling my friends about the great customer service and products as well.

I hate to shop! I hate it with each fiber of my being. Appliance & Mattress Center, just WOW. Kim greeted me at the door. As I went through the process Pam came in, since Kim got busy in the office while she was waiting for me to finish my paperwork, Pam immediately took over. She assisted me with deciding between a refrigerator with an ice maker versus a refrigerator with out one. A simple question "Is there a water line for the ice maker?" It didn't matter to her that the one with the ice maker was a higher price, what mattered was what I actually needed. I went with the one without, purchased a gas stove, a queen mattress, and a platform frame. We were finished in less than 15 minutes. Both ladies were kind, patient, professional yet friendly. I was told that my items would be delivered on Monday between 11 and 3 p.m. I explained that I work from home, please text me and I would leave the door open. I received a text at 10:26. Stating they would arrive in 25 minutes and they did. Because they read the instructions they were quite, professional, set up my appliances quickly made sure everything was just as I wanted it and they were gone. I shopped on line for over a week. I called various stores, some not open when I arrived even after calls of confirmation. Appliance & Matress Center has great appliances, money back guarantees, financing; using the best approach, "what do you need". There was no pressure to sell. Did I mention the prices? They are reasonable, affordable. This was by far the best shopping experience of the last 15 years. I'm going back for other appliances! I won't shop anywhere else! A great experience.

Stopped in last week because my washer has been acting up and then my dryer went out on me. Pam was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole process was super quick. I did not catch the names of the men who delivered them but they both handled my new appliances with care when carrying them into my home and down 2 flights of steps to my basement. What an exceptional company! We contacted them because we were going to get a refurbished machine from them because we couldn't get my mom's dryer to work. We were troubleshooting the dryer when I called and Pam was the sweetest person on planet Earth and helped explain what we needed to do to troubleshoot. The customer service overall experience is excellent I was in and out I got accepted with a credit application I put in for my washer and dryer they delivered it the next day. Wonderful experience. I came here needing a stove and a dishwasher. The employees I met were all very friendly and helpful. The prices were much better than that of the bigger stores. Also, having shopped at ApplianceSmart previously, I would definitely pick here (better prices, friendlier staff and better lighting). I was able to buy a dishwasher and a stove for a price that was within my budget, but was able to get an amazing 5 burner stove, which is way better than any stove I could afford elsewhere.
