We needed a stove and a dishwasher for our house we are going to sell. We worked with Lou and he was very friendly and helpful. He showed us what he had that was also in stock, explained what we should know about them, and worked with us for our delivery date which was very important to us as we had a lot going on. The delivery men were very friendly. Went to work quickly and had them installed before we knew it. We look forward to purchasing again from them soon for the house we are living in now. We know it will all be headache free!

We were so pleased with our experience at Nampa Appliance. Exceptional service, excellent products and great prices. Our goal was to stay within our budget but still buy quality appliances that would last and have few issues over time as we keep our appliances for quite some time. Additionally, you could not ask for a more knowledgeable or personable individual than Jackie. Exceptional service and so helpful in assisting a couple work together to agree on all the items needed for a new build; not a small challenge. You have restored my belief in doing business with small independent stores like yours. I'm really growing weary of dealing with amazon and the big box stores where if you manage to catch the employee who was running away from you, it turns out has no idea of how to help you anyway. Nampa Appliance TV & Mattress, kept the lights on for us when we arrived later one evening to help us pick out a microwave oven. They were not in the least bit of a hurry to get us out and seemed truly grateful that we chose them. when we damaged our oven trying to install it, they had it fixed at no charge under warranty and even loaned us a microwave to use in the interim. Try that at Lowes or Home Depot..ya right. Do yourself and the business world a favor and shop at locally owned small businesses and particularly Nampa Appliance TV & Mattress

Bought a Bosch dishwasher here. Great purchase. Even better crew. I was amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the entire team was. Plus their selection was amazing. They have lots to choose from. Definitely worth checking out. I love stores like this. Way better than a big box place. Thanks for all your help.

I have purchased a washer, dryer and very recently a refrigerator from Lou at Nampa Appliance. All my experiences have been great! They worked with me on delivery and also coming back to help resolve a problem that was not their fault. Customer service sometimes seems to be lacking around town, but not at Nampa Appliance. They were so accommodating to us in every way. Special thanks to Tim in delivery for resolving my problem. All my future appliances will come from here. I recommend them highly.

These guys saved my bacon. I had placed an order for appliances for our new house with Jim's Appliance in Boise, but they completely messed up and either never ordered my dryer, or sold it to someone else. Either way I was in a new house without the ability to do laundry. I called these guys and they worked with another client who had ordered my dryer but didn't need it right now, to give me her unit and order another one. I was able to get my dryer same day. 5 stars all day, thanks!

Just went in Friday because my washer was leaking and my stove has been on the fritz. I went to HD first and all they stock was cheap rental home appliances everything was special order. I walked in, got great service. The man that helped me made sure I was buying what my wife wanted, even thought she wasn't there. He gave me the rundown of good better and best. I was bummed that they didn't deliver on Saturday, but it didn't matter because they loaded up the stove, dishwasher and microwave in there truck and had it delivered on time 1:30pm Friday, 2 hours after I bought them, and my wife was so happy . They quickly installed the stove and I came home to fresh baked rolls and cookies. Don't waste your time going to big box stores and waiting, the local care and service was worth any price difference, which i didn't notice. To buy the right product and have it delivered when promised is important. And, I realized later that I bought my washer and dryer from them 3 years ago. Great place to do business with!

So as some of you may know there are no upright freezers around, and I mean no where, not one big box store has any since march they told me. So I decided to call Nampa Appliance and was told the same thing but was also told there may be 4, 13cu ft uprights coming in later and would I like to put a hold on one. Um, heck yeah I do, now I have never been to this store and I am sure as friendly and family feeling all of the employees are I'm sure they had regular customers they could have sold these freezers to. They didn't, they treated me as if I came in every week to buy something, I will refer to all my friends for sure, and I'm coming back for all my other appliance needs. Not only did we find our refrierator on sale but they could deliver it the next day! Since our compressor died we needed a new frig right away. The big box stores couldn't deliver for two weeks. Nampa appliance even plugged it in before they delivered it so it was chilled when it arrived at our house. They also too our old broken frig away. You might find a cheaper frig somewhere else but Nampa Appliance has way better customer service and they know their stuff...really knowledgeable about appliances.
