This place is the best! We needed a new dryer and we needed it right away. After looking online at different places and seeing that many of the models we were considering would not be shipped or available for more than a month - I have four children living at home, no way could we go a month without a dryer! - and were simply out of our price range we headed to Express Appliance. I had given up hopes of getting one of the nicer dryers and began looking at very basic models. However, I was able to get an awesome extra-large capacity (did I mention the 4 kids?!) dryer for several hundred dollars less than anywhere else - bringing the price right into our budget. Yes, there was a dent on the side, but seriously who will ever notice that? And honestly, who goes in your laundry room outside of those who see you first thing in the morning with all your own personal dings and dents! Tim was amazing! There was a black smudge on the front of the (white) dryer and I asked him if he thought I could paint over that (I wasn't too concerned about it, but just in case I wanted to make it look perfect) and he offered to do that for me before we left! He helped my hubby load it into the back of our minivan (4 kids, remember...) and we had it home and running before the next load of laundry was ready to be switched (4 kids, remember... laundry is an everyday event in this house) and I love it. It works perfectly and even if there is a problem I have faith that they will stand by their word to help me get it fixed, but I do not see that happening.

We had the best experience here! We were looking for a new washer and dryer. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable about every machine they had, took the time to ask some questions, and made sure we got a set that was perfect for us! Even when the store got busy, Tim was calm and collected. He handled all of the customers in the store like a pro! Our delivery guys were amazing as well! We got our set early, they were extremely polite, fast, and knew what they were doing too. Fast, painless, and simple!!

Honestly, barely left the store and had to give credit to Matt, not only did he answer all of our questions, and welcome us the second we god through the door but he was able to hook us up with an amazing fridge for an amazing price! Their appliances are priced fair, good clean store with a lot to look at! We will most definitely be back for other appliances and services, thanks to Matt.

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire French door stainless steel fridge from the Nampa store. The salesman was wonderful and very helpful and had a great experience. The fridge was at the Boise store and was being delivered from there. This was not a pleasant experience. I was given a four hour window 8-12. At 12:15 I called the Nampa store and was told it should be there soon. At 1:30 I called again and the guy said he would call the Boise store to see what was going on. At 2:30 I called again and the Nampa guy told me the Boise guy was supposed to call me. He then finally called me at about 3. He told me that the ice maker did not show up that was overnighted, so it would not be delivered. I asked why I was just being told this, he said he thought someone else had talked to me about it. I asked him to give me a call back by the end of the day with an update. He later called me back and said that he had my order mixed up with another and said they would deliver it the next day. Which they did and on time. Nothing has been offered to make it right. I do really like the fridge so far. I am giving 3 stars only because of the delivery experience, not the shopping and buying experience. I feel like I should have been refunded my delivery fee due to their error.

This was an amazing experience. Bought a home and needed a new fridge. Was impressed by the quality and quantity of stock. Tim was super friendly and inviting. Just bought a house and needed a fridge. I was referred here by "Jenkins Appliance" in Caldwell because they didn't have the type I was looking for. Tim was working that day and provided so much great information. Friendly and welcoming. He had a tape measure on hand so I could make sure the fridge would fit in my kitchen. I didn't feel pressured toward any specific brands and everything was honest from the get go. They will stand behind the warranties and even step in if you get any push-back on the manufacturer warranty! Great experience!

We had the best experience at the Nampa Express Appliance Outlet. We woke up the other morning to our 18 year old fridge completely out and all of our stuff inside melting. I must have gone to 8 or 9 different stores to find a good replacement unit without trying to break the bank. I stumbled accross Express Appliance Outlet after a Google search and I am beyond happy that I did. Tim greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help. I told him of our fridge problem and he was quick to show me several options within my price range. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with one of the units he showed and we could not have hoped for a better deal! We will absloutely be repeat customers because of the excellent prices and exceptional service.

10/23/2017, I made appointment last Thursday for Refrigerator repair, 10-12 was time set, a young man named Jessie showed at about 11 am, Very professional, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, and he had the Circuit board in his van ( i had taken unit Heater element out) he tested element put new ends and a sensor along with circuit board, checked coils, This young man was done in 45 minutes; I am very Impressed, and Happy I called them. I would recommend them , and "JESSIE" any time. Thank s for the service.

They were able to get a technician out on a Saturday. 3 days quicker than any other options I called. Down fall would be that it was an easy fix, the water hose had a small Crack so it was a quick visit at an expensive price. About 1 hour work came to 75 for service call 50 for his labor and 20 something for the hose. It all came to 148.00 dollars. Kinda feel bent over on the price. But I have a working washer so there's alot to be said that I'm not waiting a few more days with laundry piling up.
