We've gotten a refrigerator, a dish washer, and now our freezer was just delivered. They have great prices, their service is great for the small problem we had, and their delivery crew is great. They are careful not to damage walls, and are always friendly. I definitely recommend!

I purchased a washer from here in April and it unfortunately stopped working in June. I had not gotten it hooked up for a month after received it and only used ten times. I was out of the warranty and afraid out of luck! I went in and they offered to deliver a brand new washer in a few days! New washer works great. Excellent customer service! Would use again.

The service is amazing. The prices are great and they absolutely stand behind their products. The wait for a new appliance this summer was 4-6 months so we decided to take a chance on Louie's. There was an issue with one of the refrigerators we bought that took awhile to figure out. I cannot say enough good things about the repair technician, sales personnel, and even Louie himself who was monitoring the situation. They were polite, professional, and 100% worked with us to get it right.

This was my second trip and I'll keep going back. It's worth the 1 hour drive to get the good deal and friendly service. Each time it only took less than 10 minutes to get what I need. I recommend this place to anyone not wanting to pay full price for for good appliances!

Wonderful service!! I just purchased a washer and dryer. Price was very reasonable. Jessica was the sales person. Unlike some sales people, she was very helpful without being pushy. I did everything through txting and will recieve my appliances next week. Glad I stopped in.

I purchased a Refrigerator from Louie's. The staff was friendly and efficient and offered free delivery. Three days after my refrigerator arrived it stopped getting cold. I called Louie's and they sent out a technician within 3 hours who diagnosed the problem as low Freon and recharged the Freon in my refrigerator. I was happy with the quick service. Three days later my refrigerator stopped getting cold again. I called Louie's and within 3 hours they sent out a "Loaner" refrigerator until they could replace the one I bought. Again I was happy with the quick service but disappointed in the product. Long story short. The Loaner fridge was nicer than the original fridge I bought so they let me purchase the loaner instead of waiting for a replacement and saved me $$ too. Problems happen from time to time that's a given. How problems are handled truly defines a person/business. I would give Louie's 10 Stars if I could. I am extremely happy I decided to buy from Louie's Appliances. They understand the meaning of Customer Service.

Great friendly service! Purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator at a great price. After about a week, we noticed the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. We called and they had a service tech out the next day. He ran some diagnostics and determined the computer motherboard was bad. Had a new one ordered and was installed within the week! Everything is working great now. Service from in the store, on the phone and tech in the home was nothing but courteous and top notch. Honored the free warranty without question or hesitation. I will highly recommend them to anyone!

Great selection in my price range. Friendly and helpful staff in the store. Delivery and installation was on time and efficient with a phone call ahead as promised. Installers even removed a door off its hinges to get the dryer in the room and replaced it afterwards. We will definitely buy from them again. Thanks Louie's!!!

Extremely easy to deal with. I got an upright freezer from here, and it did have issues initially. Stopped working after a few days. I called in and they had a repairman out within a few days, saw there was a leak in it, and a replacement unit was sent just a few days later. 5 stars because I didn't have to go through any prompts, wait on holds, or struggle with paperwork. The process for purchase and replacement was as easy as it gets.

Update to prior review. While sadly our refrigerator had to be switched out 4, yes 4 times, I will say this. They went above and beyond to make it right. Knock on wood the last one they brought it still working! To save then much time maybe better testing before selling. However, keep up on the customer service.

Delivered a dishwasher with no top rail stops, so rack can just slide off of the top rail. On top of that, washer didn't work. Tech came out, told tenant it was fine. But when i pressed them, they agreed to replace it. It's been an inconvenience to me and to my tenants, who obviously are not happy. They did deliver and install a replacement dishwasher, so they did honor the warranty after I pressed the issue. I can still only give 3 stars. It took them 3 trips to the house to get a working dishwasher installed, and they left after installing the first non-functional dishwasher for my tenants to find out it wasn't working.

I don't understand why such negativity. I loved my experience with louies appliances. Based on that experience, I actually changed my mind Not only was he helpful with because I live a few hours away from reisterstown and the only time I could make it was after closing hours, he opened his business after hours just for me. We always had good luck with Louie's for out appliance purchases, but we got burned on a $1800 fridge. We just learned that Louie's replaced the compressors and rearranged all of the components in the fridge which voided the LG warranty. The fridge has a cooling system failure and would require $1300 to repair. Only giving 3 stars because of positive experiences in the past, but this experience will prevent us from returning to the store.

Louie's offered a great deal on a refurbished washer/dryer set. They delivered and installed the new one, and removed an old unit too. We had some trouble getting the heat to work on the dryer, but they came out and problem solved it without hassle!

Good prices if you need your appliance delivered no discount if you transport it yourself though which sucks since now you have to be home whenever they decide to come which will be during normal work hours.
